About this house rental
Nestled just off private road on quiet knoll is the peace and tranquility you have been seeking in this modern Vermont country home located in the desirable Stowe Highlands. The interior is illuminated with high ceilings and wide windows providing loads of natural light and south facing views of Vermont’s renowned landscape. First floor offers private master suite with full bathroom, welcoming foyer with partial bath, fully equipped kitchen with island seating for three, exposed beams, wood fireplace and a table fit for a Viking feast. Sliders off living area open onto wide rear porch overlooking Mt. Mansfield with comfortable Adirondack chairs. High ceilings continue through the home with a second floor providing three bedrooms, a bunk room and 3 full bathrooms. Ground floor is finished with tv/game room, 75" TV, sonos entertainment, full bathroom and wet bar area. From here you can walkout to the patio that features ample seating, a grandee 7 person salt water hot tub and firepit. This is the perfect place to unwind. Attached two car garage also serves as great mud room with plenty of space for skis and equipment. Flooring is primarily maple with radiant heated tile flooring in bathrooms. One of the unique features of this home is the access (50 ft) walk to private pond ideal for cooling off in summer and winter outdoor skating. Walking distance to the first tee at Stowe Country Club. 10 min drive to Spruce Peak. 2 miles to historic Stowe Village. Property exemplifies the Vermont country feel while still offering modern amenities and convenience that define Stowe’s reputation as a premier vacation destination.

Communication was really clear (except around shuffleboard but that’s because we don’t usually play) and we were all really satisfied with the spaces. I misunderstood that there were four bedrooms on the top floor and none in the basement but that’s my poor reading comprehension. The couple miles leading up to the property is dirt road. Overall we had a fantastic time in a fantastic house!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home- perfect for two families- so much space for us to spread out, eat, sleep, and enjoy! The house layout is really great, and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. The host was incredibly responsive to even small things, writing back to me within minutes. We will definitely be back!!

The location is great to get to restaurants and town. The house is great for large families or multiple families. Hot tub and basement area were a huge hit. Everything we needed was provided. Communication was perfect. Definitely would reccomend.

The house allowed for a great time away in the summer. Close enough to town that kids could bike down the hill and one time they completed the ride up. We loved the hot tub and all the games and the many different places to hang out.

Lovely home with lots of amenities. Close to Stowe skiing and town. We had a great stay. Place was clean, stocked with anything we needed. And there’s a hot tub. Our group of 13 were very comfortable, plenty of room. Stowe was great for skiing and snowmobiling. FYI- Not many restaurants open Sunday nights in mid March - make reservations!

We rented for 4 day weekend to ski at Stowe. Communication was excellent. Property was as advertised. Attention to detail on little things was notable (yetis for hot tub, heated BR floors, keyless entry, cool ski rack in garage, accessible firewood). We have done Sunday River and Killington and this house was heads and tails above the rentals we got there. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive as our van could not get up the driveway after snow.

This is a great location to be in Stowe!! The house comfortably fit 12 people across 3 families with kids ranging in age from 7-16. There is a great basement with shuffleboard and foosball tables that provides entertainment for everyone and a fantastic hot tube out back to help you relax after a long day of skiing. The property is located a short drive away from Stowe and also has access to a small pond where we were able ice skate! Definitely a great place for a getaway with large groups!

This house certainly didn't disappoint! Fantastic set up - so much room for our party of 10. The kids had a lot of fun playing Foosball and shuffleboard after long days on the slopes. The master bedroom was large and comfy and the radiant floors were wonderful in the cold mornings. And what a view! Kieran was a terrific host. Easy to contact and ready to help with anything. The house is loaded with so many extras - he took the time to pack it with things you wouldn't expect or may have forgotten to bring with you. The next time we plan a trip to the area we'll absolutely be coming back to this house!

It was our first trip to Vermont and the Stowe area. Three of our four adult children (who live all across the country now) we’re able to meet us in Stowe for the week. We loved Vermont, Stowe and the house. It was the perfect place for us to stay. It was an easy drive into Stowe but we also really enjoyed our “family time” up at the house. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our walks there and the beautiful scenery. I underestimated how much our family would use and enjoy the game room, hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Kiernan - You were a great host. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic home near Stowe
This home is fantastic. It is spacious and appears to have been recently renovated. All of us, from elementary aged kids to teenagers to adults enjoyed the shuffleboard and foosball one rainy evening. The location is beautiful, with a partial view of the mountains surrounding Stowe. Also close was various amenities in and around Stowe. Beds were comfortable; kitchen was nicely sized and appointed. The owner, Kieran, checked in on us when we arrived and quickly corrected one minor issue we had. He followed up and remained in touch during our stay to be sure everything was handled and that we had a great time. Would recommend to others looking to stay in Stowe.

Spring break ski vacation - Highly recommend this home!
We had an amazing time staying at Kieran’s home in Stowe. The home is perfectly located in The Stowe Country Club, far enough off the main mountain road while being close enough for very easy access to the ski area and the Stowe downtown/ Main Street area.
The house was very spacious to accommodate all 12 of us (three families ranging in age from 50s to 8yrs old). The layout allowed us to spread out but easily accommodated all of us to gather. My main concern was enough bathrooms and enough places for us to gather to eat. This house was perfect.
So many great features. Everyone loved the hot tub to soak after a long day of skiiing. There is a large living room / game room for the kids to enjoy. And another great room upstairs for the adults to gather. There was plenty of racks and space in the three car garage to house the ski and snowboard equipment. Bathrooms everywhere and all the bedrooms were spacious. Spacious kitchen with everything you would need to prepare all meals. Driveway had room for three large SUVs to park without blocking. There was even a hill to sled on in the yard and lots of sleds for the kids. The house beautifully decorated in a tasteful and comfortable way. Very clean and new construction. Gorgeous views. Beds very comfortable! Towels and linens were high end.
Kieran was a great host and always responded very quickly and was always helpful.

Everything and more!
The property was amazing both in its appearance and it's readiness for guests. Our group was a family celebration and the home accommodated everyone from 2 years old to 63 years old. The beds were comfortable, The 3 floors of amazing living space we're just that, amazing amazing and all of the furniture was was perfect to accommodate our group size of 9. There was play area for the children inside as well as the adults. We could not have asked for anything better. The pictures are a perfect representation of the home. But nothing can express the homeiness of it. The only change I would make would be to have more variety of cooking pots, and frying pants in the kitchen. But we were fine with what we had. If we ever find ourselves in Stowe Vt again this will be our go to rental.

Perfect fit
We had a wonderful time this week with our party of 15 at this wonderful home. It fit us perfectly and had something for everyone, from the game tables in the basement for the adults and teens, the hot tub enjoyed each night by everyone, and the kids table in the kitchen for my 2 little nieces. Kieran was very informative leading up to the stay and available throughout. Thank you again and hope to stay here again next year!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The owner, Kieran, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house easily fit our two families with room to spare. Kids loved the basement. Property is close to town and the mountain. I would definitely stay again!

Picturesque Fall Escape
This home is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly situated. We visited for a long fall weekend and enjoyed the proximity to the recreational path, Mount Mansfield, shops and dining. The views from the property are beautiful, and the patio was the perfect setting for an evening fire and stargazing. Our young children enjoyed the bunk beds and the well stocked game room. We look forward to returning!

Great for families
This property was great for my extended family. It was spacious enough for a large group with lots of areas to spread out. We took advantage of all the amenities the home had to offer, while enjoying all the fun activities in Stowe. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive to our groups needs. Excellent choice for a family vacation!
We stayed at this property in Aug 2021 and had such an amazing time! The house is spotless and the amenities are even better than the listing. Our trip was an extended family vacation and the house was great because everyone had room to spread out. We LOVED the hot tub and even saw the Perseid meteor shower on our last night, which I'll always remember.
The deck was fantastic for coffee in the morning and we absolutely loved playing shuffle board downstairs! Kiernan was a great host and very responsive!

This was the perfect house for our large party of family. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout the process of booking, preparing, and our stay. The location was great, very close proximity (about 5 min drive) to town, and a short distance to the mountain, toll road to the top, and other amenities. Hot tub was awesome. Tons of extra linens, etc. Thanks for everything!
