Direi piu che piacevole

Posizione casa eccezzionale...colazione io fatta al bar dei Bus 1minuto a piedi da casa. Ottimo pure mercato a 2minuti a piedi e le spiagge a 10/15 minuti in macchina tutte raggiungibili..

Il bagnetto un po sacrificato tra bidet e lavatrice e Wc..troppo cari i parcheggi e che orari dalle 09:00 alle 24:00 a pagamento!!per le spiagge...addirittura alcune con ingresso a pagamento con la scusa di preservarle... Io comunque evitato di andarci a pagamanto....

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comoda la spiaggia di Rena Bianca come il centro di Santa Teresa, a 5 minuti di macchina. Zona molto silenziosa. Host super gentile e disponibile.

Arredo un po’ datato ma sufficiente.

Purtoppo deludente

Location buona, silenziosa e lontano dal caos del centro o dalle strade trafficate. Inoltre a pochi passi c’è un supermercato nel quale si può comprare tutto quello che manca dentro casa

Mancano diverse cose: 1. Ci sono regole stringenti sulla spazzatura ma la struttura non ci ha messo in grado di rispettarle. C’era una sola busta per l’immondizia e non c’erano indicazioni sui giorni in cui metterla fuori casa. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere le buste e ce ne hanno date 2 contate. 2. Per 3 notti e 4 persone avevamo un solo rotolo di carta igienica 3. Per 3 notti e 4 persone avevamo solo 3 “kit di cortesia” composti da un campioncino di doccia-schiuma e 1 sapone piccolo 4. Manca un posa-prodotti nella doccia 5. La pulizia delle scale del condominio e del balcone dell’appartamento è imbarazzante, pieno di ragnatele e polvere 6. Il phon per i capelli è quello piccolo

Hermosa estadía! Volvería y la recomiendo!!

Destaco la atención de Lara. Siempre amable, dispuesta a ayudar y responder cada consulta. La casa es muy cómoda y está bien ubicada.

Kellemes, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman a szép Santa Terresaban.

Szép, tágas, tiszta apartman. A konyha jól felszerelt, volt kotyogós kávéfőző, volt hozzá darált kávé is. Voltak edények, kenyérpirító, mosogatószivacs, egy szemeteszsák és egy wc papír tekercs, így azokat még venni kellett. Konyharuha nem volt, de volt só, bors, olivaolaj, szendvics készítéshez fólia. A klíma a konyha-nappaliban van, a hálóban nincsen, így aki bent aludt, annak melege volt, aki meg kint a kanapén aludt (nem túl kényelmes, de nem is vészes) az már kicsit fázott. A ház előtt lehetett ingyen parkolni. A város gyalog sincs túl messze, kb. 15 perc séta, de melegben érdemesebb kocsival bemenni, a strandhoz is (érdemes letölteni parkoláshoz az EasyPark alkalmazást, mert a környéken és a strandokon mind azt tudtuk használni online parkolás indítására és leállítására, nem kellett parkolóórát keresni, ami sokszor csak apróval működött, amúgy általában 1 euró/óra a parkolás, valahol 2 euró/óra). Volt egy kicsi erkély ruhaszárítóval és asztallal, két székkel, ami az utcára nézett. Nagyon közel van az Eurospin nagy bevásárló központ (ahol sült grillcsirkét is tudtunk venni) és mellette van 5 percre a hajókikötő is. Így mi az Eurospin parkolójában hagytuk ingyen a kocsit és onnan sétáltunk le a hajókikötőbe, amikor mentünk hajókirándulásra (9-kor indult) La Maddalenaba. Bea a házigazda nagyon kedves volt, ott van irodája a szomszéd házban, kértünk tőle vasalót és rögtön adott. A wifi jó a szálláson telefonos használatra, de tableten filmet már nem tudtunk nézni, ahhoz valószínűleg lassú volt, csak zenét hallgattunk. Tv-n nincs tv-adás, így azt nem használtuk. Mosógép van és mosószer is, így azt tudtuk használni. Csapvíz iható.

Hajnalban jöttek a kukaszállítók, meg az üvegeket vitték el, dobták be hangosan a kocsiba, így sokszor erre ébredtünk hajnalban. Amúgy csendes, lakóövezeti környék.

La gentilezza della proprietaria è stata davvero unica...la casa rimane vicina a tutti i servizi d'attrazione, pulita con tutti i comfort . sicuramente ci ritorneremo. La consiglio vivamente!!

Consigliato!

Struttura carina e ben pulita, gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima per raggiungere facilmente in auto qualsiasi spiaggia. Centro raggiungile anche a piedi. Supermercato più vicino a 300m.

Nice flat in wonderful area

The owner/staff is friendly and nice 👍 Beaches in the area are wonderful. The flat is a little bit out of the town, 1km from the center, by foot 10m, it is nice for an easy walk. There are 3 supermarkets in 200m. The flat is enough big, can host until 6 persons. Free and easy parking.

Not a negative point, only an advice when you prepare your luggages: there is no washing machine soap for clothes in the flat

The apartment is lovely and comfortable, well equipped, bright and clean, and close to the shops and restaurants, we enjoyed it. Our host Lara is very helpful and gave us great recommendations about our stay.

Quiet location with lots of supermarkets nearby and a short walk into the town centre. Fabulous town with loads of great beaches within a 10 minute drive and lots of restaurants and bars. Very straightforward check in and out with friendly and helpful host. Apartment was small for 3 of us but well equipped.

Excelent location, 10 minutes from town center on foot, private parking, very quiet neighbourhood

towels and bed linen are extra charge, additional bed sofa for 3rd (and 4th) person was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Great place with super nice host!

The property is very nice, clean and the host is super nice! Sardinia is a great island to visit and from the hotel you have amazing beaches on driving distance. Great location to explore the east, north and west side of the island!

Will return again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect size for a couple or small family, and we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner out on the small patio (facing a quiet street). Walking distance to town, with plenty of options for both buying food to cook and restaurants. We also loved the town itself and the beautiful beaches in town and close by either by local bus or car! Great local market on Thursday morning/early afternoon. Lara and her husband were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to friends/family, and plan to come back ASAP!

Great staff, great value for money

very nice staff and always prompt to help with anything we needed, even borrowing us wine glasses. :-)

it doesn't have wifi. They don't say it has, so we were not expecting it. It was not an issue as we have 4G in our phones. But if the guest needs wifi it should be a problem.

Passable

The host was nice to us. She brings us to the apartment by her car.

The photos did not correspond to the photos on the booking.com. We were accomodated at different place which doesn't look as nice as room we ordered. The furniture on the balcony was dirty, small shower, we missed toilette paper. Wi-Fi was almost unusable (unstable).
