Beautifully renovated historic well renowned "LaSata" meaning 'Place of Peace' built in 1887 located on a central street historic district and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1887 and owned by M.C. Bouvier, a Wall Street financier and great uncle to Jackie Kennedy and her sister Princess Lee Radziwell who both summered here as young girls. Expansive 1st level includes gourmet kitchen, open to living with comfortable seating and gas fireplace, bookended with 2 Dutch doors giving the open appeal. Off the kitchen you will walk through an astounding formal dining room, with a long dining table and cushy seating all around. This space has 2 cased openings to a spacious family room/sitting/hobnobbing area with more unique furnishings. Off of this space is a grand covered Veranda with plenty of outdoor seating. All artistically appointed bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels. 8 bedrooms total with 4.5 baths. Office on 3rd level designed for zoom meetings, with wireless printer.
