About this house rental
Welcome to our Russian River Brewhouse. A home with am inspiring blend of up-to-date appliances and amenities with the charm of wrought-iron framed beds draped in warm-palette blankets.
“Modern” in that it is located smack-dab in the middle of all you came to wine country for. A place that is in tune with you. Waking up here will motivate you and your party to seek out adventure. Use it as a launchpad for exploring, tasting and thriving.
You come and stay for its welcoming atmosphere of comfort and ease. A place that can revive you after a long day of excitement. Sleeping here both recharges you from past journeys and prepares you for the endeavors ahead. A haven to relax, reflect and enjoy.
We invite you here to fulfill your wine country goals. We know you will leave with profound memories.
This house is an entertainer's paradise and flows from the moment you enter the front door. You will feel at home as you drift past the kitchen, through the dining room, across the living room and out to the edge of the backyard which has a custom-made bar at its furthest end. Fun and relaxation from end-to-end and from top-to-bottom.
The KITCHEN is outfitted with contemporary appliances and the cupboards are stocked with most every pot, pan, utensil and dish you would ever need to cook dinner; or dole out delivery pizza.
Be sure to look in the fridge upon arrival. The owner has left two craft beers handpicked from her local brewery in there for you. Sip them at the barstool lined counter.
A sturdy tablecloth-covered DINING ROOM table seats six. The backside of the kitchen island seats three more on stools (a great place to enjoy those beers). When it’s all said and done, there is plenty of room here to eat and host guests.
The LIVING ROOM has two sofas set across from a fireplace with a wall-mounted TV above it. Cozy up in front of a warm fire, or sink into the couch to Netflix & Chill! You get to decide what kind of night it’s going to be.
All THREE BEDROOMS are bright, have plenty of closet space and are dressed with soft bedding.
Downstairs BEDROOM #1 sits adjacent to a full bathroom in the hall.
Upstairs BEDROOM #2 and BEDROOM #3 each have en-suite bathrooms. One of them has a dedicated desk and chair for guests to slip away and get some work done.
There are THREE FULL BATHROOMS. Complete with tub/showers.
The relaxed vibe of the interior spills out into the BACKYARD. A glass four-top table for dinner or drinks, Adirondack chairs for kicking back and a gazebo-covered bar along the back overlooking a magnificent bluff. Magic can happen out here.
A WASHER and DRYER, a grill in the backyard and other features fill in the gaps that give this home a true we-have-everything-we-need feel.
You’ll have spaces for two cars in the driveway and extra cars can be parked on the street. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and you will feel safe parking here.
Your PETS are welcome. Please let us know if your furry friends will be accompanying you at the time of booking. A $200 per-stay charge is required.
We look forward to hearing if it was more ‘modern’ or more ‘farmhouse’ for you...we bet it will be the perfect mix of both...

Great 3 bedroom home with each bedroom having its own bathroom and shower. The faucet in one of the showers failed - leaving the water running constantly. Called the property manager late in the evening when it occurred and someone came over immediately. Because the repair required a new inner cartridge, we had to turn the water off outside the home to avoid wasting hot water. Unfortunately this occurred on a Saturday - so had a couple days of turning water off and on outside. Otherwise, really enjoyed the property.

This is a wonderful condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very close to the wineries that we visited. Close also to the redwoods. We grilled and played cards while enjoying the meadow and coast range view. A very comfortable and quiet place.

This property was absolutely perfect. Walking in the first day you could immediately see and smell the cleanliness of the property. Each bedroom had a bathroom and it was great the first floor had a bedroom and bathroom for my older mother. Coffee, tea and creamer was available which was very thoughtful. There were also plenty of towels and bedding which is great when using sleeper sofa and staying multiple days. Also there was a floor fan in each room which is a nice option at night. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This property was nicely decorated, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we used it as our home base. We travelled to a different town each day of our six day stay. I would highly recommend this property. PS Christopher Creek Winery is not to be missed! It was our favorite out of the 12 or so wineries we visited!

We had 4 adults that booked this house on the North side of Santa Rosa. It was nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and appointed with all expected necessities. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and kitchen/living area was very comfortable and roomy. This will definitely be one for us to keep on our "go to" list when visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We’ll stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 5 adults on a girls’ wine tasting weekend. Cynthia’s winery recommendations were the perfect mix to get a feel for the region. Would definitely stay again!

Great centralized location to access all that Sonoma County had to offer. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Would recommend!

We would definitely stay here again as the home was very comfortable and we could bring our dog. The location is central for a drive to vineyards, coast, or towns. Note that you do need a car as the neighborhood is isolated and not within walking distance of anything.

The townhome worked great for a group of 5. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms that were spacious. Kitchen and living area was connected and a great place to cook, eat, and hang out. The location was awesome. Very short drive to wineries, Healdsburg, and Sebestapol (also the Santa Rosa airport was close). It was a quiet neighborhood with a nice view. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls wine tasting trip in and around Santa Rosa. Great location for all of our side trips and adventures to the coast, Calistoga, Healdsburg and Napa. The house had numerous nice touches that left us warning for nothing. Looks just like the photos and very cozy. We did have short power outages two nights in a row. Two cars in the driveway was a little tight but do-able with some creativity.

The house was perfect. If we had questions, Cynthia was answering them, quickly! The house location was great. Close to the 101, so we easily were about to head to a variety of wineries in Headlsburg, Windsor and more! We would definitely stay here again!

We 6 adults traveled to Sonoma Valley for my parents' 50th anniversary. The home was well-appointed, clean, and located in the heart of Santa Rosa - we were all impressed with with the property and its comforts! Would go back again and recommend to others! Thanks for your excellent hosting.

Nice property and location
Just a minor thing on the cleaning - there was hair still on the side of the tub and floor in the lower bathroom. I didn't like having the main level bathroom light on a motion sensor. It would go off while taking a shower or come if I didn't want it to come on. Just my two cents. The rest of the house was great and nice touches. We had a great stay. Thanks
