This 105 m2 exterior apartment is located in a restored 17th century building, located on the second floor with an elevator and stands out for its three balconies facing the street, high ceilings and antique doors. Due to its thick walls, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Even so, it has heating with wrought iron radiators throughout the house and air conditioning in the common areas. In the bedrooms, silent vintage ceiling fans.
All rooms are exterior so the ventilation of the entire house is perfect.
It consists of three bedrooms with capacity for six people.
The independent living room is equipped with a sofa and several armchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful natural light that filters through its balconies onto the old Calle del Infante.
The kitchen is independent and has all kinds of appliances and fixtures, as well as a nice dining table.
The three bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower.
The apartment has an area with natural light from large windows for reading and studying, with art, literature and travel books available to tenants. There is Wifi connection and TV.
It has two large public parking lots very close to the apartment. For long stays, an entry permit to the Area can be arranged, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Otherwise you can access the apartment on foot, through a beautiful pedestrian area or by public transport, taxi or VTC.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
