Sehr bemühtes Personal, das immer zur Verfügung stand. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Da es sehr wenig in der Nähe des Resorts gibt (Kuta etwa 40min entfernt), wurde abends immer für Live-Musik oder Feuershow gesorgt, was wir sehr toll fanden!
Da es in der Umgebung sehr “einsam” ist, hätte ich Angebote für Aktivitäten vom Resort aus schön gefunden, z.B. Wassersport o.ä. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, aber ansonsten in Ordnung

J’ai tout aimé dans cette hôtel magnifique très bien situé, restaurant au bord de la mer très très bon et les prix sont pas chers. Les massages au spa sont incroyables 🤩 , la piscine au bord de la plage magnifique aussi . je tiens à féliciter et à reconnaître le formidable travail que le personnel a accomplis durant mon séjour. Et un grand merci à Karine pour sa joie de vivre, son humour et son attitude positive qui nous a beaucoup aider pendant notre séjour . Bref un 10/10 pour l’ensemble de l’équipe de l’hôtel , ne changez surtout pas . Encore merci à tout le monde pour tout ❤️

Insbesondere die überaus freundliche Belegschaft, die Lage am Meer mit ruhigem Privatstrand, der Stil des Resorts.
Ganz besonders hervorheben wollen wir den Barkeeper Alehandro, der für sehr gute Stimmung gesorgt hat, überaus freundlich war und sich sogar privat die Zeit genommen hat uns lombok zu zeigen. Ein sehr guter Tänzer ist er ebenfalls. ;-)

Overall a great, young facility with lots of potential: liked the quietness, the kindness of the staff, the design of the facilities, the restaurant menu, generous breakfast, the comfortable chairs, couches and beach mattresses.
Absence of day curtains in my room, no hot water, many mosquitos in the room (but later resolved with a plugin repellent), absence of beach towels vs bath towels, shower head a bit annoying to handle as constantly twisted, body lotion was provided on day 3 only, towels should be dried up and folded every day but it wasn’t the case for me, absence of towel or dry rack in the ventilated bathroom, which makes it difficult to dry things as outside air is quite humid, a bit too isolated maybe which renders any trip slightly more cumbersome, but thanks to a scooter rental just opposite this was easily solved. Spa and massage was overall good but with room for improvement. No paddles or kayaks, unfortunately. Missing weekly on-premise activities, which could be a nice highlight in the day.

Sehr stylisch angelegte Anlage. Tropisches Flair. Direkt am Traumstrand an dem man nahezu alleine entspannen kann. Das Frühstück, aber auch a la Card zum Dinner von sehr hoher Qualität (Fisch, Steak, Meeresfrüchte).
Für uns kein Negativpunkt, aber in der Umgebung ist nichts außer dem Resort. Das muss einem bewusst sein.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et parfaitement situé. La plage est très belle avec zéro déchets et la piscine est top. On est vraiment dans un coin à part de Lombok. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Un petit paradis
Dans la chambre supérieure il n’y avait pas de rangements ce qui n’était pas très pratique pour « s’installer ». Lors d’un massage en couple j’ai surpris la masseuse regarder son téléphone et masser mon conjoint d’une seule main à plusieurs reprises. Ma masseuse quant à elle est restée très professionnelle.

Great hotel, perfect for a family trip. The staff was amazing (special shoutout to Yusuf who made our stay memorable) and the surroundings is just breathtaking. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to recharge your batteries.

We had the room ocen view and beachfront. Omg every morning you had incredible view unforgettable.
Wonderful big room, perfect view of the ocean and the beach, nice terrasse to chill.
Comfortable bed, very good products for the shower (sensatia). Tea and coffee in the room.
The most memorable is in the night you can watch the clear sky with a lot of Star, and hear the waves. Omg that’s wonderful and relaxing!
The pool is very chill and you can enjoy the ocen view in the restaurant. You can walk out and jump in the sea.
There is not really something else around, which is nice, if you are looking to be chill and less activity then good.
The restaurant is very nice, the staff very helpful. The curry und wok noodles were really good and vegan, that's great.
Breakfast is really good, good vegan options like avocado toast or granola bowl.
Last, the spa was also wonderful.
Thanks to the all staff who made such a wonderful stay, definitely come back!
Nothing, just be aware that there are not really other options to eat around it and it's in the middle of nowhere, which can be very nice, if you are looking for that.
Be prepared to rent a scooter if you want to go around for restaurants.

Wir sind immer noch hin und weg von diesem wunderschönen Ort.
Unsere Reise startete mit dem Hauseigenen Abholservice. David, der Hotel-Fahrer und Entertainer hat uns herzlich abgeholt, uns vorab alles Wissenswerte über die Unterkunft und Umgebung eingeführt. Er war unser liebster Begleiter in unseren Tagen vor Ort - egal ob als Fahrer zum Strand oder zum Schnorcheln auf die Süd-Gillis.
Vor Ort angekommen trauten wir unseren Augen nicht. Inmitten von Natur, liegt das Resort fast allein an einem langen Strand. Vom Pool und Sonnenbett genossen wir zahlreiche Sonnenuntergänge mit leckeren Cocktails. Gingen vom nächsten Strand aus (Selong Belanak Beach) mit dem Boot raus in die Bucht von Mawi zum Surfen. Oder gönnten uns eine tolle Massage im hauseigenen Spa. Am Abend gab es Barbecue oder eine vielfältige Karte mit leckeren Speisen.
Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Hätten uns nur ein wenig mehr über die Auswahl von der Küche Lomboks gefreut. Aber wie wir hörten wurde dieses Angebot nicht angenommen, da die meisten auch im Urlaub auf das heimische westliche Essen stehen...

Sehr schöne Alleinlange am Strand. Wunderbar gepflegter Garten. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Damen im Spa.
Zu wenig Sonnenschutz an der Villa (Sonnenschirm oder Sonnensegel nicht vorhanden ) das Personal war langsam, aber freundlich, hat während man gegessen hat den Tisch abgeräumt und wusste nicht mehr wer was bestellt hat.

A quiet and relatively clean beach to walk on. Very isolated.
Not much. Isolated location makes transport options limited and pricey. A hotel driver who didn’t listen and wanted to take me to the place he decided for me. Who seemed to be the fastest on every road, the wrong side of the road, honking at everyone and thing and telling me it’s all okay.
More local food options would be great. Not so much the International generic menu.

Beautiful resort at a quaint beautiful beach. Lovely friendly and helpful staff, amazing food & drinks, clean and refreshing pool. Room was stunning, couldn't have asked for better. We will be back :)

The hotel is picture perfect as well as the location. Booked it just to experience that beauty of it!
Staff is super friendly and we also got 15 minutes of free massagw and booked 60 minutes as well - great experience.
Restaurant is quite great and has quite a lot of delicious vegetarian options.
I read about bad wifi and it's true, there is only one network but to use it in rooms you need one password and another password for the restaurant. Sometimes it still doesn't work anywhere.
There were a lot of children during our stay, they sang instead of the live musician, ran around our table - so dinner never had a relaxing vibe and that's what I expected from this resort.
The swimming pool looked green on the first day and the water was very murky - also filled with children = not relaxing.

Food was outstanding. Location is stunning. Staff were fabulous and service was exceptional. The design and atmosphere to the resort is beautiful and very classy. Love the efforts being made for sustainability.
There was really no room to unpack with little space for clothes in the room that we had.

We stayed twice - the rooms were great, and the staff were amazing the first time not so much the second time. The location is great if you want to get away from everything. There is not much happening entertainment-wise and there are very few places in walking distance. You need to be a scooter rider to enjoy the location or you'll be hiring cars and drivers to get out and about. The beach was lovely very quiet and the views and sunsets from the restaurant were amazing. Air conditioning was some of the best we experienced.
We had lots of problems with the shower on our first 6-day visit and the food and service were not as good the second 2 night stay we had.

all the food was bad no flavour The steak was very tough, Ordered M-Well got Rare with blood they took away & recooked it which made it more tougher , did not eat it

It’s in a very good location. The staff is really responsive and friendly. Private pool is a must. Yes, they do have public swimming pool, but usually it’s crowded with kids;) so if you have kids, they will find friends ;) Spa ladies very nice, I even manage to arrange ice bath before opening hours.
We stayed during some special days as Valentine day and others I don’t remember. Background Music in a restaurant is really good, bit when it came to live music: in my opinion it was too loud and sometimes reminded me late karaoke one man show ;)

整个海岸线上最棒的一家酒店，很适合家庭出游。酒店整体白色调的墙面，配合马尾草的园景，有一种独特的地中海风情。酒店的餐厅也非常有设计感，把沙滩融到了餐厅里面。沙滩上有很细的沙，以及一种球形的颗粒砂，散布着粉色和橙色的小螃蟹，非常可爱，比圣吉吉的黑沙滩美太多。房间的设施完善，海景家庭房带游泳池，以及直接通到沙滩的入户花园，房间里面或浅海游泳，都很方便。服务人员热情有礼貌。由于房间设施检修，导致我们 late check in，赠送了晚餐作为补偿。酒店到机场大概40分钟左右的车程。酒店提供摩托车租赁，价格公道，方便到周围逛。By the way, 酒店的SPA很值得推荐。
房间太生态了，游泳池里面跑进了几只螃蟹和青蛙。

Freundliches Personal, waren stets bemüht und sehr gutes Lokal mit guter Küche
Die Zimmer mit Garten und Bergblick waren sehr beengend da man auf eine Bambuswand die 1 m Abstand zur Hauswand war geschaut hat.
