The location was super convenient to the beach, Tubbs Hill, and downtown. Overall the unit was OK, but the bathrooms, railing, and basement carpet need to be updated. The AC worked great except the downstairs was way colder than the main floor. The laundry area was a hassle having sliding doors with front loading washer and dryer side by side. The washer door can't stay open when the doors slide and inside of the washer is super musty, this may have been why the towels smelled musty after getting wet. All light switches were very dirty, air return vents were super dirty, and upright fans were filthy too. It would have been much better if all had been cleaned and updated. Some of the lamps didn't work or were by the bed but weren't near an outlet, so I guess they were just for decoration? We were left with a propane tank that ran out before finishing 1 batch of burgers with no spare to swap.

Location location location.
This property was walking distance to two beaches, two parks, downtown shopping and restaurants and hiking on Tubbs Hill. Great location.
Management went above and beyond to make our stay great. We realized at 10pm the house didn’t have an electric griddle for cooking breakfast for the eight of us. We text manager late and by 9am the next morning we had an electric griddle.
It’s that service that we appreciate and reward for high stars!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great! Could use more mirrors and maybe a vanity downstairs. We had 5 people sharing one bathroom mirror with limited counter space. And, the room with the twin beds is very tight. Other than that, we had a blast.

the house was great, the hosts great, and the location amazing. walkable to everything.

We had a conference at the resort. This house was perfect for all five co-workers to stay and only about a 10 minute walk from the resort.

This was a very comfortable home for our four days in Coeur d'Alene. Everything was clean and well supplied. We were able to walk the short distance to the lake and Tubb Hill each day. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house we stays at was close to the main resort. We could walk to the resort, restaurants, shopping, hiking and water sports! Loved staying at this house!

We loved this place. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near a park that is next to Lake Coeur d'Alene. With a deck on the front and a patio in the back you have your choice of where you want to relax. For us it was an excellent location to enjoy boating on the lake, Silverwood and the North Idaho State Fair. We would stay here again.

The Tubbs Hill property was perfect for our large family. Teens enjoyed the large space downstairs for gaming and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked, The best feature was the Air Conditioning, as it was super hot outside! We all slept soundly and comfortably in our comfy beds. Location was great, we could get out and do all that CDL has to offer.

Our son who lives in Montana, met us (rest of the family) for a fun 4 action packed days. The location and bedroom set up was perfect! We went to Silverwood one day and rode the Hiawatha Trail the next. Enjoyed walking to the beach and dining at some really great restaurants.
Will definitely return.

The place was great ! The downstairs toilet seat was in the middle of the floor and the dryer was not working! You also might want to get a better can opener and more garbage bags. Thanks

The home itself was able to accommodate my family well! It was very spacious and the location was perfect! Just a short walk to downtown. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our family
We visited CDA for a family reunion and this place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and just the right size. The location could not be any better. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family
We traveled for a sports event with 5 teenagers and found this to be a perfect spot for our group. It is in a great location and had plenty of space for our group of 7. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in this duplex, located within minutes of the main downtown area, and also near a great hiking area of Tubbs Hill and Sanders Beach. We could easily have walked into town, but didn't, but did walk back from a fantastic breakfast at Jimmy's. Different setup from the normal Queen Queen Bunk Bed scenario -- King & Queen upstairs, and then Queen downstairs and two singles; four bedrooms total. Perfect for a group of all adults. Wasn't phenomenally clean, but it was just fine, especially as we were really only using it as a sleeping area. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we couldn't find a corkscrew. Had a couple of hiccups checking in -- mostly waiting on door code, and then internet issues -- but hosts were SUPER responsive, so it was never an issue. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Duplex is within fairly short walking distance from Tubbs Hill for birding, walking and watching the sunset and rise; town center; and Sanders Beach. The private backyard has a grill and comfortable patio furniture.
The house itself is nice. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived and the house was very hot. I texted the property managers but they said the maintenance person couldn’t come until the next day. It was far too hot to sleep so our husbands started looking for the intake center which was completely clogged with dirt/dust; we found the vacuum to try to clean that but the vacuum canister was also packed to the top with dirt and wasn’t working very well. We cleaned the intake as best we could but the house still wasn’t cooling off so we checked the filter in the unit which was also so plugged with dust that it wasn’t pulling air. Changed the filter to an old one there that looked a little better and the house finally started cooling off a little. A person with a baby showed up the next morning and we told them the issue and size of filter to buy. We never saw anyone again to fix or clean anything but later when we came back from the beach there was a pack of filters on the porch so we assumed they wanted us to change it again. It’s a good thing we even knew to check the unit filters and intake because it was almost 100 degrees and we were prettt miserable that first day and night with the heat.
The house was surface level somewhat clean. We couldn’t use the drawers in the bathroom or bedside tables because they had hair, dirt and something sticky in the bathroom drawer. All the corners in the house had dirt in them and I tried to sweep but never found a dustpan and couldn’t use the vacuum. I also couldn’t find a swifter mop or something to clean the floors because our feet were black after walking on the floor the first day so we just wore our socks and shoes inside. It’s a beautiful place but cleaning was severely lacking- plan to spend first day cleaning up.
There was an empty vodka bottle under the bed downstairs. There was a lot of food crumbs and such in the silverware drawers. I and my friend keep a very tidy home and hoped to have a vacation with our husbands and her kids where we didn’t have to clean as much.
Otherwise a very lovely place and location was great but we wouldn’t rent again at this price range for what we got.
