This house was all we hoped for, couldn’t ask for more! Beautiful home with all we needed for a great vacation week with kids and grandkids. House was very clean and organized with all the accessories. Great location on the lagoon and close to the beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and other outdoor recreation items provided. Len was very hospitable and helpful providing advise and answering questions since we were first time visitors to LBI. We look forward to returning!

Trip to NJ to celebrate October birthdays and visit our grands, age 2 and 3. Property was well equipped with everything, except linens, we could need. Lots of extras, K cups, plastic wrap, etc. Very clean and updated. Deck area was updated with plenty of chairs. You do have a flight of stairs into the house. Hopefully we will be back!

Four of us including two sisters from VA and two sisters from NJ had a Sisters weekend with time spent in beach Haven West and on Long Beach Island. This house and location were beautiful! It got quite chilly over the weekend and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to stop running. The owner, Len, responded to my message about the air by remotely turning it off and the heat on. So appreciated! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again!

My family had a cousins reunion on LBI, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found Len's property. The outside is immaculate, and we did love all the extras that the rental offered - floats, kayaks, crabbing and fishing equipment, etc. The only thing I wish they also had was a stand up paddle board but that was by no means a deal breaker. :) The home is spectacular upon entering with the high ceilings. Needless to say, my cousins were very happy with the place. The drive to LBI was also very convenient which was helpful. Len was an excellent host - extremely responsive. I would stay again. :)

Our experience with Len’s place was absolutely awesome from start to finish! My husband and I just had our son a few months ago so this was our first family trip together and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. Truthfully, we chose this spot for it’s proximity to the beach but ended up hanging at the house by the water more than anything!! Being on the lagoon with a deck right off the living room/kitchen and access to shade underneath for the baby while you’re still able to enjoy water activities was great…it’s truly a place for all walks of life. Len’s house is immaculately kept, clean, nicely decorated and very thoughtfully stocked with things you may need for your trip (paper hand towels in the bathroom, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, kayaks, gravity chairs for lounging, etc). The rooms are nicely sized and having 3 full baths is awesome for a family of any size. In the few interactions I had with Len over VRBO, his communication was helpful and clear but even small gestures down to the labeling the light switches and other areas in the house so you didn’t have to guess how things worked showed evidence of how much he cares about your stay. Owners like this are ones you want to rent from over and over again! Thanks for the fun memories, we’ll definitely be back soon!

Came for Chowderfest which was unfortunately cancelled but spent the long weekend here. Place was spotless and owner was great. The kitchen was well- stocked and house even had some essentials that I forgot to bring. Wish the weather was better, but the cozy house made the change of plans acceptable.

This was my first time renting a place through Vrbo, and it couldn’t have been simpler! Len provided detailed communication, and made himself available if needed. The house was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was close enough to go shopping, and a very short drive to the island for the beaches. The deck has the ideal view for sunsets, and the amenities made this feel like you were spending time in “your second home”.

From the minute we arrived, we could tell that this was going to be a great experience. The house is beautiful—everything we needed was there. It was super clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely organized (directions, check in and check out), and they honestly thought of everything you would need for a long weekend away from home. My family enjoyed the house and the recreation area beneath the house. It was great for my granddaughter who was crawling all over the place. Everything was clean! The location was perfect!
