The unit was super clean. It has everything one would expect for an extended stay. We were there in late August so used the trails and there was very convenient access to the Park City Mountain trails. Also, it was easy to get to the rail-trail. Also quite convenient to Main Street and all it has to offer. Finally, take advantage of the great coffee shop and library across the street -- just a great atmosphere.

This place was CLEAN so that was great. Good location and a good price. But please believe them when they say there is no air conditioning! Of course we went in July so it was HOT and the only room that was cool was the bedroom. So it would be totally fine if you didn't need to use the loft for sleeping but we did and it never cooled down. There is nothing extra in this rental, it was very bare bones but it did work for us and the price was good.

Overall the place was nice. Every room was a different color which was interesting. Full fridge for all our food/drinks was good. The place provided all the necessary cookware but we didn’t use any. The beds were a good size and comfortable for me. There is a fireplace but we also didn’t use that. Everything worked well except for the AC unit in the bedroom. As long as the hose was connected to the unit, it worked great but the hose kept coming off and the unit would pour in heat. We made a temporary fix that worked for the last night we were there. Also the main floor bathroom had no drain plug. Great place if you are wanting to be close to Main Street. You just might need to arrange all of the plug in AC units to get air circulating and stay cool.

Pros: Good beds, good location to walk downtown, fairly quiet, upstairs room & shower were nice and functional.
Cons: No table to play games. Cramped eating space at the bar for three adults. Downstairs shower was subpar.

I loved the fireplace and all the amenities. The kids were able to enjoy playing games upstairs while the adults rested on the very comfortable couches. The location was perfect. We walked to Main Street every day and enjoyed all that Park City had to offer.

I booked this place for three nights, middle of the week, to focus on some work. I can see where it’s cramped for big ski trips but for me or a small family, perfect size and less than a half-mile from the main drag. Will definitely book there again.

The location was great. The house was set up perfectly for the 5 of us.

Great location for skiing and downtown experience. Condo well worn and seen better days. Perfect for guys ski trip, but wives wouldn’t have liked it. Good place to sleep and shower but not to hang out.

Location of property had great proximity to ski slopes. A couple if issues:
Fireplace did not work although prominently displayed in listing. Also, if the expectation is for the guest to shovel snow an de-ice the stairs, provide a shovel and salt. My brother slipped and fell on the stairs on our first day there. A large piece of ice was left on the stair tread upon our arrival. He fell on his back. It would have been terrible if it had caused him to miss out on his ski trip.
Cleaners could do better. We were greeted by a large pile of used COVID masks by the front door.

Down stairs bed was awesome upstairs not so much. Coffee would have been nice to have to make 😕 there’s a nail or screw on stairs that can give a good sting but overall it was a pleasant stay

The house was fine. Location is nice. The directions are not good. They don't send you to where you can park and in the dark it was very difficult to find. Fireplace didn't work at all. Hot water in the downstairs bathroom only lasted 5 minutes...doesnt work for 6 people. No information for anything in house at all. Pretty disappointed.

Location winner
Great location for skiers, quick walk to lifts

Tiny, old home.
The home was clean, the location was excellent, however the home was tiny and dated. The pictures are accurate, but showcase the priperty in a far better lens than the reality. Would not stay in the property again if avoidable.

Great location for a ski trip!
Everything was great for our ski trip. The kids enjoyed the loft, and we all liked the fireplace. Only small trouble was moving the car on mornings for the snow plow.

Nice but dated
This property is great for some guys wanting a place to hang while skiing, but for a couple looking for a nice place that is updated and current, it’s was a little short of expectations.

Great location!
Great location to Main Street and park city mountain resort. Having a personal parking spot was nice. The second floor unit was nice though stairs can be tricky when dumping snow (slippery). Maintenance did a good job of clearing stairs. Plowing became difficult if other parked cars didnt move. The space was ideal for two adults. We enjoyed the park within walking distance. This was our first time in Park City and the location of this home made everything convenient. Thank you!

Great for remote work
My wife and I stayed here for a month. This unit is perfect for two people working remotely - solid wifi and two desks within enough separation to accommodate simultaneous calls. The location is also PERFECT. Would recommend this spot for a long or short term stay.

Lovely and cozy for our small family of 3
Despite the heat (90s in July), we enjoyed our Park City vacation. If you might be here during another heat wave (coming from AZ, I hadn’t anticipated the heat when booking a rental without A/C), the upstairs gets pretty hot although the rest of the condo cools down comfortably in the evening. Walkable to the mountain coaster/other activities at Park City, close to mountain biking galore and walkable to many restaurants on Main.

Modern update with thoughtful details
This is a cute older building that has been thoughtfully updated, feeling modern with many details to help use the space wisely. Our family of 6 was tight in the space but we enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect and a bonus was exploring the fantastic library next door. Heads up- many places do not have air conditioning for the summer months and this was one! (There was an oscillating fan that helped.)

Great location on a quiet street, short walk to town
I stayed for a couple weeks on a work trip and really enjoyed the property. The description was spot on. I only contacted the management firm twice and both times my question was answered quickly. The location is just about perfect; quiet but a short walk to the center of downtown and all that goes with it. The property is cozy with a decently equipped kitchen. A big selling point is a reserved parking spot.

Great for family of five
The space was perfect for our family. Just enough room for us to spread out. Location was also convenient with the buses and walking distance to Main Street. We would rent this place again!
