Create memories with your family and friends at “Sandy Land” located in the Islander Villas! Enjoy our spacious, beautifully decorated four bedroom, four bath condo located on the prestigious west end of Ocean Isle Beach. We’re across the street from the beach access, so you’ll have toes in the sand after a short 5 minute walk. After a day at the beach, cool off in the oceanfront pool at the Islander Beach Club (club pass provided to all guests; club open Memorial Day through Labor Day) – also a quick 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive with plenty of free parking available.
The fully stocked kitchen with new quartz countertops makes preparing meals a breeze, and you can dine at the dining table which seats six, the kitchen counter which has four bar stools, or enjoy your meal al fresco on the outdoor porch dining table which also seats six.
The new comfy sectional is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie with your family and friends. Use the Blu-ray DVD player or cast your favorite shows via your streaming apps to the smart TV. Enjoy free, fast, reliable high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the condo – making it easy to work or study remotely. And plenty of games and books on hand to add to your enjoyment! For more relaxation, step out onto the large back porch overlooking a pond full of turtles where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine seated on comfortable outdoor furniture.
Each of the four bedrooms has a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Beds can accommodate 12 guests: master has one king; second bedroom has two full size; third bedroom has one queen; and fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Bath towels and linens included (note that beach towels are not provided).
And don’t forget your tennis racquets, pickleball racquets and a basketball with courts minutes away on the property. The building has an elevator for easy access and plenty of parking in designated spots directly under the building. “Sandy Land” has central air/heat (the bunk room has its own unit) and a full size washer and dryer.
Ocean Isle is a wonderful family beach known for its gently sloping 7 mile beach and warm ocean waters. It is ideally located between the historic town of Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC each being within 20 to 30 miles. This gives you the choice to play golf (over 30 nearby golf courses), go fishing, go shopping, visit aquariums, do some historical sightseeing, enjoy many restaurants, go to water parks or enjoy playing in the ocean and oceanfront pool. Companies on the island and in the surrounding areas rent golf carts, kayaks, bikes, surf boards, and so much more. Free concerts in town on Friday nights in the summer.

My family and I fell in love with this condo from the moment that we walked in. All of the bedrooms were nicely furnished, and the beds were so comfortable! The books in the "kids" bedroom were a very nice surprise. My granddaughter loves to have books read to her. It was so nice to sit and watch the turtles in the morning on the balcony. The condo was a short walk to the beach. The pool was busy during the day but had plenty of chairs. Can't wait to book our vacation next year!

This condo is clean and well equipped and the communication with the owner is quick and easy. Linens and towels are included which is a real plus. The elevator made it easy to load and unload the car and the beach is a short walk away. It was a treat watching the turtles in and around the pond while we were sitting on the outdoor porch.

The most important thing to me when booking a vacation rental is cleanliness. This home was clean and beautifully decorated. I really appreciated that all of the showers had doors instead of curtains. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. My sisters, niece and I had a wonderful stay. Juliette was super nice and answered all of our questions very quickly. A huge shout out to her for her kindness!!

We recently stayed at this property and it was exactly what we were looking for! It was a lot more spacious than we thought it would be and the outdoor space was wonderful. Everything was so clean and comfortable and Juliette was very easy to communicate with. The cleaning crew was still there when we were trying to check in at 4:00, but they were all so nice and I appreciate a thorough cleaning so we didn’t mind at all. The walk to the beach was short and the view of the turtles from the deck was a big hit with the kids! We would definitely rent this condo again!

We loved this condo. Everything was perfect! The unit is very roomy, very clean, and very nice decor. Elevator is also available .The owner has their condo well stocked with all you could need. An extra bonus is that linens and towels are included. The owner was very nice to work with ! Close proximity to the beach and a pool and a tiki bar!! It checks all the boxes!

We rented the condo, along with friends. We were in town to attend a friend’s memorial. The condo was perfect; very well equipped. We had more than enough room for the five of us. The back deck was a great place to relax. The interior was very nicely decorated . The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was perfect; in a quiet area with beach access close by. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the beach club as it closes for the season after Labor Day. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting there again!

My wife and i had rented this property for ourselves to be close to friends of ours who were getting married on the beach. The home was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy a week or weekend at the beach (minus beach towels which they even tell you before you arrive). Communication was easy and the owners are very helpful if needed. Would highly recommend staying here.
