About this apartment rental

Elegant two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace, suitable for hosting up to 3 adults + 4 children under 14 years age.

This wide apartment comes with an elegant and comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing in the Dolomites.

The flat is made of two bedrooms, of which one is a double room with a single sofa bed and one is a twin room, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a wide living room with double sofa bed.

The gem of this apartment is surely the wide southwards looking panoramic terrace, which boasts an awesome view on the Sella mountain. It is accessible from the double room and from the kitchen.

The separate kitchen I fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.

There is a washing machine inside the apartment.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are available for free use.

In Winter you will find the first skilifts / Ski slopes (Nives children slopes, connecting to the Sella Ronda) or the ski bus stop only 200-300 m away. For returning a ski path leads you straight to the house back. Ideal to explore the famous Dolomiti Superski!

In Summer the cycling & hiking path runs by just beside the house. It is particularly ideal for families with children, as 100 m away there is a children playground with small soccer and basketball field, as well as the ice rink. The house is ideal for hiker of all levels, as the hiking paths do start just behind the house.

Just few steps from the house you will find the grocery store and the first restaurants, as well as the Nives square.

The property comes with 1 outdoor parking place, ski deposit, washing machine, Wi-Fi, linen and towels for free use.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Great family ski trip
Great family ski trip
It was an easy 5-7min walk to the Poma Lift at Nives from which you could access the entire mountain and <5 to the nearest grocery store. We took advantage of ski and ski locker rental at Ski Walter which made the logistics easy. The kitchen is well outfitted with pots/panels, dish-ware, utensils, but beware that there are no kitchen basics --- salt & pepper, oil, paper towels, etc -- or puzzels, games, so bring your own.
