La situación, la limpieza y personal, teniendo en cuenta que es un tres estrellas el hotel es perfecto. El desayuno es bastante variado, cumple mis expectativas.

Toda la atención, amabilidad, simpatía de todos Los emplead@s Siempre estaban con una sonrisa. Variedad en la comida en general.

Que la bebida no estuviese incluida en el precio o por lo menos el agua. No me gusto que la página de booking genere confusión en el tema de la bebida en las comidas. No queda claro si es en todas las comidas o no. Poco tiempo abierto el chiringuito

Todo, muy cerca de la playa, todo muy nuevo, limpio y ordenado. Hotel familiar, colchones cómodos, habitaciones bien insonorizadas. Comida, variada y deliciosa, muy bien atendidos. Animación algunos días. Gimnasio pequeño pero nuevo. Cafetería amplia con mobiliario nuevo..

En general todo correcto, hotel agradable, volveria.

La ubicación es buena, a la vuelta de la esquina esta la playa. La habitación es grande y en nuestro caso daba a la piscina. Hotel tranquilo y agradable. Personal atento y educado, en restaurante sobre todo.

Se podria mejorar la variedad de las comidas, aun asi estaba bien.

Superb staff throughout the hotel - receptionists were excellent, particularly as my Spanish is rusty at best. The hotel is attractive - not high rise. Our rooms were fine - TV, fridge, marvellous shower, balcony. The pool was fantastic (plus jacuzzi) & sun lounging area lovely. Great terrace to grab a coffee. The beach is a stroll away & we had a view of it from our room. We found street parking for our car. There's a pretty square next to it, with a subtle kids play area.

Exceptional

Great three-star hotel super close to the beach in Gandía. We were on the 5th floor (room 533) and had incredible views of the beach and the sea. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were nice and friendly. The smart TV had access to several apps including YouTube. We'll definitely stay here again!

Lovely relaxing hotel, great value for money!

The food was lovely and the pool was great. Well priced drinks and in a great location!

My one complaint is that the terrace floor wasn’t very clean. i have a baby that is crawling and he was filthy after being on there.

Disappointing

The meals (breakfast and dinner) were good and substantial. The pool area is nice and the location is really close to the beach.

Some particular food choices are not good. Breakfast is a bit "simple". Coffee machines were not working correctly. The room was really small for the price, with no views.

Very pleasant stay, sad to leave as had a good weekend. Would definitely stay again Would

Location was excellent, set one road back from the beach. We had a large room with a balcony with sea views. The bathroom was a good size and we had a window to open, so had a lovely breeze going through. We had a large TV screen if we wanted to relax in our room. We paid for secure parking which was 10 euros a day, but there was plenty of free street parking available outside and around the surrounding area.. we ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and it was a buffet with plenty of excellent choice. Breakfast was included in our reservation, was a buffet breakfast again with plenty of choice.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. We found the hotel had a good atmosphere and was very relaxing.

For the price, I expected this stop on our 'road trip' to be basic. Far from it. The rooms are well equipped, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was self service, with everything you could possibly wish for. Location... 50 yards from a beautiful quiet beach.

The place was super clean. The bed was comfy. The facilities were really great, a nice pool and the beach was not far away eider. My room had a mini fridge. There is breakfast and a mini bar if you need it. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that the air-conditioning control seemed pretty old and did not seem to be working too well. It still worked, but it felt like it was doing random things. The temperature in the room was fine, none the less.

Fabulous hotel

We loved the food and the pool. It seemed to have mostly Spanish customers which gave us a chance to practice our language skills. Also it was in a good situation for the beach.

Service in the bar was very slow but there were a lot of people ... maybe on nights with musical entertainment more staff are needed. We waited 20 to 25 minutes to be served.

Very disappointing as not what you would expect for the $$$

Breakfast and location were great.

There was no parking available even though it was advertised there would be. It is limited and cannot be booked before hand so don’t rely on this service at all as it is very misleading. The bed quilt had lipstick stains on it and the room smelt really bad.

Excellent stay near the Beach - Very clean property

Very Clean rooms Excellent breakfast with lots of choice Friendly and efficient staff On the last day we had to leave early and they gave us a picinic packed breakfast

The Air Conditioning was a bit weak and the cooling was a bit slow and took time .......... We were in the middle of a severe heat wave with 38Degrees Celsius. So it would be good if the AC can be improved.
