Lovely family time in belek

Very good resort and very comfortable rooms and great choice for food. Kids club lovely 😍 my child enjoy every moment. The cleaning of the room is very good and they changed towels 2 time in the same day every day.

No night shows just live music. Its luxury resort but the service around the pools is self service. Energy drink extra money. The quality of the espresso and late not so good .

Pleasant

The resort quality dropped from 7 years ago big time when it was on of the best in Turkie. Seems like the owners are trying to cut costs. The staff is not near where they used to be. English is a real obstacle to customers comfort

Staff hardly smile and hardly speak English although many were trying to be helpful.

Not satisfied at all

We didn’t enjoy as we excepted ! It’s big the view in our room was beautiful

1. Room was smelled very bad 2. Food was very very normal 3. The food court was smelling eggy 4. No much in pools or activity 5. Night activity was very boring 6. Mainly the service was in the restaurant so so poor . Waitress was not please to serve us ,or happy , if you asked them to get something they ignore us , we will not recommend to anyone this hotel honestly, too expensive for nothing

Exceptional

We stayed lake houses with two rooms. The room was beautiful. There were three bottles of wines, when we arrived at our room.

The staff was slow when you want some drink mear food.

Too much maintenance work going on. Not all of it open. No evening entertainment other than Karoke. Staff wonderful esp

lake house was big but didn’t get the sun during the day.

best hotel I booked in Belek but expensive one

room was very big and well designed I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower area the pool are 5stars plus plus Food is excellent and rich everywhere in the hotel the hotel was the best hotel i booked in Belek and I enjoyed every day Gym is great the slides are great children zone is so good the staff are so kind

we had to pay about 100 euro per night for the 2nd child(7 years and 4 years) while other hotels are free for 2 child the games area asked 2euro for one coin to play a single game and that is so expensive !the jacuzzi is not really hot need to add more playstations at the children zone

Amazing place!

The staff is amazing! They go out of their way to take care of you. The massage services are phenomenal and they are really well trained.

There needs to be more defined space for adults only. Also in the Spa there was no quiet and kids and even adults were being loud and noisy. I think creating more adult only space will ensure that families and kids can enjoy and so can adults who are looking for quiet time.

Spacious

The resort is big and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly.

We didn’t get the rooms we initially booked on booking.com, had to change the room the next day. I also have a missing pair of Nike shoes. Restaurant location isn’t convenient - between rooms on the 4th floor. No vegetarian options at the restaurant/ buffet Check-in staff were not friendly

The facilities that surrounding the main hotel building and entire compund are excellent.

The food should be more diverse and much more adapted to Europeans who also eat pork.

Very nice staff, clean, big rooms, good food, original alcohol

when we stayed night programmes were not held on every day basis so it was a bit boring in the evenings Rooms and hotel in general should be renovated A lot of children, but it’s what you can expect
