Beautiful pool area, good and varied breakfast and a nice restaurant. Really loved our apartment but even room had a nice layout. Nice area with a walking distance to another restaurant, small supermarket etc.

exceptional location, very cozy, warm atmosphere and accommodation, wonderful pool, garden, delicious and rich morning buffet, exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. loved the possibilities of walking/hiking in the direct neighborhood.
Low number of power sockets and of closets.
Only possibility of eating was the restaurant across the street with food of mediocre quality and taste.

Location, restaurant, and wonderful breakfast were highlights. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years - probably close to once a year - and we love coming back. Lovely people, atmosphere, and accommodation options.
The only negative (and it was only a small negative) was that there is a smell in the bathroom of our apartment from the waste water pipes (probably from the shower.) This is something which I hope will be sorted soon. For the rest, always a pleasure to stay here.

breakfast was great
the location is along a busy road so you will hear the traffic noise , also some apartments ( or all) are above the restaurant and the smell of the kitchen is everywhere!! we did not sleep where for the traffic noise and also the smell …

the lay out and quality of the facilities
quite a lot of noise travel from neighbouring bedrooms

nothing it was good

The breakfast, the location
The flat is too warm and there was no airco. in the morning people talk in the restaurant below. Moreover, I think that this hotel is made for people with family or elder couples. Not adapt for young couple or for young groups.

I like the location, it is very quiet and perfect to relax.
I wish there was air-conditioning or ventilators for summer.

Everything, could not have been better. The pool, the nature around, the house were amazing.
Too short, we wished we could stay longer.

This was a stop over hotel for us, staying just two nights. We booked here as it was between areas we wanted to visit and the Tiger Tank was also a short walk away from the hotel to visit, with an excellent museum (14 December).
We booked a family room and there was certainly plenty of beds! We had a room with two singles (put as a double) downstairs with a separate toilet/bathroom and kitchenette area (with fridge), there was an upstairs area with a further 4 single beds (two again put together as a single). The room was basic but clean and tidy.
The hotel itself is lovely - looks like an old converted barn, with a play area and swimming pool out the back, which we didn't have time to use but it felt heated.
We arrived after check-in time, but the restaurant across the road had our key (think they are linked) and were able to seat us for dinner - there are no other options to eat in this town (its very small).
Breakfast was lovely - lots to choose from and could sit inside or out on the terrace. Served from 8-10am too so not too early.
Overall, a good stay
The stairs to the upstairs were very noisy (just the age of the building) but also not ideal for our little one (being only just 4) and would not have been safe for him should he have woken in the night. We managed though with the hubby upstairs and me sharing with my boy.
Beds were soft, especially those upstairs - did give hubby a bad back.
Some noise from other guests at night time.
Found some of the staff at the adjoining restaurant a little rude (caught one of the male staff mimicking my child when he was upset at having to sit on the terrace in the blazing sun - this apparently being the only table available). It did put us off and so we drove to the nearby town of Coo the following night for dinner, which actually had a lovely plaza with a pizzeria.

Great hotel in the beautiful Ardennes. Cosy and delicious restaurant across the road. Large, comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended for a visit to the Ardennes. We will come again!
Nothing; everything was great.

Our apartment was huge! And it was very well equipped. Staff was very kind and friendly and we felt very welcomed. The surroundings are very nice and you have a nice view from the apartment. The breakfast was excellent!
Bathroom was a bit smelly and the apartment was not super clean. It was on the restaurant. Would have been great to know upfront.

Unless you are lucky, you will be put in the stables in dark, depressing rooms.
On arriving we were told that diner in the restaurant was unavailable and we had to go some 10 kms further to have some food. An external group was more important to serve diner to than their guests.
