The pools were lovely and clean. Pool area quite lots of sunbeds
The sofa bed was rock hard

Apartment was spacious. Plenty of cutlery in a good sized kitchen. Cleaning was very good, towel replacements & bed changes. Pool table & table tennis table available. Childrens football & basketball area at front of reception.
Nice outside patio space with 2 sun loungers & table + chairs.
Cleaning & maintenance on the grounds was very good.
Location was in a residential area. No music by pool. No entertainment.
No life guard on duty with a pool that is quite deep. Pool wasn’t cleaned very well.
Apartment was quite dated & had an awful musty smell when we first entered it - it just needed to be aired but it wasn’t very pleasant.
5.0
Location, size of apartment and how clean it was
Mattresses on beds were not the best, if they would have been better then it would have been perfect

Loved our ground floor apartment as it had a lovely garden area where our 14month old daughter could play safely. The apartment was clean, had a spacious living dining area and a good kitchen. The bedroom was an OK size, but quite cramped with the cot.
Unfortunately the apartment was a little old fashioned and dated. I closed the bedroom door on day one and realised it locked, as did the bathroom, we couldn't open them and had to call reception, the man found a key in an electrical box inside the door which opened both, but was slightly concerning with a child who could have locked herself in.
Also the light in the bedroom was very dodgy, sometimes it worked, sometimes it had to be held down to work, clearly an electrical problem

Good size apartment and balcony, overlooking lovely gardens. Nice pool and bar area with sun beds.

Our stay was amazing. Good location, very comfortable and the pools was nice.

The location was beautiful and by day was very peaceful around the gardens and apartment.
The complex was very loud and we had an issue with ants coming out of plug sockets and all around the apartment. The staff did use spray, sadly this didn’t resolve the issue. The complex had two pools, sadly people placed towels on beds and did not return for the whole day and left us without on many days. Management did not enforce anything to stop this, so meant we didn’t get to use this area most days. We used the beds at the apartment and walked down for a swim. In the evenings it was very loud with guests as our apartment was on the main walkway.

property was amazing I have to say
only negative I really have was the price of the beer :s although it was similar alround, it was 6€ a pint for local beer which was not what I was expecting

Studio apartment was very large and well-setout. A variety of lighting options was helpful, for different hours of the day. There is a restaurant inside the complex, for those who did not want to use the apartment's kitchen. I signed up for daily breakfast, which was a mainly cold buffet, with huge coffee cups, which was perfect for me. The grounds of the resort complex were pretty.
There was no tea, coffee or sugar provided (despite a full and well-equipped kitchen). This was a surprise...maybe should be mentioned in the description.
Also, the location is a bit far from the marina, other restaurants and cafes.

Excellent facilities
No breakfast available for 4 star resort

Beautiful garden setting. Apartments very clean and all required facilities. Vilamoura is a very upmarket village built around the marina and not crowded with British tourists. Outstanding beaches with soft sand. 3 Villages near by Quarteira east walk.abd Faro and Albarfuria near by bus ride

location
surly waiter in the restaurant, ridiculous method
of saving all the tables in the restaurant in
case the full board customers wanted a table!
this resulted in turning us away even though
the restaurant was completely empty! crazy!

Location
Rooms run down and quite old. Needs to be refurbished to a more modern like amenities. Not what we expected from a 4 star property
2.5
Nice pool area
Good shower
Comfy beds
Ants in the room
Broken plug socket
Stained ceilings from water damage above
Snack bar not available unless you book for the week in advance!

Room was kept spotlessly clean for our entire stay. Towels changed as often as needed. Staff were so kind and helpful. Pool areas were brilliant, plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Pool bar food was OK, not too expensive. Quiet hours in the complex were good, especially at night for getting a decent sleep.
Studio apartment was a bit dated but still comfortable. Some fittings in studio might need an upgrade (bathroom taps, kitchen, sockets). Bed also on the hard side.
Walk to the Marina and nearest shops was long at times but manageable.
3.5
On site restaurant served great lunches and dinners, staff were friendly helpful and efficient.
Buffet style Breakfast was bland and unexciting. Only went the once, it was well worth missing
