Stay away from this property, we arrived and nothing what is was in the pictures. The owner of this property is using other pictures to pass this property off as legit. We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. The bathroom is barely usable, with only running water, the doors are falling off the hinges. There was mouse feces all over the floor when we arrived along with copious amounts of hair all over the floor, no one even attempted to clean this before we arrived. The kitchen is not what is pictured either, they are old wood grain cabinets that are also no pictured. The fridge is different and it's not pictured either. The windows had duct tape holding them together with zero security for the house. I emplore everyone reach out to me before going to this property. The manager will not return calls or emails. I honestly can't believe VRBO even allows a place like this one it. Holes in the walls everywhere, the backyard is overgrown with bush, drug dealers on either side of the house. This is the most unsafe VRBO I've ever been to, the owner should be ashamed of themselves for what they are trying to pedal with this place.

Don't let this property fool you, the backyard is ajacent to a scrap yard. There is no washer/dryer/dishwasher. Oven/Stove is very small and is pressed up against the water heater and fridge which don't allow for it to properly open.
The main bed has been heavily used and springs are shot. Neighbors were harassing and main trash bins were too full to dispose of rubbish.
The back yard was full of weeds that were easily 5-6 feet tall and I had to cut them down myself.
With the location of the neighborhood I didn't feel there was proper security and felt unsafe to the point I didn't stay the final days of my stay.

One complaint: app-centric
Only one complaint: by checkin time, the lockbox code had not been added to the Visit info. I reached out to the owner, who responded promptly with the lockbox code, and let me know that the code had been sent earlier through the app.
I had not installed the app (I don't like installing apps for only one use), and was unaware that it was a possibility for info to get sent ONLY via the app. Please don't make your service dependent on an app - it makes me much less likely to use Vrbo again in the future.

owner was communicative. conveniently located near a lot of things. The pokey plants in the back couldve used a little clearing because my dogs would track them indoors and i ended up stepping on some but it still wasnt too bad. the location is convenient when traveling and quaint restaurants around the corner. for a place that would house me and my dogs and for the price, i couldnt really complain. I'd stay there again if needed

Good stay...
The host was responsive and kind. Property location was questionable however, we had no issues at all with anyone bothering us. Place could use a little bit of tender care (new blinds and curtains, and a few other little issues) and just a bit more cleaning. It was not a bad experience and would stay again. Thanks to the host.

This property made me wonder if VRBO has any standards whatsoever. The neighborhood is very sketchy and there is a dumpster right in front of the unit. A strong perfume smell was overwhelming upon opening the front door. On inspection, we found among other things: the cutlery drawer was broken; there were hardly any outlets, especially for electronics; the lights in the bedroom were unplugged and the only plugs were behind the headboard; no towel bars in the bathroom; the back door lock was iffy; there were no dressers or even shelving for clothes; the backyard was a mess of sand and weeds. It was so unpleasant and uncomfortable that we left after one night.

Comfortable apartment
My wife and I thought the apartment was comfortable with a nice, comfortable bed. Although the bedroom was rather small for the size of bed. The air conditioners worked fine which was important since it was in the 90s while we were there. The bathroom was clean and large enough, although the bathroom door would not close. The kitchen had everything we needed but but some of the cabinet drawers were broken. Overall, a comfortable apartment and a very reasonable rate.

The property itself was convenient and everything we were looking for. The neighborhood was sketchy.
We had a nice time and were able to bring our dogs which was really nice. The fenced in back area was perfect for quick potty and they had a dog waste station as well :).

Our favorite go to
This is our second stay at this property. We were there during the recent blizzard and felt right at home as we hunkered down and watched the snow pile up. Our dog loves the backyard and the neighbour's came together to dig each other out. Highly recommend this little place. This is our go to every time we come to Denver!
