Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub, die Mitarbeitenden sind alle supernett und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, es gibt eine Tiefgarage.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet.

Great location. It would be great if they improved maintenance and cleaning.

Great location. Parking in the garage. Nice stuff. Breakfast was OK.

There were hairs in the shower and marks from glasses on the nightstand from previous guests. Uncomfortable bed with terrible pillow. I'm not sure if the sheets were changed after previous guests considering overall cleanliness... The bathroom needs some maintenance - leaking shower, broken light flashing like in some horror movie :)

Nichts.

Schreibtischlampe defekt. Zimmer schlecht gereinigt. Halterung für Toilettenpapier defekt. Für Comfort Zimmer Reservierung hat man etwas besseres erwartet. Brötchen Auswahl hätte besser sein können.

Für eine Nacht war es OK. In dieser Kategorie erwarte ich mehr.

Nettes freundliches Personal Ein sehr schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer Sauberes Zimmer inklusive Bad Parken in der Tiefgarage / kurzer Weg Heppenheim und Umgebung war sehr schön

Matratze war eine Hängematte und viel zu weich Kein Wasserkocher für morgendlichen Tee im Zimmer Keine Minibar / Vorrichtung - Schrank war vorhanden, aber kein Kühlschrank Frühstück war OK. Allerdings ohne Saftmaschine (Stand eine Flasche mit Multisaft). Kein Kuchen oder Kekse. Bar am Abend war der Zapfhahn für ein Bier defekt / Flaschenbier dann ok.

Nette Unterkunft

Ich konnte auch nach 24:00 Uhr einchecken was von Vorteil ist ich war mit der Bahn unterwegs und hier kann man nie sagen wann man ankommt.

Das Personal war nicht so freundlich. W-Lan gab es theoretisch aber praktisch war es ständig weg. Am letzten Tag habe ich gelesen das man sich melden muss wenn man das Zimmer aufgeräumt haben möchte. Ich war 4 Nächte da, da sollte es so sein das wenigstens an einem Tag jemand rein schaut.

Mit einem guten Frühstück kann der (Fahrrad fahren)Tag beginnen. : -)

Das Zimmer Superior hat eine passable Größe, war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist schmackhaft, abwechslungsreich und bis zur letzten Minute alles vorhanden. Sehr sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Lange Frühstückszeiten.

Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe!! Für das Geld habe ich etwas anderes erwartet. Eine Badewanne mit ekligen Duschvorhang. (Wusste nicht, daß es so etwas noch gibt) 😞 Das Waschbecken hatte Sprünge und war dadurch unansehnlich und wirkte schmutzig. Die Tiefgarage ist abenteuerlich. Man findet sie Fast nicht dann steht man vor sog. Einparkschienen,mit denen ein "Normalo" nichts anfangen kann. Ein Satz von der Rezeption dazu wäre hilfreich gewesen. Für E Bike's waren leider keine sicheren Parkplätze vorhanden.

Der Aufenthalt war entspannt. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war zur Altstadt hin gelegen und somit ruhig. Auch eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes bis zum 14.09.2023 im selben Zimmer hat Dank des freundlichen Personals super funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings sind 19,00 Euro ein stolzer Preis.

Was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Raum um Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen. Bei früheren Aufenthalten war das möglich.

Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, Lage scheint gut, Parkgarage anbei, freundliches Personal

Das Zimmer war stellenweise etwas staubig und im Schrank stand eine angebrochene Colaflasche.

Okish stay for one night

Right in the city center (which is a very historical)

Our car with roof box did not fit (>1,85 m) the underground garage: no info was published about this limitation. The hotel parking was more expensive than the other parking places

Very good

Really enjoyed the hotel and the fact that it is right in the city. No car needed, the garage was right downstairs. Quite, quaint, and clean.

There were a couple of stairs that should be marked with marking tape, in order not to oversee they are there. For example, by the back room behind the reception as well as the dining room (marmor). Small but important especially for older customers.

Lovely old German Town. Quiet. Secure Car park. Modern. Good breakfast.

No shower gel or shampoo or hand-wash Shower was a bit old fashioned in a bath tub.

Be careful with what you book.

It was ok for the price and the surroundings are nice.

We booked a superior room but got only a comfort room. The breakfast is fair and the parking expensive, you pay two days (arrival day and departure day) even if you stay 1 night.

Heppenheim

When we eventually found hotel it is central to heppenheim. 10 min walk from train station. Breakfast fine. Room ok and clean with slippers and gowns.

Hotel a different name to Achat hotel which we booked walked round in circles looking for the hotel. MH on front of building smallest size Achat on wall. No daily housekeeping had to ask at reception for extra toilet rolls towels etc, sheets not change in 4 days despite 30 degree heat. Rubbish left in bins for duration of stay.

Superb

Surprisingly nice hotel, located just a two streets from the cities' main square. Room was spacious, with comfortable bed. Shower gel in the bathroom smells really nice.

Internet connection was not very good.

Disappointing

Well located, clean, airconditioned

We dropped in by chance, the receptionist said they have only room for eur 152. Sitting back to the car i could book on booking.com a standard room for eur 85... When i returned to the reception the guy arrogantly said, that he had said before, there was only an expensive room. I showed the already paid reservation, and the guy was still arrogant.... Breakfast would have been 20 eur, while the caffeeshop 100 steps away offers the same quality for half this price

comfortable and enjoyable hotel for business and leisure trips

Modern appearance close to the old town and city center of Heppenheim. Very good intercontinental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room service only on request. Windows need to be replaced. Some street noise from busy Main Street.

Bring ear plugs for sleep

The location was good, breakfast was also good.

The noise from the road, all night hearing cars passing, the windows need to be changed. There was no cleaning despite me leaving a label at the door. No courtesy water bottle, had to drink from sink. No tea/cofee kettle The wifi was very slow The plugs were in random places, not comfortable to charge the phone The light switch were also not very well placed I booked on line with a discount and when I had to add one night because of a cancellation, I was charged nearly double for that night than for the other nights.

Michel Hotel, now Achat....comfort and hospitality stays the same!

I know the place very well from its time as "Miche Hotel", staying there every few months. The place is very central with one side facing the Bundesstrasse (thus, a bit more noisy, like this time) and the other side facing the old city nucleus (very quiet). Everything is within 5-10 min of walking distance, 10 min to train station. Short stroll to the central market square with the beautiful old Fachwerk-buildings and good restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet is totally awesome, very rich and diverse and always included in the overnight price...great bargain! totally worth it. Always love coming back here.

would be good to have a mini-bar fridge in the rooms, I think they removed all those some time back, leaving an under-the-counter gap.
