Hotel ist leider nicht ganz so modern wie auf den Fotos

Lage und freundlicher Mitarbeiter beim Check-in

Fotos vermitteln ein modernes Hotel, aber tatsächlich ist es ein altes Hotel mit ein paar modernen Akzenten …. In unserem Zimmer hingen die Vorhänge halb runter an zwei Fenster und liessen sich nicht bewegen, Löcher im Bettlaken, Seifenspender an der Wand und nicht am Waschbecken, recht teure Tiefgarage mit €15,- pro Tag

Gelungener Urlaub im Ländle

Das super. nette Personal im ganzen Haus. Man hat gemerkt das Personal möchte, dass sich der Gast wohl fühlt im Haus . Frühstück ist mit Liebe und in guter Qualität jeden Tag hergerichtet. Wird immer wieder aufgefüllt und alles ist sehr sauber. Dankeschön dafür dem Personal.

Es fehlen auf den Fluren Fluchtpläne für den Notfall und ebenso in den Zimmern. Beschädigte Rahmen der Eingangstüren zum Zimmer. Nicht nur in einem Zimmer. Dieser Umstand veranlaßte uns auch das Zimmer zu reklamieren ( aus Sicherheitsgründen) und bekamen ohne weitere Diskussionen ein anderes Zimmer. Fehlende Minibar oder kleiner Kühlschrank für notwendige Kühlung von medizinischen Utensilien.

Wunderbar zentral und netter Komfort!

Das ist ein schönes Hotel mitten in Reutlingen, sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man überall schnell ist, auch zu Fuß. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Frühstück toll, es gab auch das bestellte glutenfreie Brot/Brötchen :) Prima Service!

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, Kaffee und Cappuccino war lecker

Location was great

Rooms were advertised with little fridges in them but there no fridges in the rooms. It was hot during the days we stayed and nowhere to keep items chilled.

It was a very clean stay. We found the room clean everytime we went there. Breakfast was good.

A very big incovinience was that there was no fridge. You couldn't store food it drinking to keep them cool on a hot day.

Disappointing

Corner apartment (probably last available) with barely any light and scruffy. Fairly small room. 1. Listing mentions a fridge/minibar in the room which was NOT the case. Resulted in having to throw food away. 2. Cleaning staff knocking at 8 am on a sunday (no standard "do not disturb sign available", only to start banging hardcore when cleaning adjascent rooms. 3. Asked for a water cooker in the morning at reception as cleaning staff disappeared after their previous shouting and semi-rampage. Upon 30 minutes waiting and running close to check out time, I had to go down again. A phone call was made. Finally it was brought. When mentioning these points upon check out, politely but firmely told off. Baseline: Overpriced/no value for money and semi-professional, rather a 2 star then 3 star hotel. Nothing "Aspire"-ing in the end.

10 euro extra for parking even if not mentioned in the hotel description..we have parked on the street nearby as during Sunday it is free and have paid only 1 euro în the mornday morning from 8 until 10 am.

Dissapointing single sofa bed

Breakfast was quite good and lots of variety. The lady at breakfast room was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfy. Lifts were bigger than most lifts in Europe.

The lady at reception had very limited english. When we checked in, we were shocked to find the sofa bed was only meant for 1 single person. Never seen anything like that and we wanted to upgrade or book an extra room, it was already full. No refrigerator or kettle in the room.

Good location, good value for money

The location and the comfortable beds. Nespresso coffee added to the experience

They changed the check-in time from 10:00 pm to 18:00. We were travelling on that day and only received the messages when we got to the hotel
