Buena ubicación e instalaciones

Buena ubicación, habitaciones grandes, posibilidad de parquing justo al lado, buen desayuno (con opciones para celíacos).

Las cortinas opacas de la habitación no cubren todo el ventanal y no hay persianas, así que a las 6 de la mañana ya entraba toda la luz en la habitación

Some receptionists were not really cooperative, but otherwise that was a good stay.

Good friendly staff, very clean.

Room very good, although on the 5th floor, slightly strange layout, but very well furnished, beds good, bathroom very good, with large shower, all very modern. Breakfast selection very good. The Bar was good, not bad on price and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

On arrival we were a bit tired and chose to eat in the Restaurant, some of the meals, looked a bit expensive TBH, as we were not starving, we had a very light/small meal with a soup starter, which was ok price wise. But a full 3 course meal, if you were hungry would be an expensive evening.

The pool was nice with a small sauna. The rooms were exceptionally clean with spacious bathrooms. Proximity to old Town and the train station is fantastic.

Very strict with the dog and old school keys that are cumbersome.

Location is great. Rooms could be improved.

They let me check in early. Location is excellent.

There was just 1 pillow in the room. And the comforter wasn't large enough either. There was no kettle in the room (which today is a basic thing to have). Some of the staff weren't friendly.

Hotel is comfortable and well situated. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very well situated, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Although you can see that the hotel is bit dated, it is extremely well kept and clean.

If you arrive late, you might miss the parking spot. But we were lucky with the last one. And sauna was our of order during our stay.

Location: the hotel is in a very central position directly in front of the central station and the Altstadt. They have a garage for bicycles.

Quality/price ratio very poor. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Breakfast too expensive considering that you have lots of choice (backerei, bars, restaurants) just in front of the hotel.

The location was great, near the train station. We needed a place to stay, because we had to catch an early flight the next morning.

It was too hot and we could sleep with the window opened because of the noise from the train station.

terrible. please don’t let people sleep in this kind of place

the man in in the reception was very not nice to us. he said something that really hurt us. it’s something really not nice and racist. we tried to explain it to the manager but I guess she is not so interested in it as she only could offer us payment back for the parking place - that is not what we wanted.

the check in man was ugly to us. he said that we paid too low price and that is why he is not nice to us. he took us to our room and we smell together that it’s smells like cigarettes and smoking inside our room. we asked to change room but he was not nice and didn’t want to change our room. so we went sleep in smoky smelly room and the day after we complain to the manager that she said she will ask the boss for sending our money back to us but she didn’t done it. we are still waiting

the location of the hotel is close to the main train station / underground, which is good.

I forgot that hotels could be such) the main problems: - no air conditioning - too hot in the room - if open the window to get a bit of air, too loud with windows facing to a big street with loud and super fast bikes and cars. as a result you cannot sleep. - finally, the shower had had no hot water at 4AM. - the appearance of the hotel is like from 80-90
