My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at this lovely lakefront home.Nice and clean and spacious inside as well as the large rap around deck.
It was a very nice getaway and we would return, nice and quiet and serene.Just what we needed

Nice home, Nice property with good access to lake. That is the good. The negatives are the previously mentioned out door furniture which is all pretty much unusable seeing the previous reviews we brought are own but hade move it everytime we chose a different spot to relax. The cleaning crew needs held more accountable. From the refigerator to the stove to visible dust on furniture, really unnaceptable. Without too much detail communication with the host local or remote was not timely nor complete. They just did not seem to care too respond to concern that was raised. When they finaly did respond (too late) no real help was offered. Even with the aformentioned issues, had it not been for the host a higher rating would be in order.

Property and location were very nice after an 800-mile trip however other areas fell short of expectations. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my son couldn't use it, second bathroom shower was very small for an adult and the master bathroom had to be shared, lighting in the kitchen area was poor, there was a dryer full of towels, dogs walked thru the yard at times and while eating dinner a Doberman came onto the desk and was peering thru the windows at us and there were spiders galore in the covered dock. While we were there it was hot and the houses A/C was a blessing from the heat. We really had only five days so I didn't bother contacting anyone about the Wi-Fi and I could mention the other areas that might need attention if deemed necessary. Overall, our family enjoyed the area.

Very nice property...enjoyed the location.

This place has a fantastic location. Right next to Euchee restaurant and sand island. House is perfect for two couples or a family w two small kids. The spare box spring and mattress needs replacing. Its had its time and its time. Dock is perfect for our fish and ski. Watch shallow side of water pulling in tho. Depth finder saved us.
Deck was a great place in evening to sit and see water. Rockers are great idea but wood is old and we had cover w towels. But we didnt mind. Outdoor table needs replaced. We did find some plastic table cloths and covered it. With all the critiques, I still really loved this place. With some more upkeep it will be a gem! Lloyd the neighbor was nice too! It rained one day and we sat on from porch which i thot was great. Will come again.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. If I had one recommendation it would be to replace the deck and furniture.

We had a great time..the property was clean..on the lake. The yard was easy to walk to lake..the dock was great to fish from...there was a few things that the property needs...ladder on dock...new outside furniture on the deck and deck needs stained/painted. It is sturdy but is dry and splinters.

This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve rented this house. It has everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the linens. The master bed is so comfortable, I spent a good amount of time trying to find the quilt and pillows I liked them so much 🙂. The water on the lake is so nice, no weeds and it’s not too cold. The covered dock is great but there were some boards that need a little work. The Terrace View Marina rents pontoon boats and we’ve done that the past 2 years also. It’s not too far of a drive and the price is great from 10am to sundown. There is a sandbar not to far that everyone hangs out at with their boats and that’s fun. It’s not to deep in some spots so smaller kids can have fun. The only downfall is the patio furniture isn’t useable, it needs to be replaced. Looking to book again for next year.

We enjoyed the house and where it was located. just the right size and decorrated beautifully. MY husband and a nearby family member went fishing everyday, we had our little dog with us . she liked going down to the boat dock and looking at the water.I got alot of sleep which was great. The only drawback was the condition of the deck and the deck funiture. exposed nails and broken boards. it needs major updates, outside table was unusable. We brought our own chairs and used them. I would give it 5 stars except for the deck. No problems with anything else

Finding the place was very difficult because there were three streets by the same name and instructions were not precise. The house number was on a small post and almost invisible, the house is well hidden from the street.. Parking with a boat is most difficult. We had to unhook our trailer from the truck and turn it by hand. The cabin is beautiful and location on the lake is beautiful also. Fishing was very poor for us. The Marinas in the area were like the Ghetto. Restaurants were mediocore medicore at best. .

We got to relax and connect with nature which was what we were looking for.

The house was great had everything we needed. The only thing was the back deck furniture was not safe to use, some chairs had mold, and some slats were broken. The view was fantastic!

The house was lovely and we were very happy once we finally received the check in information. I spent over 4 hours during my 9 hour drive to Tennessee on the phone with VRBO to try to secure the check in information. The manager of the property was emailed repeatedly and VRBO tried to communicate but to no avail. The property owner did not post the check in information on the VRBO app and only emailed information apparently to the wrong email address. I was frantic since I was driving in torrential rains and trying to discuss the concerns with VRBO. Customer service at VRBO did a great job to get a hold of the property owner to get the check in information. I cried and was just about to turn back and drive 9 hours home when they secured the details. I will never wait until the day of check in for the details again. I give the communication to the property manager a zero.

We really enjoyed staying here. The view and location was beautiful! We were in the lake almost every day. I loved the location .. it’s in a little cove so it wasn’t busy with boats and traffic which was nice since we have little ones. My kids spent the days trying the find seashells and clam shells and boy did they find a lot. They also found the cabinet under the TV that had some board games which they loved. My daughter and husband caught a fish which was neat. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there. Only thing we recommend is to make sure to where sandals in the back porch or you could get a sliver.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We look forward to coming back next year.

Tennessee trip
Grass needed to be mowed
Not enough towels and washcloths ...( cabin can accommodate 6 people)
Showers need help... shower off from sunroom especially. My brother in law is 6’1” and the shower head was so low it sparyed on his upper chest. He had to bend his head down to wash his hair. Shower is too small Can barely turn around.
Handle on door in living room going to desk fell off when nephew was trying to go outside.
Lighting in master bedroom was horrible. Even with 3 lamps and ceiling fan light turned in.
Electric did not work at private pier. Couldn’t charge boat battery
Sofa bed was awlful. Mattress was so thin you could feel metal bar in your back. Sofa bed very wobbly also. 14 year old nephew had to take cushions from couch and put into the floor and sleep.
Couldn’t go bare footed on deck because of nails that are slightly raised.
Unable to use table and chairs on porch. Chairs had broken slats.
I do believe the cabin needs some updates. In listing it stated it was professionally decorated. I beg to differ. It looks more like a hodge podge of this and that’s. The balloon shades are so 1980’s.
On a good note the hardwood floors, walls and ceiling in living are was nice.
