The hotel is wonderful!

It is just a wonderful hotel. I absolutely loved the toiletries. Very clean and beautifully furnished.

I was hoping to take some prom pictures for my daughter in the Park Chateau but was chased away by security. It appears that the Park Chateau and the Chateau Grand Hotel are two separate propertie which I was not aware since on the the Park Chateau webpage there is a link to the Chateau Grand Hotel (CG Hotel). My daughter was a little disappointed and the security personnel was not very professional which kind of spoiled her day. But the hotel itself is wonderful!

The worst reception staff, asked us to leave the room in 5 m, it is only about making money, nothing special ... dont even offer breakfast..... Will never go back there again

Beautiful hotel property. Exquisite interiors. Very comfortable beddings and bed. Surrounding restaurants we ordered takeout from were also very good. Will stay here again!

Nice wedding venue.

- Beautiful wedding venue, comfortable bed and pillows, nice size room. - Very nice brunch

- The shower was terrible. Droplets of water. Disappointing for the price. (Room #223). - Too much noise in the hallways. Cleaning staff literally shouting woke me up at 8am on a Sunday after a wedding…and I am not a light sleeper. I had to get up and tell them to “lower the volume”.

The grounds are gorgeous absolutely beautiful

The service was a bit lacking, valet non existent, the check out was a bit disorganized. The most amazing hotels we have stayed at stood out for their five star service, this hotel was gorgeous and had many beautiful qualities, but it still lacked that extra quality that would put it above and beyond and that’s impeccable care when it comes to check in check out valet bell service, the small touches that put it over the top.

It was nice but it could have been better.

I really liked the entire ambiance of the hotel. The restaurant and bar was very convenient for us. The coffee should have been complimentary but instead they over charge you.

I didn’t like the quality of our room. Our shower was not properly cleaned. The bathroom water pressure was so low it took 30 minutes to brush my teeth. They gave us a room by the elevator and it was so loud during the night. So many people were coming in and out in the middle of the night.

They would charge you extra (highway rubbery) for no reason for services you don’t use.

I did not have breakfast!

I check in at 11pm and check out at 7am. At the check in counter, I was told there is an extra charge of $29.99 for Wi-Fi and pool usage. He said it himself that you can’t use the pool at this time but it’s a mandatory charge. As I told him I’m not gonna use the Wi-Fi why do I have to pay that. He said sorry, I have to charge you and there was an extra $29.99 on my bill which I had to pay for no reason. Also, shower head holder was broken. Shower head was not staying up on its position. It was sliding down. The way shower is designed water was running in middle of the bathroom. Therefore, after your shower there was a big pile of water in middle of the bathroom!!!!

Nice rooms, very clean, beautiful venue, ample parking space

No breakfast available, in such an amazing place!? (except for take away) Lot of noise from wedding party location area; nothing to do in neighbourhood

Beautiful but wouldn't bother unless you are there to attend a wedding.

The grounds were beautiful. The front desk area was fabulous. Pretty bar, restaurants and exterior sitting area with bar and food. Large parking area. Valet parking and beautiful front entry. Lobby coffee kiosk a must.

Definitely a hotel for weddings. The place is overrun by late night revelers. Very noisy nights and hallways as drunken, loud wedding folks scream at each other in the hallway. Supposedly they have an all quiet at 11 am, but we were woken up past midnight with screaming wedding folks.
