Good neighborhood, but dirty. Bedbugs in the room.

Nice neighborhood, friendly staff at the reception.

The room was small and dirty. The bathroom was not clean. Bedsheets did not seam clean at all. We got bed bugs from the accomodation.

Decepcionante

Mala ubicación, hace firmar un contrato donde dice que uno está de acuerdo con las instalaciones, aseo, e IMPUESTOS que luego de firmarlo, nos hizo pagar 50 euros de más de lo que aparecía en booking diciendo que era un impuesto, huele mal el lugar, intentaba entrar a la habitación mientras nosotros estábamos dentro. La playa más cerca es a una hora caminando. El transporte es escaso y muy caro para poder ir a una playa bonita.

Horrible!!

Nada

Nos metieron en una habitación súper pequeña y muy sucia. Las sabanas y toallas estaban usadas. No había gel, todo lleno de telarañas. Cuando llegamos nos enseñaron por donde entrar y cuando llegamos el portón estaba cerrado, estuvimos 1 hora llamando a la recepción y nadie abría, hasta un rato después que abrieron y de malas formas nos dijeron "obviamente si por aquí no se puede entrar es que hay otra entrada", entrada que no nos habian informado en ningún momento de que existía. No volvería nunca.

Deseadas vacaciones

Amabilidad por parte de los anfitriones. Predisposición para solucionar cualquier situación y satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Ubicación en lugar agradable y tranquilo donde poder desconectar del ajetreo de la ciudad. Habitación luminosa, cómoda y acogedora.

- staff turned out to be friendly and helpful - gave us after request the best room, nice view, bigger balcony and less neighbours , quiet Room - loved the big balcony with the garden view - area is nice harbour and stone beach to jump down but the beach is maybe dangerous

- room was very very small for 4 girls! - room was insanly hot and no AC, bad smell too hot and stinky, hard to sleep - not Clean ;-((( old rubbish from previous guests - a car would be helpful, no sand beach nearby it's 30 min walk (maybe hard In the sun) , no supermarket nearby , restaurant very very expensive.

Good value for immediate booking in a touristic place

It was a last minute booking and the host was super accommodating. She was a hero. She made things easy for us. If it wasnt for ger we wont have a place to sleep that night. Again thank you so much for the easiest accomodation that i have ever encountered.

I wasnt really expecting much as i know i just need a place to stay that night. The value for the place is i guess acceptable knowing mallorca is a touristic spot

The bath was broken, the fan was extra and really warm the room.
