About this house rental

Take a look at this gorgeous 4500 square foot home in the desirable Upper Mission. The property is on 1 acre making it big enough for families with a grand front entrance and parking comfortable for three vehicles and extra parking for a fourth in guest parking. The main floor has an open concept with kitchen, living room and dining area looking on to the brand new pool and huge back yard with all new patio furniture and bbq. The main floor also includes one of the two master suites in the house which includes a queen, a tv with a walk in closet and a grand bathroom with a soaker tub and shower for two. The master also a patio door that leads right out to the pool and outdoor living.

The upper level leads up to the living area with a couch, fireplace and tv as well has three more bedrooms, and a semi private area with a pull out couch. The second master suite is on the upper level that mirrors the main level suite however has a cozy fireplace and a patio door leading to a big deck looking on to the pool a great way to have your morning coffee. Another bedroom right off the master that has a bunk bed which is perfect for kids and teenagers. The third bedroom is just like a master with the huge space looking down on to the pool. The upper level also has a huge double sink bathroom with a soaker tub. Also with more convenience a bar with a fridge and sink for any extra food or beverages you might have.

The property it’s only 2 minute drive away from Summerhill winery and cedar creek winery. Like to quad? Bring your quad and drive right up the street to go up the popular chute lake area for day rides. 12 minutes away from the new pandosy area as well as the popular gyro beach. You are 10 km away from downtown Kelowna and if you are a golfer you with love the many courses Kelowna has to offer. With the house being like a private oasis you may never want to leave! Perfect for families everyone has a ton of space to relax and to have fun.

Storage room above triple garage we sometimes have to access, that is connected to the house but you will not see us but may hear us in the storage room grabbing some things as we store things for our company in the room.

Hey everyone, If you are looking for a beautiful home, clean, spacious, and can accommodate any family or group of people. My family stayed at this home last week and couldn’t be happier. Perfect and fabulous house!!! Huge backyard, amazing pool (we enjoyed our morning laps), and spacious house. Dinner plans were cancelled because of the fires and smoke and we were able to have a cookout with our family. It was so great! Lovely weather too! We had an amazing adventurous weekend. Very nice property and host with tons of potential. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one missed in the finishing touches. Not enough bath & face towels for the length of stay. No face cloths and dish cloths. Simple things like no boxes of tissues anywhere or luggage stands in the bedrooms. The shower tiles are extremely slippery for both old and young. Beautiful kitchen but could use some repairs and up keep. Better plastic dishes and glasses for the outside pool deck. Beautiful pool and outside sitting area that everyone loved especially the grandkids, but the pool deck is extremely slippery. (I have owed a house with a pool and it is not the proper finish for the concrete). I agree with a previous review they need umbrella's around the pool, yes you have the sun shade and pergola but can't see the little ones when the shade is pulled down. The lawn/weed area is so bad it is hard to describe. It was virtually unusable and takes away from the vacation because the grandkids couldn't run and play.

The pool is easily the highlight of this property. Warm and clean. The home size undoubtedly attracts larger families or bigger # of guests but the area around the pool lacked loungers and umbrellas to truly enjoy the space. Only two loungers. No umbrellas. The outdoor sitting space (living room and eating area were very comfortable. The grassy areas were not well maintained with weed-like prickles hard on the feet. The interior was extra large but each room offered only queen beds; the primary bedroom should have a king minimally. The kitchen was disorganized from a usefulness standpoint. So large that things were spread around and hard to find and disjointed. Eclectic may be best term the describe the utensils for sit down meals. Cleanliness could be better also. Lacked a deep clean with cobwebs and dust. Based on The fees for cleaning after a stay, this was disappointing. Hand towels and face clothes are not something guests pack and they were not readily available. Generally this is a good property. Home is big and fits large family as guests. I feel the owner could do more to eliminate some of concerns such as organize the kitchen, deeper clean, and make the pool area more welcoming for guests and this would be a terrific VRBO. Location is good - just south of Kelowna. Quiet peaceful. Lots of room to enjoy.

This large house is located just 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna, so it is very convenient to stores and restaurants. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was super nice and helpful at every step of the way. The house is gorgeous with two huge master suites and a large queen room , and a fourth small bedroom with bunkbeds for kids. There are four bathrooms , a huge private yard with multiple sitting areas and a glorious salt water pool. The best part is a gigantic kitchen where we stayed at the house and made some great dinners. There are multiple hanging out areas on the first floor and upstairs. We found it to be very spacious, peaceful and perfect.

Experience we great! Owners were responsive to questions and concerns. Overall had a great time! The pool was a huge highlight for adults and kids! Location is great to gyro beach and wineries! Downtown is also super accessible. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this home mainly for the pool, but the house and location were also a bonus. The size of the house was perfect for our 3 families, consisting of 6 adults and 3 kids. The yard is incredibly spacious with tons of room for outdoor activities. The house is conveniently located in mission and is a short drive into downtown and surrounding areas.

This property was well maintained and was perfect for our party of 8. The house was located far enough out of town that we didn't have to deal with the madness of the Canada Day traffic and was within 20 mins of all planned excursions. I'd gladly rent this house in the future for an upcoming vacation.

The place was outstanding - super clean, big, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and fantastic private pool that my family and friends enjoyed very much. The hosts were friendly and super responsive to our every question. Loved the area, it was our first time in this neighborhood, even though we come to Kelowna often. Bakery, restaurants, wineries, beach are all nearby. The only thing we wished for is the longer stay:). We all would love to come back!

Owners were AMAZING to deal deal with. House was very clean & great layout for our group. Warm clean pool …. The main floor master has a great walkout to patio & pool. Would highly recommend & will stay here again. It is a bit of a drive from airport … so rental car highly recommended if you fly in. Only thing is we are use to checking in a bit earlier than 4:00 … but homeowners were very accommodating & let us drop off our luggage , wine off early & even put our groceries away :) Thank you Haley for a grea vacay !!!!

We had a great stay at the Upper Mission Estate. The house was lovely and clean and more than enough space for us, the two ensuite bathrooms as especially spacious. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool and backyard was the highlight. The water temperature was amazing all the time due to the fantastic cover. This is certainly on the list to visit again.
