Great layout for family. Plenty of room for games and everyone to have their space. Kitchen is stocked very nicely. Grill is the best and cleanest one I've seen in all my stays. Only suggestion would be smart TVs or comparable smart boxes for existing TVs. Also, be aware during winter months as driveway is a little sketchy (paved well, just steep incline with tight turn).

Late birthday celebration and getaway for everyone. It was a very relaxing time away from our daily lives. The road up to cabin was an adventure in itself but had a wonderful view! The cabin was beautiful with great views. Even though it was a big cabin it felt very cozy! And even had a welcome card, cookies and drink! We were hoping to see bears đ» but didnât. Loved the picture of a bear on property though. Couple of our guests enjoyed the hot tub despite the cold weather and a few enjoyed the table âfire pitâ. Everything was perfect for our getaway! Thank u, we will definitely be back again!

VRBO has lost all of my extensive tourism & travel business globally going forward! Great in all the most important ways⊠location, view, beds and baths. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes but bring your own frying pans, baking sheets, and sharp knives

Should really send an alert for checkin. Bears open car doors in driveway if not locked. Read it in guestbook after it already happened.

The cabin was better than we imagined with a spectacular view and clean, comfortable rooms...more than enough for our family of 6 adults and one 16-year old. Used the grill, hot tub, kitchen, pool table. Easy access to Gatlinburg, if you don't mind driving a curvy road! It was a little too early in season to see bears, but we did enjoy a ride to Smokey Natl Park. Unfortunately one of our 3 nights was spent in a Red Cross Evacuation shelter due to wildfires in the area. (I need to talk to someone about a credit for that.) The TV and WiFi reception is sketchy. Probably need to adjust your dish.
Overall a great vacation. We would recommend the property.

this year was very blessed with my whole family being able to join us . All 3 grandkids and my immediate family. The house was perfect for our stay and very welcoming. Just needed more paper towels and perhaps plastic cups for the kids , haha.

We had a problem with the frig. did not have any ice. We did not have bed linen for the couch bed in the game room. I called at 4:55 and left a massage. We went to the office the next day and picked up the linen. No one came to fix the ice, we went to the market and purchased ice.

We stayed in this chalet in April and enjoyed our stay so much we returned in October. It has much of what you expect in a mountain retreat. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is ample space for all to enjoy. We will definitely return to this property in the future! We saw a bear on the property each time. If you see him while visiting, we named him BoBo. He peeped in our vehicle windows but did no damage.

We really enjoyed the property. The fall decorations were nice. The view was terrific. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than any other we have had in the area. The furniture was comfortable. The driveway is steep but you are near the top of a mountain. Some found this a little scary but I thought it was a nice feature. We enjoyed the "man-cave" downstairs. We did not use the hot tub. We were a group of eight and all want to come back.
