About this house rental
This home was in need of a lot of attention but we knew we had to have it with the view and potential we saw in the house. You can sit in the living room and enjoy the view or go out on the spacious patio to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is very well stocked that any cook will appreciate.
The air conditioner is for the main room. Bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the evenings are usually quite cool to just open your window and let the fresh air in.

2nd time at this property

This is the perfect location for a home base. We were an hour from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Canyonlands-Needles District, and Natural Bridges. There was even more within a 90 minute drive. Our problem is we didn't book a longer vacation.
The view of the Abajo Mountains from the living room was awesome. There was a hawk nesting in one of the pines in the back yard. Our first afternoon at the house a group of 9 mule deer came into the yard, and after they left a second group of 11 wandered into the yard. We saw deer every day.
The house is well decorated, and comfortable. We slept well in the king bedroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the little cooking we did.
We really had a great time.

This is a great house on a quiet circle with great views of the mountains behind it. We had deer in the yard every day, one day they decided to lay behind the garage for hours.

This is a great property in a nice, quiet location. The recently renovated home was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. Beautiful view of the mountains from the large picture window in the main living room. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

My husband and I stayed in this beautifully remodeled and comfortable home for a full week in early April for a birthday, to work remotely, and to spend some time in Canyonlands National Park.
The owners really did a fantastic job with modernizing this home. From the warm in floor heated concrete floors, to the massive windows facing the mountains and open space behind the house, to the modern kitchen with granite countertops, this place is a total gem.
The neighborhood is very walkable, and we spent some time at the local (famous) golf course just sitting on a bench enjoying the sunset one night. The area is quiet and neighborly, with young families and retired folks alike.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again on our next trip to Monticello and Moab. Thank you Tracy!

We loved staying here for our spring break vacation with our two kids. The house was so comfortable (loved the heated floors!) and met all our needs. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Monticello was a great location for exploring both to the north and south. Tracy was very easy to communicate with and had some good tips for what to see in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I love the property. The details are exquisite and offered all we needed. The drive to Moab is scenic and every time we drove it, out popped a new sight. I would recommend this to anybody who desires to get away from crazy Moab, yet have access to the nearby parks and delights.

Great location to access canyon country
Very comfortable accommodations in a quiet neighborhood with great views out the living room window. Enjoyed the deer watching and meeting the sweet kitty that comes around. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Tracy and Ryan were great hosts. Highly recommend!

Really good experience - would stay here again
Traveling with a couple of friends, we each had our own room , which is awesome for grown adults :)
The house has been thoughtfully renovated and equipped to make the entire stay comfortable. We cooked each night and appreciated all the housewares and cooking wares available.
The location was central for us to accommodate time at Monument Valley and Canyonlands.
Owners are super responsive which was appreciated.
Only thing - no laundry, which i didn't catch upon booking. Just pack enough clothes.
Enjoy!

This little piece of heaven is as beautiful as the parks that surround it. Great midway point for sightseeing Arches and Canyonlands (north branch) to the north, Monument Valley and Goosenecks State Park to the south, Mesa Verde to the east and Canyonlands (south branch) to the west. All about an hour or so. There is also a beautiful little lake just down the road to hike around. We enjoyed watching deer out the big living room window. Also be on the lookout for a very sweet kitty who likes to come around. Monticello is a small peaceful little town, a little more quiet than Moab. Tracy was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to come back again.

Overlooking the snowy mountains and western sky, we enjoyed the panoramic view thru an immense window in the living room. Floor heating kept the home cozy on the cool evenings. The roomy glass shower with preset temp valve was convenient & water saving. Mule deer roamed thru every evening & there were horses next door. Tracy & Ryan have local knowledge of the parks & suggested some awesome hikes. Overall, I would rate 316 Uranium 4.5 stars.

We very much enjoyed the house: great views, totally updated house. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and we cooked a lot. The other really nice touch was the extra throws in the main room making it very homey! Great house.
