Located directly on the sugar white sands with majestic Gulf of Mexico views in the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. The views are amazing! The Oasis is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo + hallway bunks that features floor to ceiling windows in the open floor plan great room area that lets you experience fantastic views of the beach. The building overlooks the 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool and splash pad so, you are right in front of all the action! The Oasis comfortably sleeps 6 in 1 king sized bed, 1 queen bed, a set of bunks in the hallway.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

The great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach, Florida. Enjoy the view from the open floor plan great room, dining area and kitchen! Stretch out on the oversized sectional sofa. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with Roku streaming. You can surf by the surf with Lux Speed Wifi provided at no extra charge throughout the condo.

Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and take in the salt air. Your private balcony is great for morning coffee and evening drinks at sunset. The people watching is great, too.

The open floor plan flows from the great room into the ocean front dining area that seats four at the table with even more seating at the bar. After dinner, step right out onto the balcony.

The large well-equipped kitchen has a magnificent view of the ocean, too. It has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cookware and more are provided. You'll enjoy making a quick snack or cooking a gourmet meal in this kitchen!

The Oasis Palms Main Suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, with a private adjoining bathroom. With soft high thread count linens and a comfortable bed, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy the flat screen TV, too. The master bath has beautiful granite countertops, high end cabinetry, and a large soaking tub.

The Coastal Cottage Bedroom has a luxury queen sized bed with adjoining bath that offers a tub-shower combo. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom, too.

The Crew's Quarters Bunk area is so much fun for the kids. The hallway nook bunk beds are the perfect place for the kids to hang out. Bunk beds are for the kids only, please!

There is a full-size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board so you will always look your best! High thread count sheets and fluffy cotton towels and kitchen towels are included with your rental..

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more! There may be a charge for some events.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
