They don’t accept online reservations.

They don’t accept online booking. And the price is substantially higher than the price advertised. I had to find other properties. Commute to “heavens inn” was a waste of money, time.

The flush was not working. And they said it was not repairable and would require using a bucket.

Poor location of Hotel as per map actual is very different & we had regretted to stay.

The hotel location is wrong as mentioned online. Hotel staff were very rude & they asked for extra money than the amount which I have paid online in booking.com Rooms were not at all clean.

After reaching the property, they told that they will not accept online booking. Offline charges were twice the original.

Don't ever go to this property. They ask you extra money. They will give you dirty room saying rest all are occupied. They may tell you double or single bed is not available pay extra money or go somewhere else
