I enjoyed the room and helpful staff
No running hot water in my room even after had contacted the front desk about issue. Our fridge did not chill
4.0
beautiful views from my window.
the room appeared clean but closer inspection, I had to wipe off all the counters and wipe down the floors. There was a kitchenette, but not coffeemaker! The refrigerator was just that, no freezer.

Easy checkin, great hotel room, view was excellent!!! And I loved the space and location.
Everything was great.

The room was spacious, smelt nice and accommodated for all our needs.
The toilet and sink started overflowing after using the bathroom in the middle of the night. When pee flushed the toilet and began overflowing. The hotel had to come up and fix it. It flooded so bad that it almost came into the bedroom section. Very disappointing and super inconvenient

The description of the room stated an infinity pool and hot tub were in the room. We were very disappointed to find this was not true. Bed was very hard, just overall very disappointed.

The palms is a very nice place, beautiful view , nice building very clean on the outside .
When I booked here I didn’t know I was booking a private owned hotel, when I arrived my sheets were bloody and had dirt or feces on them my microwave and dishes were nasty I text ran the machine and dryer so I can wash the sheets and the dryer took a hole day to dry my clothes so I never got the sheets washed I kept extended my discomfort to front seat they kept telling me that I had to contact the owner or the suite. After 1am they finally can’t to bring me new sheets but I had to make the bed myself I couldn’t get no sleep and I paid way to much money to be treated like this . The owner wouldn’t accommodate my stay told me it would be an extra 110. So they basically got bout 500 from me for 2 days and not one day was o able to sleep in my bed I had to find another hotel to stay at ( more money) and stay in Vegas an extra day just so I can get some sleep and be prepare my self for the road . My trip was ruined because of this worst vacation experience ever. I do not recommend you stay in anyone private owned suite the hotel doing car nor do the host!

They don’t provide room service everyday. I updated my room for hot tub and that wasn’t working. They charge $1.50 for refill of shampoo. We stayed there for 5 days and they didn’t refill even coffee. This is not hotel it’s a private property that’s an excuse for not providing any service.Even my hair dryer, ice maker, coffee maker,TV were not working.

Valet service was great. Front desk was friendly, but powerless to assist in getting a room change or housekeeping.
Listing showed private pool and hot tub; they were not present. Cleaning fee on top of resort fee, not cool. Could not change rooms due to loud party, as it was through Orgoto, I will not make that mistake again. Room was really not cared for- rips on pillow shams, stained tub, peeling wallpaper, really worn appearance.

They are charging me a mandatory cleaning fee

Beautiful room and view. Spacious. Multiple fridges. Bathtub was amazing.
Neither tv in the room worked
3.0
location and me being able to comfortable
the fact that my nightstands were dirty and there was still pieces of debris on the floor and that the tub stopper wasn’t working or the jacuzzi jets to the tub and I didn’t know that through booking with booking.com that it was going through an air bnb type deal and that it was an additional charge for cleaning or whatever the charge was things need to be more clear when booking

The kitchen with the dishwasher And sync.

The food pools casino the location was great
The balconies were locked
2.5
the property was well kept and clean.
I booked this through booking which advertised a balcony which was locked upon arrival. the front desk said I could sign a waiver and when I called to do so then I was told only the owner could unlock it. This seems to be more of a time share or air bnb which was not explained through the booking add. We were provided only 3 towels and extra would be a charge. I was then charged a 90$ cleaning fee on top of a resort fee and a “destination fee” which makes more sense as the front desk was the one who had to explain they were not considered part of the rooms that were regularly house kept and things like that. This should be way more clear when looking at the add instead of false advertising. I tried to get in contact with someone through booking about the balcony and also our jets in the bath tub did not work. During this call they would not let me speak to a manager and denied a late checkout by an hour and offered only if I paid an additional 78$. I will not stay at this hotel again and this experience with booking was extremely unpleasant.

The entire experience was horrible. From checking in, almost took over 35 minutes. The rooms are privately owned. Therefore, Palms place does not give you basic services such as daily housekeeping and no daily toiletries. The room came with 2 TVs. Only 1 worked. Called front desk for information on repair or explanation. I was told that the unit is privately owned and they told me to contact our booking third party website. The coffee maker did not work. The ice maker in the room did not work. They kept telling me to contact the owner of the rental, like the booking website was going to do anything. It was an overall bad experience from such a reputable company. They did not live up to the expectation and did not provide any information or helpful guidance on resolving the issues.

The one bedroom Palms Place unit is fantastic with unbelievable gorgeous views from the the 19th floor. Plams Place onsite personnel were great, along with the casino complex including great dining, pools, bars and theaters..
Unfortunately, Orgoto did not return three calls relating to the unit's condition (missing appliances) nor did Orgoto disclose the $120 mandatory cleaning fee from Palms Place which changed the total cost of my contract. I have used Booking.com to travel all around the world with 20+ hosts. , Orgoto has been the first to misrepresent my "total Cost". Cleaning fees, misc. fees, taxes and ALL charges should always be fully disclosed by the host to the customer prior to entering into contract. Based on the fact that Orgoto has yet to call me back about this, I can only assume they intended to misrepresent the total costs. Therefore I would not book through Orgoto again.
