About this apartment rental
This newly updated 3-bedroom + HUGE LOFT bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with 2 master king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle below, and large private loft with (2) twin beds plus (1) twin trundle below (8 Beds!). Perfect for 2 families! It features beautiful, panoramic slope views from the private balcony. Enjoy the private indoor hot tub with slope views and watch night skiing from your private hot tub. No car needed - easily walk to shops and restaurants. Everything is close by, Mountain House Base Area lifts are a short 6 minute walk away or only a few minutes via the free shuttle and River Run is just 10 minutes walk down the nature path.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled.
The entryway features mounted hooks, benches, and several cubbies to store your gear as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. You might spot an elk, or fox while drinking your morning coffee.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats 8. The private indoor hot tub is just off the dining area. It features two large windows for panoramic views of the mountains. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a twin over double bed with a trundle twin bed. Both guest bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a walk-in showers, and enjoy the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub. Upstairs is a large loft area with (3) twin beds.
NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas. This is a smoke free building and complex. There is a $500 fine for smoking.

There are a few items that need attention: window that won't open, one window missing a screen and with no AC we really needed the night breeze to keep us cool at night. The unit is clean and is a great size. We liked the location to Keystone Village and Silverthorne.

Property was fine except for out of service hot tub and a few other minor areas that need attention.

We were called less than two hours before check in and told the hot tub was out of service. The only reason we booked this place was for the private hot tub. We looked at the hot tub when we got there and the water was green and the buttons didn’t work on it, so it had clearly been broken for awhile but we were never notified so we could make alternate arrangements. The management company didn’t even bother to find anyone to repair it during our stay.
Honestly felt lied to about the hot tub. We were told “it just broke today and it can’t be fixed for several days.” When we asked about a discount, the property management company said the most we could get was a 10% discount, after we check out, and that was if we didn’t post a negative review. To date, they won’t respond to our messages about the discount promised. I would not trust this property or Summit County Mountian Retreats.
We could have easily saved a lot of money with all the other options that were available and closer.

The unit was very nice, lots of space for the 9 people in our group. Great view of the mountain, easy to walk to the lift at Keystone.The hot tub was not hot the entire time we were there, however. It was more of a bath temperature, and at times, even a cool bath. We contacted management and they came twice to work on it, both times very friendly and worked hard on getting it warmer, but we ultimately barely used it.We also expected wood to be in our condo for our woodburning fireplace since we saw ample wood in the pictures, but after calling about that, we were told we needed to purchase our own at a local gas station. We enjoyed our time in Keystone and the surrounding ski hills, the location of the condo was great and the scenery was excellent.

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably and had everything we needed. It was before ski season, so it was quiet and restful. It was well stocked and comfortable. The box fans and humidifiers were nice to have on hand. The indoor hot tub was a nice feature. We cooked almost every meal there, and the provisions were great. We really enjoyed the location and the setup. Thanks for hosting a great visit!

Great unit and location, plenty of space for our party of nine. Loved the boot-up entryway, the wood-stocked fireplace, and the heated bathroom floors. The hot tub should have been a treat, but it had trouble heating, and we could only use it 2/4 days we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, but the dishwasher wasn't very effective. We wound up having to hand wash all our dishes. We had a bit of a frustrating arrival, as the lockbox didn't work. Overall a nice unit, but I wish there had been a little more responsiveness to our maintenance issues.

This was a great rental on the top floor which provided vaulted ceilings and excellent views of the slopes. The maintenance for this unit was unsatisfactory. Hot tub didn’t work. The kitchen faucet was completely disconnected and the coffee maker was broken (a crisis in our home). If management paid a little more attention to details it could have been a perfect place. Also, don’t consider walking in ski boots to the lift. Too far.

We have stayed in this general condo for four years and upgraded to this specific unit for the extra space. It was well worth it to have the extra space the loft provided for the teenagers. The home is very comfortable and having two masters was awesome for our family and the other family traveling with us. The only thing I would like to see increased is the kitchen supplies. For a home that fits 10 people it felt limited at times when we were trying to cook big family meals. It's about a 10 minute walk to Mountain House which we have done for years and 15 or so to River Run. Overall, I love this place for the views alone and the space was great, well kept and just what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable property for whole family
The property, view and neighborhood were 5-☆. We did however have a couple of issues. First, it took 2-days to get the master bedroom cable issue resolved. Secondly, the hot tub maintenance guys came into the unit, while my entire family was taking an afternoon nap (after a strenuous morning). They startled my mom, when she heard them talking in the other room, she got up to check and found them at the hot tub, just outside my daughters room. In my opinion, any maintenance needs to be reviewed with the paying tenant.
