Nice, comfortable stay in a cozy room.

Friendly staff, location, uniqueness, fireplace.

Fantastic value and a stones throw from the mountain.

Tim, the innkeeper ,was very personable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The living room area was accommodating with a fire going each night. Room was clean, bed comfy. We would definitely go back.

We wanted to stay in a place close to the ski Mountain.

The common room was warm and cozy. The Inn was a 5 minute drive to Mt. Snow.

The room we stayed in was very cramped.

Location was 3 min drive to mount snow, staff friendly, Inn was clean and well maintained. A pleasure to stay and will come back.

We had a great, short stay.

The waffles were fantastic, as well as the muffins. A little protein with the breakfast would have been great but, there is a microwave to use in the dining area if you'd like to bring something to heat up. The room was plenty big for 4 of us.

We left a day early during our reservation due to weather conditions at home....Not the inn's fault but it would have been nice to stay for our entire reservation.

This was a "no frills" type of lodging, which served the purpose for a short overnight stay.

A chair in the room to watch tv. Tv location was poor for watching - on the side of the bed.

Excellent lodge, friendly staff and clean warm environment.

Will was very welcoming and eager to meet all of our needs. Excellent Hospitality. Tim the owner was all hands-on deck and very accommodating. Great stay.

The only concern was the need for salting of the parking area. The conditions were very Icy.

A great spot to get away for a weekend. Quiet and cozy.

Adequate room with some problems, poor breakfast. Little boat interaction.

Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Host was friendly. He let us check out late because there weren’t people coming after us.

When we arrived (at the time we had said wel would arrive) no one was we present to check us in. We called loudly several time with no response. Finally we called the phone number for the inn and reaches our host. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Fortunately we were ok with the window open but our friend found that the window in her room didn’t open. Bathrooms were tiny, sink was very low. Breakfast was not great. All packages items except for waffles which you made yourself. The waffles were actually tough—needed to be cut sort of like a tough steak. Good Vermont maple syrup.

There was no drinking glass. The faucets were not well adjusted, and sprayed water where it didn't belong. The price was quite high for what was offered.

Great visit- we will be back!

The host, Tim and his nephew Will do a great job at making their guests feel welcome. This was our second summer visiting Vermont and we are already making plans to visit the Doveberry Inn next year.

Decent for the price

The hotel room was clean and relatively comfortable. Although you could hear other guests, it was a quiet hotel. For skiing, if you don't need anything extra, it's fine.

I was surprised that the room was so sparsely decorated. It was clean and adequate, but not very homey. It reminded me of a chain hotel. The breakfast as well was really lacking - Keurig coffee, store bought muffins...even the maple syrup was from BJs - but in Vermont? I also noticed there was no recycling. Everything was provided with paper and plastic. That seemed very out of place for Vermont.

The room was tiny , smelled of ammonia, no blow dryer or amenities. Bed was too soft with no suppor.

room was tastfully decorated. bed was quite comfortable. bathroom was large which was nice

i've stayed in hundreds of B&Bs in my years but to be honest, this B&B's breakfast was the worst i've experienced. it's sad because the property and location are excellent but leaving out some muffins, bagels, yoghert and make-your-own waffles is not an impressive breakfast.

We had a great stay and appreciate Tim's hospitality !

We appreciated plentiful breakfast w lots of choices, my boys voted the owner Tim's waffles better than mine home made ones .. My boys spent endless hours playing bumper pool in the common area, with the wood burning fireplace in the background. The Inn is very clean, cozy, with nice linens, and we liked the large room with the king size bed and a set of bunk beds. Keyless entry to our room was very convenient! In the evening we would snack on fruit and peanut butter that Tim would leave in the eating area. :-) in addition, the Inn is in a great location - short drive to Mt Snow and walking distance to 3 restaurants.

Great location and value.

The property manager Tim was friendly and did everything to make our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast downstairs was also a nice bonus.

Room was small and you can hear others guests easily but for the value no complaints.
