All in all just what we wanted - a relaxing break staying in a highly convenient home-from-home!

Basic accommodation with all that was expected, an outside balcony with nice morning sun for breakfast, plus the location couldn't be better: ≈10mins from the station, beach and town centre. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! Extremely peaceful and quite neighbourhood too.

The mobile number we were given was unresponsive, but host replied to email in a reasonable time-frame with a helpful response.

If I had to give any constructive feedback would be some more cleaning materials but that’s it :)

My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend at Seebreeze. would book again if coming back to the area .

excellent position for Whitstable harbour and town. very dog friendly house and area. well equipped house everything you needed for your stay.

Needs some new refurbishment ie blinds, lower bunk bed mattress. outside area could do with cleaning. coming to the end of the season I am sure these will be addressed for next year.

The sink was about an inch full containing an extremely strong cleaning agent, we cleaned this!

The key for back bedroom door leading onto balcony was not in lock. The hottest weekend recorded we could not open the bedroom door for airflow, we found it extremely hot in the living and bedroom areas. The pillows were extremely hard and were very uncomfortable. Maybe a fan supplied would have helped a little the oven made the room even more unbearable. Blackout curtains in bedrooms, the blinds did not offer any shade or coolness in an extremely warm apartment.

Very homey flat minutes walking distance from beach and shops

There was a slight miscommunication on our arrival but the host sorted it immediately and the staff were so friendly! The flat was very cute and clean. Great outdoor spaces and a short walk to the beach and lots of shopping and eating!

Ideal holiday home close to the heart of Whitstable

A pleasant home from home with a lovely balcony ideally positioned close to the harbour and only 10mins walk from the heart of town. It was great to have parking. The house was spotlessly clean.

Great location but cleaning disappointed

Very well located, only an 8-minute walk from the station and 10m from the town centre. A good base point when staying in Whitstable. Overall the house was good with a large back garden.

Cleaning overall was disappointing, there were leftover garlic cloves on the kitchen floor, the dishwasher had clearly been set to wash and not emptied or checked as most of the dishes had to be rewashed having residuals still attached. Not much dish soap was provided nor further bin bags. Some of the face and body towels had dirty stains and the bed cover on the double was also visibly stained.

Disappointing presentation of property suggestive of lack of maintenance and care.

Three missing lightbulbs, in the hall, utility and main bedroom, and one light not working in the kitchen area. Outside light not working which made using key box very difficult. No dishwasher tabs, as mentioned in the welcome pack. Crockery was poorly washed before our stay. Rubbish bin had not been put out for some time and was overflowing. Blinds were broken and in a poor state.

Right location and comfy just needs a little TLC

The property could do with a deep clean. Two lights downstairs weren't working so made it hard now it's dark nights. The shower door seal hanging off. Lack of mirrors.

The apartment was well equipped. Spacious rooms. Nice little balcony.

The balcony needs a privacy screen. The poor next door neighbour is directly overlooked. Beds were a little hard.

perfect place to stay, and off road parking was a bonus

Just a quick walk to all to be seen... nice to hear the waves chasing quietly in the background

Great location with off street parking. Quiet and easy to find!

The location is very convenient. The property has off street parking and outdoor space. Ideal for a family of up to 4 people. Finding the house was easy and collecting the key was straight forward

We had fresh towels and bedsheets but at close inspection we found bits of food on the floor and signs of the previous guests in the bathroom

The area is lovely

Good location not much street noise it was opposite a macanic’s

There wasn’t any washing up liquid we had to ask for toilet roll the towelS were dirty No soap in the bathroom no dishwasher tablets we could not sit out in the garden as it was covered in dog mess

Superb

Very comfortable and clean. Love the style inside. Kitchen was stocked with great utensils and equipment. Comfortable bed and linen. Lots of towels available.

Stayed during the heat wave so apartment was rather hot even with the patio door open. garden is a bit overgrown so not great to sit and relax in or very nice for my dog to play in.
