Lovely hotel with very friendly staff

great breakfast mix of Western and Indian dishes, massive room and very comfortable bed. Free pool table in the bar area was fun.

The gym could have been better, but everything worked ok.

Excellent property and exceptional service

Excellent stay as usual! Trident Bhubaneshwar looks absolutely lovely because of the low-rise architecture and beautiful gardens. The rooms are very nice, though a tad small. The food is very good and the service is exceptional....from the security guard at the door, to the reception, to the concierge, room service to the restaurant staff. We totally love it here.

Must Stay at Trident at least once to exeperien what we miss elsewhere.

It was very clean and tidy, staff at junior to very level gave the feeling of wanted, restaurant was will to serve any thing to our liking.

Cannot find even a slightest reason to give one mark less. The whole experience was really good.

Brilliant staff! One of the best which I have come across. Special mention to Sangeeta and the reception desk for being extremely kind and cooperative. And yes exceptional breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely disappointing experience

Breakfast was cold and stale, even the cereal The checkout process and invoicing was painful They did not do the turn down service even though they were informed at 5 pm to do so repeatedly

everything was excellent. starting from the booking confirmation by front office- Mr. Sachin to room service, house keeping,F&B service- Biswajeet, Rahul, Rohan, Kisna and all the team including Chef Ganesh and the Exec Chef ensured we had a lovely stay.

Very good property. Though slightly on the expensive side as we went on the Christmas to new year week, the hotel, staff, and everything else was up to the mark. The staff, breakfast, pool were great.

Nothing noteworthy. Maybe keep some eatables in the room complementary as with kids, they love to munch something.
