Valhalla is a 2 level pet-friendly beach house with beach/ocean views just 150 metres from stunning North Valla Beach. Valhalla sleeps 9 and includes 4 bedrooms (3 upper level, 1 lower level), 2 bathrooms, a light and spacious kitchen/living room, another separate living room on the lower level, laundry and park-like oceanfront reserve at rear. The large north-facing deck has ocean views and is perfect for star gazing, whale watching, and soaking up the sun all year round. Beautiful pet-friendly surfing beaches, lagoon, cafe and children's playground are within easy walking distance. Valla is a renowned surfing location, with several breaks to choose from.

Valla Beach is beautiful and the property is superbly located only a moments walk to the beach! It easily accommodated 2 families staying for a sporting tournament. It was extremely hot with very little sea breeze the weekend we stayed so A/C would have been beneficial but the fans in the bedrooms helped. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Valhalla is situated in a great location within walking distance to the main Beach and local Cafe'. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out. Loved the open plan living space upstairs with Ocean views and coastal reserve being a lovely peaceful outlook. Valhalla has everything to make your stay very comfortable. We certainly will be back again.

This is the second year we have stayed here, and we just love it! Our host is always there with good tips and advice on the area and the place has everything you need to have a great break. The beach is great for a dog friendly sunset stroll and chat with the friendly locals.

We booked to night before for a few days at Valla to use a base whilst exploring the region. Gary made an awesome host and the home was very clean and just a short walk to the beaches. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful holiday house only moments from a squeaky sand beach. My puppy loved running beside the surf and the kids loved the family friendly area at the bottom of Thompson Street. We visited with my parents, so the upstairs set up with 3 bedrooms, accompanied with the large bedroom and ensuite downstairs was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the lovely views welcome sunshine from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Valhalla is a wonderful, comfy and homely place to stay. Our extended family all came and met there and we were very sorry to leave at the end of our stay! It is very well equipped, with everything you would need (including in the kitchen) and has a homely feel thoughout. Whilst the house next door was still a building site and the view has been compromised, we were still able to watch whales and dolphins playing in the sea from the deck! We would love to come and stay again. Definitely recommended!

We were up in Valla for a friends 40th. We were 6 adults and the house was perfect for us. Great location. We were able to take walks on the beach, go for a swim and just pop over the road for brekkie and coffee. The house was clean and bright and welcoming. A great place to sit around and have a drink and catch up. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

Lovely stay at “Valhalla”.

My dog and I spent two beautiful weeks at this great little house. The host, Gaz, couldn’t have been nicer. He offered me alternative accommodation when he discovered that noisy construction was taking place next door. I opted to stay at Valhalla and, despite the impact visually and aurally of the works next door, I had a lovely time. The proximity of the dog-friendly beach is terrific as is that of the nearby cafe. I hope to return. Michele

A great holiday in a peaceful beach community. Loved our morning walks down at the dog friendly beach. Excellent communication from host. Only downside was the new building next door has disrupted the views but would definitely stay again

We have enjoyed wonderful family holidays at Valla Beach for 40 years and love the unspoilt simplicity of this beachside village. There is a choice of two fantastic cafes offering dine in and some delicious takeaway meals . ‘Valhalla’ has bushy headland views and is in a great location for walking to your choice of beaches, the Creek and cafes. With comfy beds, this clean and well presented home make for a great escape.

The house is perfect for a family get away you can see the beach from the house its so nice to wake up to 😁 it’s a short drive to Scott’s head and sawtell places we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend this house was a great week away 🙌🏼 Thanks for having us gaz!

The house was brilliant for our two families. Shame about the tropical cyclone off the coast but nothing to be done about that. House was great. Kitchen had everything you’d need for a family holiday. Close to the beach and local coffee shop.

A great home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Valhalla. The home is freshly renovated and very clean. Compared to other places we have stayed we found the house and particularly the kitchen to be well appointed which made the stay easier and more enjoyable. A very short stroll to a number of beaches with lots of places to explore. Easy access to other local towns and Coffs. Our host Gaz was an excellent communicator with responses to any questions or comments both prior to and during the stay within minutes. Thanks Gaz we really loved our holiday. Phil

Valhalla made a perfect base for our stay. Area has too many beautiful spots to explore in 4 days! We loved the sound of the ocean at night, and watching sunrises from the breakfast table. The house was clean, comfortable and well set up. We had everything we needed for our stay. They've thought about the little things. Gaz communicated clearly and quickly, and the whole thing couldn't have been any easier. Great coffee shop just up the road was so handy. Easy wander to the beach. Will definitely be coming back!
