The weekly rent is only from Saturday to Saturday - check in between 16:00 and 20:00, check out before 10:00
The price are inclusive of electricity, gas, water, WIFI. The price does not include bed linen towels and final cleaning & turist tax the total to be paid upon on arrival € 250

The apartment is on the ground floor of this beautiful villa which has breathtaking views of the countryside and sea and comprises of Living room with sofa,TV,DVD. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with modern conveniences. There are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.This is an ideal property for a large family or friends wishing to share.
The garden surrounding the property is approximately 200 sq mts and is fully equipped with garden kitchen, BBQ, sunbeds and a covered shade area where guests can enjoy the stunning views when not out taking in the beautiful Ligurian countryside or enjoying a meal in one of the many seaside restaurants the area has to offer.
The house has 3 private car space.Please do not smoke inside the house thanks
