Enjoy ski-in/ski-out to the base of Granby Ranch with this wonderful three-bedroom, three-bath condo featuring a slope-side view that will make you want to enjoy all that Granby Ranch has to offer. Entertainment will be provided with a 37-inch flatscreen TV + BluRay in the living room, a 21-inch flatscreen TV in the main bedroom, and free WiFi throughout the condo. Base Camp One 205 offers the convenience of having a private washer/dryer on site so you and your friends don't have to worry about doing laundry while on vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare savory meals and snacks for the crew–everyone will appreciate coming back home from the slopes to a warm homemade meal. Lucky guests will have access to a ski locker and shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub (open seasonally throughout the year).

Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with back door access to ski and bike Granby Ranch with close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and is available for one vehicle.

* As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Convenient location. Back door exits directly the the chairlift. Unit has everything we needed with the exception of air conditioning but it was cool enough at night with the windows open.

It was clean, great location, but gas grill is not on condo deck rather shared one on lower level & fireplace never worked

There are a lot nicer condos to choose from with working and cleaner carpets. For what we paid we had a lot of things not working such as air mattresses, shower door didn’t close, ran out of hot water continuously after two people. We were in a large group that had many different condos and theirs were a lot nicer. We have stayed in others that had a lot nice environments.

This place is great for skiing. We stayed there with our kids and enjoyed it greatly. The access to Granby Ranch ski area is amazing. A few steps, and you're on the mountain. A great time and a great place.

This is a great ski and ski out especially for families with little kids. Everything is conveniently located, and the home was stocked with all the essentials.

Great location, great layout. TV had poor picture, like it had been damaged at some point. There was not a parking pass, took until end of stay for property management to come up with a resolution, thankfully no parking violations. Also not all codes were provided to get into building and garage and once requested, incorrect code was provided.

I already provided a review on vacasa.. but typing it here again! We booked a 4 night stay in July. We reached the place at 3:20, 40 mins earlier to check in but the room was not cleaned and there was no sign of anyone to come clean. When we checked out they were there at 11 am. After 20 mins of waiting on call we got hold of someone who sent the cleaning crew after 15 mins. The crew cleaning the rooms in a rush! The bedspreads and quilt smelled really old and funky that we had to use towels on top of the pillows! The biggest headache was that this unit did not have AC and nights were especially harder without AC. When asked for at least tower fan to be provided in each room, after sect a king and forth they mentioned they cannot help! We could not rest well for the 4 days we stayed there. The support was only through text message and it was so mixed up ( one saying they cannot help and other saying they are looking at providing the fans).. they brought the fans when we were out (without any advance notice that they are indeed bringing the fans).. when we asked if they can bring it back when we are home they said they cannot! It was a horrible customer service! The unit was functional except for the power dripping in some rooms at random! We definitely have had better stays and I will not book any vacasa unit! Not worth the headache especially when you are on a vacation with family!

Great location and view of the slopes. Disappointed that they only left 1 trash bag in the condo and it took 2 days to get more trash bags.

Everything we needed for a quick family getaway to the mountains. Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen equipment. Great location. If you’re staying in Granby Ranch this place is hard to beat.

OK if its your only option at Base Camp. “Cheap Rental”
Caution. All other positive review seem to be from years ago in 2019. Not sure what happened since then. You could tell the owner is not involved at all. Way to many things wrong. Very disappointing. Microwave handle broken, oven broke, light out in fridge, fridge missing all door shelves, bare walls, smallest TV’s I’ve ever seen in my life (none in one room, bedrooms are size of my laptop, family room- forget about movie night, no HDMI (for us with Apple TV’s), water in shower backs up, heater bangs all night, no shades or privacy on back door, fans dont work, cheap mattress/bedding, pans are not non stick and impossible to cook on, blue lights like a warehouse, kitchen faucet sprayer broken, no blankets, ran out of paper towels, etc etc. Disappointing and wont be back. We have rented at Base Camp one for years and come every month, def the worst one. You could just tell its a “cheap rental” and no one cares. Does not make for a pleasant or homey stay.

Room was not cleaned well. Showers still had soap marks from last renters. Shower in one bathroom didn't drain. Called maintenance no one called us back.

The condo was great. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen was fun to cook in. Everything you need. The view off the balcony was amazing. Beds were so comfortable.

Base Camp One is just a few steps away from access to ski rentals, lift tickets, ski lessons, a lunch cafe, a restaurant, and a bar, as well as to the lifts for ALL of the ski runs at Granby Ranch for skills of every level. My husband and daughter are very good skiers. I never get off the bunny slope. When we ski at other resorts, I don't see my family all day long, and few lodges are very pleasant. At Granby Ranch, I not only ski my pace and still see my family between their runs, but in IN THIS PARTICULAR CONDO, I CAN WATCH THEM SKI FROM *MY* WINDOWS. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have large windows on the sunny South, all overlooking the ski lifts and runs. Heaven. I could even watch my grandchildren's first ski class from the comfort of *my* living room. This condo is so close to the ski action that with binoculars, I could watch the looks on their faces in their ski classes and on the slopes without getting myself dressed in the morning. All of this, and more. The condo is beautiful. All that sunshine! Sparkling clean. (I am very picky. ) There is a shared lounge area on another floor with a big fireplace and nice seating — just like the movies. Underground parking below the building is even heated. Hotel carts at the garage elevator stop helped us carry a lot of luggage in a single trip. A heated outdoor pool and gym next door. A whopper fireworks display on New Year's Eve. Resort Management Group provided a wealth of helpful tips and information when we checked in. They were reassuring and responsive before our stay and after. We misunderstood the heating system. We were too warm inside. On a Sunday evening, my email query about that brought a quick email response from Resort Management Group staff who sent technicians within the hour to teach us how to use the system (duh, us!) One helpful tech came back the next day just to make sure we were, indeed, comfortable. We were! Even though there is food service just steps away from the building, we didn't need it because this kitchen is well-equipped. The City Market grocery in nearby Granby offered everything we needed to eat *at home* all week long. The internet router provided failed and we had to improvise our own. That was scary-critical for us since we have to work wherever we are. That was our only negative point in an absolutely, positively PERFECT week with extended family. I would love to repeat our week+ here every year.

Perfect Location
Great location for a ski/snowboard vacation for family with children. You have a view of the Quickdraw lift from the balcony and living room. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 as kids used the pull out sofa. We used the kitchen and provided pots, pans, plates, etc. for cooking most of our meals. We like Granby Ranch as it is a great place for families with children who want to learn to ski or snowboard. It's also nice to walk from your rental to the chair lift. No getting kids in and out of the car with all their stuff. And when someone wants to go back inside, they can just walk in. Added bonus this year as we were there on New Year's Eve, we sat on the balcony and watched the wonderful fireworks show. We would stay here again.
