Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. The room was clean but outdated, the pool was beautiful and enjoyable. Worked great for the short weekend trip! However, next time I will book a private home that is not hosted as I prefer my privacy 😊 Overall great for the price!

This was my second time staying here. Very close to the FSC campus. Just needed for one night and the price is perfect. I can’t say anything bad about this spot except it could use a light throw blanket for the couch.

We were there for a short 2 day stay and it wasnt enough lol. Home was very clean and comfy. And the POOL are is very beautiful, and has a deep end which I personally loved. We met 2 wonderful ladies of the property and they were very sweet and welcoming. Very convenient location. And Chris reaponds right away, which was very awesome. We appreciate you guys!!!!!! See you soon

Very clean, nice neighborhood. I grew up in Lakeland and this area is safe and private. Very pleasant host who was outside when we arrived. I didn’t get to thank her because we were rushing to change outfits. Was in town for a friend’s event. Stayed one night with my wife and son. Son slept soundly on the sofa bed. Will def stay here again when in the area. Bragged to friends about the room and was pleasantly surprised how cozy and tidy it was. Brand new sheets for the sofa bed was nice. Glad I chose this stay over a local hotel. Thanks for the wonderful amenities. Keep up the great work.

Clean, nice safe & quiet residential neighborhood, perfectly priced and only 5 minutes away from the event Inwas there for. It is also walking distance (.5 to.75 miles) from Lake Hollingsworth Drive and the beautiful walk /scenery.

This was so easy! Booked on line after reading reviews and was the cleanest place we have stayed! I had no need whatsoever to communicate with the owner but i did greet I assume was an elderly family member. I did send a message that we would leave by 8:00 on check out. His response was immediate snd very nice wishing us safe travels. If we able health wise to come back next year this will be the place we stay!

This place is one of the cleanest and most tasteful places I’ve stayed. The decor is almost like brand new. Very updated. The check in was easy and the assigned parking was a nice plus. This was an a perfect location for me and what I needed to do. I will definitely book this next year when I’m back in town. I highly recommend this.

The place was close to my son's college. The pool area was nice. The room is small, but fine for 1 person. Nice bathroom and shower had decent water pressure.

Nice quiet location. It was very easy to find and close to everything we needed. We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the pool! Pretty much a motel room but that is all we needed.

Everything was clean and as posted. The house is in a great neighborhood on a cut de sac. Very quiet and peaceful. Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge were handy. Could use a couple of bowls and spoons for cereal in the morning. Would definitely come back!

Property was as listed, quiet, clean, restful. We were in town to judge a BBQ competition (PigFest) and stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the patio but didn't use the pool. Other than maybe another outlet under the table (and a keurig coffee maker) we had everything we needed. Will book again next year.

Easy check in, very nice host. Detailed all aspects of what was expected of the guest. There was a pool but I didn't have time to find it plus the weather was not conductive for a swim. The setup was hotel like and the bathroom sink drained slowly but the host quickly resolved the sink problem. Very comfortable bed and towels were large and very nice. I forgot my checkout date and time but luckily my host graciously let me extend a day without any problems. It was a very good stay & it cost less than any hotel in Lakeland...trust me I know!!

My son goes to college near by and it’s a perfect spot not too far from campus. Will definitely stay here again if available versus the previous hotel I’ve stayed at. Nice neighborhood.

Someone practices music loudly most nights and wants to argue if confronted about it. Host wants you to completely clean everything before you leave but it's not noted. Then trys to charge you extra. 4 towels isn't enough for a week's stay but your supposed to make sure they are clean when you leave. Pool is old, uninviting, and outdated. $100 for a couple towels? Not! Tiny place. Don't be fooled by pictures like I was. Get a hotel over this place.

There were 3 of us that stayed here. The bed and sofa bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean and just right for us and close to Sun n Fun. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property was clean and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
