This is our second condo here as we’ve fallen so in love with Wintergreen as a four season resort.

Feel instantly relaxed when you step inside and see the never ending backdrop of vast peaks and valleys.
Newly renovated with fresh finishes throughout. Both bedrooms have brand new carpet, mattresses and bedroom furniture & closet with plenty of hangers provided. Brand new tile flooring in each bathroom as well. We offer central heat and a/c or grab some readily available fresh cut firewood and cozy up by the fireplace. We have a full size washer and dryer, laundry basket, lint rollers, iron and ironing board etc.
Our condo sleeps 6 very comfortably with a *Queen sofa bed in the living room. You’ll find 2 full bathrooms, a shower 🚿 in the primary/King bedroom and a shower/tub in the guest bath. Queen guest bedroom - Stream your favorite show or movies on any of the 3 smart tv’s in king bedroom, guest bedroom & 65 inch smart tv in family room- 3 TVs total.
Highlands is our personal condominium when we visit Wintergreen and it is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly as we would our own home and according to recommended guidelines prior to every check in.
Plenty of extra linens, Bath Towels, dish towels and essential paper products including paper towels, hand soap, TP, garbage bags etc. restocked prior to every check in. Keurig K-cup and standard coffee pot and filters provided so you can brew a pot of your favorite coffee or bring your favorite single use K-cup flavor. Whether you’re meeting up with friends or spending time with family- take a break from the hustle and bustle atop this beautiful Mountain Resort.
*While we are home owners in Wintergreen we are no way affiliated with Wintergreen Inn Resort- you as our guests staying in our Wintergreen home have access to the Chestnut Springs outdoor Pool & Pavilion seasonally- *We are Not Club members and do Not have access to the indoor pool or fitness center so if you are wanting to use these two facilities we graciously ask that you please “Do Not” book with us as we are not able to offer access.

Our Highlands condo is just a short walk across the street to the newest eatery on the mountain “Fire @ Frost” for all things gourmet pizza. We have many lovely hiking trails or a short drive to local state parks, several wineries, breweries, restaurants & antique stores.
Historic “Monticello” the Estate of Thomas Jefferson has reopened with enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place- they offer a beautiful garden and tours of the estate & are family friendly-located in nearby Charlottesville. Check out Blue Ridge Fruit Loop- we love Strawberry picking nearby as well.
Shenandoah National Park is just a short drive and
Devils Backbone restaurant and brewery, Blue Mountain Restaurant and Brewery, Blue Toad Hard Cider Brewery & Bold Rock Cidery are a few of the local faves & just 15 min drive from the condo.

My friend and I stayed in the condo for the Racquet Wars tennis tournament. Gorgeous! The condo is in impeccable condition. It was the perfect space for the two of us and would be more than comfortable for two couples. The balcony was wonderful for breakfast and evening drinks. The location is fantastic....super close to the Devils Knob tennis and golf center (walking distance), the Fire and Frost restaurant which you don't want to miss (even closer walking), and a quick drive down to The Market for some fantastic sandwiches. Niquita was a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we had no issues with check in and everything was going smoothly. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and I can be a little picky about that and have had some terrible experiences, but not here. Great night's sleep! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place and very clean. Views are wonderful. I’ve stayed at other VRBOs where they wanted us to sweep, wipe counters, take out garbage, etc. it was great this owner just wants you start dishwasher and turn down the ac. Perfect! After all we do pay a cleaning fee. Easy short walk to trails, pizza shop and resort restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was not just a condo it was exceptional in every detail. Everything and more than you expect in a mountain condo. Owner thought if everything. It was super clean and well maintained. All the appointed details were perfect. We were provided more than what was expected and needed. This is the place to stay when you go to Wintergreen. Loved everyday !

My husband and I stayed for three nights in June. We loved the views. Some pluses for this property (there are a lot in wintergreen!) is that it was walking distance to Fire and Frost and equidistant from the golf course and main club house. We very much enjoyed the short trail and view point near the house as well as Upper Shamokin Falls. The house was immaculate and the bedding was very soft. I would avoid if you have mobility issues though since there are steps outside the building and inside to get to the unit.

This is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom condo overlooking the mountain range at Wintergreen. You can see the ski slopes and it's extremely quiet. Basically the only thing you can hear are the birds. Very comfortable living room and beautiful dining room table. Both bedrooms had extremely comfy beds. As I mentioned before, it was very quiet. We've stated other condos on the mountain and could constantly hear noise or water running from other condo units. This one is spectacular. You're really kind of feel like you have the whole place to yourself. We would definitely stay again. Spotless. Comfy beds. Really cute and well appointed thoughtful hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. The view (tho we didn’t go outside to the balcony) was so pretty and our space with the family was just right. Just a mile from the ski area so easy access. We were surprised to have to find our way to the market to buy items like bath soap (used to having this provided) but aside from this, everything was as we had hoped. Even the surprise snowstorm that kept us in for a night!

Fantastic condo in Highlands. Modernized decor and high quality furnishings, appliances, and accessories. Great communication with the owners. The views are incredible. Convenient walk-out access to the expert slopes 9am - 4pm. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

This was the perfect property for our stay. Spacious for 3 of us to stay. Very nicely updated and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh sheets when we arrived. The owner was extremely responsive. The sunrise was absolutely stunning! Will definitely do this again!

My husband and I have been coming to Wintergreen for over 2 decades. This condo was one of the nicest we have ever rented at Wintergreen. It is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. It is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is convenient to everything at Wintergreen and also a great place to stay if picking apples in Tyro, visiting Charlottesville or enjoying the abundance of wineries, breweries and cideries in the area. We enjoyed hiking and took a day trip to Shenandoah Valley NP. Niquita was quickly responsive by text if we had any questions or needs. We highly recommend this condo and would rent it again.

Took my sister here for her 50th since it’s about halfway between her home in Pa and mine in NC. The condo was immaculate- even smelled fresh and clean. The view was amazing, furnishings adorable and modern. Condo was equipped with all the essentials, furniture was comphy and hosts very responsive and accommodating! We had dinner one night at The Copper Mine - less than a mile away. My advice to future visitors is Dave your money and skip that place- go down to the devils backbone and have an awesome meal for a fraction of the price! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The property is exactly as pictured, with a lovely terrace on which to enjoy the ever changing play of light on the mountains. Well equipped kitchen. Niquoia was incredibly patient and responsive in helping us sort out how to use the TVs. I would come back to this condo without hesitation.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The view is awesome. The beds were comfy. The condo is modern and has great seating both inside and on the balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

Niquita graciously allowed us to check in early as we arrived sooner than anticipated. The condo was just as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms seemed recently updated and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was small but adequate and had every convenience you may need. The first night it was stormy so we didn’t get to see the amazing view but the next morning made up for it. We walked to the outlook to watch the fireworks and also walked to see the sunset behind the pizza place across the street. They had some fun festivities down by the main area which you could walk to, just a bit of a hike getting back uphill for some.
My only disappointment was some restaurants and pools you were not able to use if you were not an owner or staying at the main hotel. Other than that we had a really nice time and Niquita is probably one of the best hosts I’ve ever had in all my rentals. She responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner. Thankyou again!!

This home away from home was perfect for us! Beautiful, comfy space with everything we needed and more. The view is fantastic! Loved sitting on the patio enjoying the mountain views in the morning and evenings. Great location with easy access to trails. Also loved the short walk to the cutest restaurant, Fire and Frost, where we enjoyed yummy pastries for breakfast and pizza for dinner. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at the Wintergreen Highlands Condo was just fantastic! My sister and I met up half way between our homes for a fun getaway and we will book there again that is for sure. The condo is super clean and very well appointed! The beds were so comfortable and without a doubt the best beds in any VRBO in which I have stayed. Plenty of linens fresh and clean and everything under the sun to cook with in the kitchen. I am always concerned that a place is not as it seems in the photos but I have to say the photos do not even do it justice. The view is exceptional and It was just lovely to sit out on the balcony and take it in each day… very restful. The area has great walking trails, lots to do, and everyone around was friendly and welcoming. You can easily walk to the new pizza restaurant and it is also fantastic with a real brick oven.. pizza was perfect! The host, Niquita, was very responsive and caring when we had a question. The check-in was super easy and parking was close and easy as well. We are looking forward to our next Wintergreen getaway.. thank you so much what a great find!

Cannot say enough good things about this property or the care put into it by the owners. The views are unbelievable, the decor/setup are second to none.
A few steps to fabulous, quick hiking trails that were easy to do with small kids. Steps away a newer restaurant, Fire and Frost, that had amazing breakfast and early dinner options. Pro tip grab a meal to go and enjoy a mountain top picnic near the shuffleboard courts.
