Absolutely zero disappointments. The home was good for hosting, hanging out & just crashing after a long day of fun. Owners were super communicative - left us with no questions or uncertainty. Best in class!

Wonderful location close to lifts at Heavenly and near town. Fit our group of 6 comfortably and was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We had some communication with the owner to fix heat issues and they resolved it immediately. Great stay.

This was perfect for our family New Year's vacation! There were 7 of us (parents, grandparents, 3 teenagers) and we had plenty of room to be together but have our own space. Lots of family meals, games around the table, hot tub time, and hiking around the area. It's about 3 miles from town - a perfect distance to be close but away from the crowds of the main drag. The owners are VERY responsive to inquiries or any help needed.

Great stay, spacious and great kitchen and common area for large group! The outside was very beautiful to enjoy coffee with some great nature views. Only negative would have been the bathroom lighting (it’s very dark) and no full length mirrors, which for a group of gals was a bummer but otherwise it was great, clean, cozy yet still felt very spacious and not crammed!

Everything about the stay was so great. Super quiet neighborhood so it was perfect for our family. We weren’t sure about how hot the house would get since temperatures were nearing 90* and Tahoe doesn’t really do AC. We shouldn’t have worried because at night the house stayed really cool and during the day we opened the living room windows for a nice breeze. Small fans were also provided in each bedroom. Everything was in great working order and the hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house and all its accommodations. Some of the noise and parking rules are a little restrictive but that is more a product of the county the house is in and not as much the owners/managers. There is plenty of beds as bathrooms for a group of friends. The master bedroom bed is old and you can feel the springs, it also makes a tremendous amount of noise.
The biggest issues where the available supplies. We were only provided 1 roll of paper towels for 3 nights and 7 people. They also didn’t provide paper or cloth napkins which is a major reason why we powered through the paper towels. It was fun using bathroom hand towels as napkins. They also didn’t have any spices besides salt and pepper. No basics like garlic salt, paprika, etc. Not everyone cooks so it’s not nearly as big of a problem.

We enjoyed this beautiful home for three days while in Tahoe for a family wedding. The house is located on a very quiet street so street noise was never a concern. Great location to all that Tahoe has to offer. Every amenity was available to us which helped make for a very comfortable and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Rich and Fawn's place in February, and it was great. My husband and a few of our close friends stayed here as the location was perfect for getting to the slopes, and the house had everything we needed. Rich and Fawn were so nice and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had two families stay here and it was the perfect place for our group of 8. The kids enjoyed the bunkbed play room downstairs and the adults got to hang out in the open kitchen/dining/living area upstairs. The highlight was getting to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes. It was so convenient. Having garage parking was a lifesaver during a massive snow storm and snowplowing happened early in the day to avoid any travel delays. Great attentive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From my first conversation with the host to our check out, everything was seamless. There was a total of 3 couples that stayed and this house was perfect for our group! The house was spotless and just like the pictures on the website.
The outside space in the backyard was lovely. Perfect for our grill master who utilized the grill and the hot tub, who everyone enjoyed. This home is close enough to S. Lake Tahoe but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. Would definitely book this house again in the future!

Very nice house and general accommodations. Fawn was a pleasure to work with.
There were a few things that were unexpected and inconvenient, which left a poor impression with all of us:
- The BBQ was extremely dirty and propane tank was almost empty; discovered after we returned from market and were ready to grill. (grill caked up w/grease and remnants from prior use; old burnt pieces of food on the grill,; dried up sauces/marinade all over side shelves and front panel).
- Only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom??
- No cleaning supplies.
- Hot tub was nice, but most of the jets did not appear to be working.
- Back deck was great, but no electrical outlets (that we could find).

This property is beautiful with tons of space inside and out to spread out. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and took my 11 year old son and everyone had a great time. We were greeted by chipmunks and minks every morning and nice, cool breezes every night with thousands of stars. The house had some great hiking trails nearby that you can hike up and view Lake Tahoe. And it was an easy 8 minute drive to stores, mini golf and everything. We can't wait to go back!

Sibling reunion
We had a reunion with siblings and spouses and the house worked out great. Good location in quiet neighborhood, close to trails in fact you can just walk out the front door and go up the road and get on trails. Just minutes from being down at Lake Tahoe also.

Wonderful, clean, homey and comfortable house! Highly recommend! Spent a week here with my family and had a phenomenal time. We immediately felt at home! Great location to get to the mountain and to town. The house had everything we needed. Owners are extremely friendly, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. Looking forward to coming back and renting again!

Perfect location close to the Nevada side of Heavenly. Quick access to stateline, food and shopping, beautiful house with great amenities. The coyotes singing on our last night there was an added bonus. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for multifamily ski trip with kids!
Perfect size house for 3 families during MLK destination. Adults got their own bedroom upstairs while the kids loved the bunkroom room! Each room had its own flatscreen smart TV.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen island made cooking a joy. Everyone loved the hot tub outdoor as well! This is a very residential neighborhood so quiet hours after dark and no street parking are enforced. Chart House is only a few minutes away as is Stateline.
Appreciated the quick communication from the owners. Even texts you beforehand so you have their contact info. Will stay here again!

Perfect Stay
Our daughter was getting married nearby, this was our "home base." House was really nice. We especially liked the large dining table and kitchen bar, room for everyone! Everything was in great condition. Three nice comfy adult bedrooms, plus bunk room worked well for us. We didn't have the best air quality during our visit, so couldn't open windows for cooling breezes.
Never having visited Tahoe before, we were concerned about the noise ordinance. The neighborhood is very quiet. It turned out not to be an issue for our group at all. Even when we had all 10 adults together at dinner.

Tahoe Family Trip
This cabin is spacious and beautiful! Every year my husband, our 3 grown children, significant others and grand babies go on a trip to the mountains. This year we chose to go to Tahoe for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! There is pretty much anything you could ever need in this awesome kitchen. If you can’t find it, keep looking. You will probably find it! The deck out back with the grill and hot tub is perfect! The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped. It was pretty warm when we were there and a/c would have been nice but we made it through just fine. The evenings cooled off nicely and the fresh mountain air coming in the windows at night made for a good night’s sleep. The refrigerator and freezer were a little small for our large family but we were able to get by with our coolers and a couple extra trips to the store. The smoke from the wildfires made the last couple of days kind of a bummer, but it was nice just to relax in the “Pretty House” as our 3 year old grandson named it. Fawn was wonderful and was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. We would definitely stay at Aspen Lodge again.

Great cabin lay out and location.
This cabin is amazing! We stayed in this beautiful cabin in April we loved it and loved how close it was to town. View off decks are amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and we grilled out every night. It's so cute and cozy! Enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that the bottom level was a little tight for 6 people. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Wonderful Place
This place by far is one of the best place we had stayed at in the past years our family spent time in Tahoe. Fawn’s Aspen lodge is very cozy and spacious. Fawn was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Most of all, the location was very convenient for our kids to spend time in the snow in the nearby conservation area without having to worry about social distancing. We practically have the park to ourselves to do mini sledding and hiking. We will definitely book this place again in our next trip to Tahoe. Thank you Fawn for such great hospitality.

Excellent location and cleanliness. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything you would need to comfortably feed large groups including kids. The hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening. We would certainly stay here again.

Cozy and clean
The house was very clean and spacious. Quite neighborhoods but not too far from everything. The host was easy to communicate. Just a few things to add for kitchen such as spices, sugar, aluminum foil and plastic wrap (because we cooked). Otherwise it was a perfect vacation home. Thank you.

Amazing place! (Feb 15-18th 2021)
We will definitely book this place again! I was a little apprehensive as there were no reviews...only to learn we were the first booking! The place looked newly remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchen (everything you need that is reusable like pots/pans/utensils fully stocked, just bring items that run out (cooking spray/aluminum foil etc if needed) , but still has a cabin feel. Everything worked great from the bbq, hot tub , and Internet (not gig internet but worked ok). Everything was very nice and clean. The location was perfect, about 5 miles to the casino strip, but a little higher elevation so there was plenty of snow. The entire street and driveway were plowed nicely. There was a hiking trail at the top of the street ( too much snow to hike right now) and most importantly at the bottom of the street was an awesome recreation area (as far as the eye could see) with mountains for the kids to do lots of sledding and play in the snow. Lastly, the owner responded quickly to my message during the stay. Great trip, no complaints!
