Ringrazio lo staff e l'hotel per la piacevole vacanza, sicuramente farò buona pubblicità,da tornare!

Hotel nel centro di Merano in posizione ottima, servizi e staff presente e competente,inoltre il ristorante dona esperienze culinarie notevoli che vanno assolutamente assaggiate. Una vacanza positiva e rilassante.

Nella camera il bagno buon po' piccolo.

Decent city centre hotel

Solid city centre location right by the pedestrianised area and close to the river. Nice hotel, bar out front, simple but decent rooms. Good breakfast setup but kept forgetting our order.

Room was a little small. Hardly room to lay out a suitcase.

Great location, parking, clean room , big bathroom Hotel with super friendly staff, both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The cafe/bar downstairs has amazing.

I would say that the price of the room was a bit too high for its size and interior design style.

Inconvenient parking. No shades on the window, only sheer curtains so it was bright from the street lights at night.

Merano is a lovely town and this hotel is an excellent and good value place to stay.

Well situated on the edge of the pedestrian area. Room had everything including a balcony and was quiet and comfortable. Hotel nicely decorated and very helpful staff. Nice restaurant and outside cafe. secure parking

The place to stay when in Merano

This hotel in the centre of Merano is the place to be. Rooms at a very reasonable/comparable price. It is the complete staff, from the concierge to the bar keeper, the waitresses and the maids to the 'head-of'. All greet with friendlyness and helpfullness. // The breakfast is exceptionally vast, fresh fruits included. // The rooms are spotless and I like the rennovated style, everything looks in good conditions and the bathrooms are super clean - as one would expect. (only thing missing to me is USB port somewhere in the room). Showers are super and WiFi efficient // the hotel has a bit of a Grand Hotel feel to it architectonally and in front is bistro area right at the edge of the pedestrian area. // vis a vis is Gelateria Costantin and round the corner 58 chocolates as well as Forno, both exceptual maker/crafter. (by the way, therse we found in the book Makers Bible Südtirol > www.makersbible.com

We had a nice stay, with warm, caring staff at a central location in Meran.

The dinner was really delicious and the staff was very helpful and warm. We felt very much welcome and taken care of in a authentic way. The house itself has a "classic" style, but the personnel gives it a modern, open touch. We had quite some laughter together. The locaiton is central, but not loud.

The room size was on the lower end and the bathroom interiour could be renewed. But cleanliness was no issue.
