This hotel has a great concept, attention to detail and a great restaurant
The only problem I faced is the lack of professionalism of the receptionist.
1. it was necessary to make a reservation at the front desk to have dinner. I called at 9:55pm and was told that the latest you can go to the restaurant is 10pm. I explained that I didn't need much time to finish my dinner and would like to go at 10:30pm. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone didn't understand that, even though I explained it to her for 10 minutes. I ended up going at 10:30pm and left the restaurant while other guests were still dining.
2. I asked for an hour later check out, unfortunately that was not possible even though my room was not ready when I checked in at 5pm, this is a paradox. I was told I could use the hotel facilities until 1:30pm - I have never experienced this before.

Loved the fabulous outdoors pool area. Was quiet and clean and just what we needed. 10/10
Breakfast was very good.
Downstairs Jnr Suite bed/room was comfortable.
Some areas just showed a general lack of care. Ie rusty old table on balcony. No furniture on upper balcony. No aircon reaching upper bedroom- very hot in August.
Michelin Restaurant failed to meet expectations.
Staff very aloof.
Easy to get lost finding the location.
Entrance/Arrival area is poor.
You arrive into dirt Parking lot a distance from hotel and reception and with no signs or directions as to where you go. You are not even sure you are in the right place. No staff. Have to bring your bags a distance yourself.

The Pool and Spa area were fantastic
The restaurants, especially the Michelin star, were fantastic
Beautiful surrounding areas to walk
Had a couple of fantastic massages
The rate for the room was surprisingly cheap
The cost of the food and drinks, especially the poolside bar and the al a carte restaurant, felt quite a long way too much. Still very good quality, but a little but extortianate, especially in an area without a lot of alternative choice

Great staff, great service, great location.
The rooms could do with updated and the aircon seemed to be struggling most of the time.

stunning setting, beautiful pool, great spa, lots of attention to detail. staff were totally amazing. great suite, food was perfect
8.0
beautiful location, very relaxed atmosphere
could have offered a bit more attention to detail eg flowers, decor in room and restaurant. Limited menu/food choices.

The location is very peaceful and quite. The facility is well equipped and the Spa is nice.
The luggage service is awful. We had to take our luggage at the arrival and at the departure to the car as nobody came after 30 minutes.

Ants in the bed - told reception and she said it wasn’t her problem. Continued to charge full rate for the room even though I took photos of the ants and shared with staff.

Very nice resort, although some new areas are partly under construction. But the whole concept is very nice. I loved the very stylish restaurants, motivated and professional staff there.
The bar was great, nice people and good live music.
The breakfast is also great, only a bit complicated with the service concept…
The room was not matching the description of booking.com at all. Missing the big terrasse, the whirlpool etc.
Because of the noise and smell ( main street under construction) it was possible to move to a backside room. The outside of this area needs urgently a fresh up.
The reception has a lot of people, but the performace was lousy. The very nice tratoria/ bar restaurant was not really cooking on the level we are used from Italy (2xlunch, 2xdinner). It seems that they do not share kitchen and staff with the Michelin restaurant next door. And I am not talking about price and quantity.
I also didn t like people in underwear/ bathrobe in the restaurant. This is East Europe but not Italy.
Positiv was that they try to compensate every claim.

A wonderful experience. Like no place we’ve visited before. Our hosts were generous with their attention and time. The character and history of the property was an additional bonus.

This place is amazing, tucked away from the world and a place to relax. From the manager to all the staff we were treated so well, special mention for Luca who helped us with our luggage from the car park to our room on arrival and when we went home, truly nice guy. Breakfast was an absolute feast, and the staff serving us, nothing was too much for them. The spa was a real treat too. If I was ever in this area again I’d stay here in a heartbeat. Yes it’s expensive but what a treat.
The only thing we would of liked was a more realistic choice of food in the restaurant. It does not really cater for the more fussy eaters like me so we did not use them, and a bit pricey 😳

wonderful place , well kept.
the temperature of the water at the spa was cold and the towel they are giving overused .

Absolutely beautiful setting close enough to tourist attractions (about an hour to Naples and a bit more to Vesuvius, Pompeii and Sorrento) but the local villages are not to be missed and a visit into Benevento is a must, so would recommend horsing a car. The food in the bar, bistro and Michelin starred restaurant is exceptional and breakfast is a feast to behold. The staff at the hotel made our holiday from room keeping, ground staff, bar and restaurant staff, receptionists to the manager, they were all so welcoming and accommodating.

The place is amazing. It is like a medieval village, surrounded by nature, with stone houses, olive trees and pines that surround them. The property is generally well maintained, although there are some neglected areas for improvement. The spa is very nice, with the heated pools, the herbal teas, the soft atmosphere, giving a sense of relaxation. The staff in general are polite and friendly. The Michelin restaurant is very elegant and the food is very good. Breakfast is rich, with sweet and salty options.
Some areas are neglected. The second floor of our room was poorly maintained. The balcony railings are rusted.

Great location, good food and nice staff.
Breakfast could be better arranged.

The place is really beautiful. It looks like a small village and everything is clean and perfectly groomed. The outdoor pool is very nice and quiet, perfect place to have a nap or read a book
The service was a bit slow and not very professional. All the young people there look very willing to please but with not much experience. We arrived at 2pm when we were supposed to have our rooms ready but we waited 2 hours before getting the key. In the meanwhile the staff helped us understand how to enjoy the spa and the pool , so it was not that bad if you were not tired. Also in the morning for the breakfast the service is slow. We asked to fix the shower handle because it was loose and they fixed it with some tape. At check out we waited a long time because they couldn't make the payment through our credit card work. Small things that make you think the management is not very professional.

The style and the authenticity!
The calm and the atmosphere
Great food.
I would only improve the service at the breakfast... but this might be due to the covid restrictions. Otherwise everyone was extremely kind and caring!

Location is lovely and the structure is beautiful. Room is ok, a bit outdated. Restaurant food was lovely but they should have more options on the menu
Some facilities in the spa looked a bit old and didn’t work properly. The sauna wasn’t working.

Lovely setting and beautiful gardens. The spa was lovely, very modern and clean.
We found the room and restaurant to be over priced for the quality of what you receive. Our aperitif glasses were left on the table until the very end of the meal and we had to request the wine list. We only ordered our wine as our second course was being served which is not what I would expect from a restaurant in that price range.
The first room we were allocated was awful and vastly different to the ones depicted on the website. We asked to move and they gave us another room which was better but still tired and in need of a redecorate.

Set in a beautiful location, the whole resort is fantastic. The staff are incredible, the food is sensational.
The only issue I had was the beds, quite uncomfortable and the bedsheets were rough. If they improve this 10/10

Personally I was not satisfied with my stay. The hotel is situated in a secluded place but we could still hear the noise of the traffic. The room was furnished in an old style manner and the lightning in the bathroom was very very poor, especially considering the walls were painted in BLACK. Unfortunately we also heard constant noises of insects, which went on for the entire night and day, coming from the roof of our room. About the facilities, they told us that one of the swimming pool in the spa was heated up at 35degrees... it was not at all true and in addition the sauna was off so we were very disappointed.
