Great location! Walk to Richmond station for tubes and trains to everywhere! Loads of coffee shops, restaurants and retail. Amazing view. Small but has everything you need for a short stay.

It’s been several years since we’ve been to Richmond, and we were hoping to stay somewhere within easy walking distance to the Richmond Theatre, shops, pubs/restaurants, and the train & underground station. What would be a bonus - a view of the Thames. The flat was all of the above. My husband and I stayed for a week and found it suited our needs perfectly. We were able to get into London easily, spent a night at the theatre, and when the weather didn’t cooperate, we enjoyed watching the ducks, swan, and geese, as well as the nesting heron across the river.

Very cosy, warm and comfortable! Amazing view of the river and great location for walks, restaurants and shops. Above a wine bar so might need earplugs on Friday and Saturday nights if you try and sleep before midnight but the bed was very comfortable. The shower stall is in a different location to the toilet and sink and would not work well for large people we don't think, but the shower pressure was great and we always had lots of hot water. Only hanging space for clothing was provided, no shelves or drawers. It worked for us though and we would stay there again!

We arrived for our agreed 1pm check-in.
However, the apartment had not been cleaned (dirty sheets on the floor, bed not made, wet towels, trash on the counter etc it was not ready until 5 hours later and we needed to go to our daughter's birthday dinner. Since we'd been traveling for almost 24 hours we had to find a hotel. I also had my father's funeral to prepare for and attend so we had no time to repack / move back the following day. I spoke to one of the hosts (Anna) & explained we would therefore need to cancel & get a refund. She said this was fine but we'd need to get the refund from Vrbo. She apologized for the screw up & explained that her husband (David) had "dropped the ball" and had forgotten to organize the cleaning. David then sent me a message through Vrbo that he was prepared to offer a 30% discount for one night and he refused to budge from that position despite the fact that they had admitted this was 100% their fault.
The apartment is very shabby. The listing quotes a king-sized bed - it's a double. It omits to mention the only access is via a very steep set of 21 stairs (no lift/elevator), which is a major impediment for anyone not completely fit and able-bodied, I currently have 2 joint injuries so lugging the suitcases up the stairs was a major challenge. The kitchen is described as "fully equipped"; the fridge is one of those mini fridges you find in cheap motels and has no freezer. VERY bad experience.

Lovely apartment in a great location. We enjoyed watching the swans on the river while drinking our morning coffee.
The apartment was very clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable

Apartment in good central location. Noise from outside and above at times. No lift so need to be able to carry bags to first floor. If coming by car, parking is on other side of the river. Comfortable accommodation with basic facilities.

Lovely flat in a great location
It was just perfect for a short summer getaway. Comfy bed, hot shower, washer dryer and fridge made it very homelike.

We had very good communication with the property manager which made our stay very smooth. The apartment itself is immaculate, unbeatable location with gorgeous views of the river, we really can’t find any faults in this stay and will be booking again very soon.
