The Space:
Discover a welcoming retreat in our 2-bedroom unit. Unwind in the spacious king beds, gather in the dining area for 4, and utilize a convenient pullout couch or air mattress for extra guests. Street parking is the only parking available. Practicality meets comfort in this charming space – your ideal home base.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter through the front door and have full and complete privacy in their upper unit. The lower guests have access to the drive way and the upper unit will have street parking.

Please park on the street in front of the house, the driveway is reserved for the lower unit.

The Neighborhood:
Great quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of fun activities located nearby, but especially in Downtown Denver. Go have an adventure and be sure to explore.

Getting Around:
Denver is best seen with car, uber or we have a great light rail system.

Other Things to Note:
Street parking only. Our lower unit may be occupied, and occasional sounds may carry through. We prioritize transparency to ensure your stay is as expected. Embrace the local atmosphere with understanding neighbors, and relish the unique charm of our cozy duplex.
