A warm and efficient welcome

Excellent location for a short walk into town. Just over the famous Puente Romano, the Roman Bridge, straight to cafes, restaurants and shops.
Limited parking at hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.
4.3
Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
If there's someone in the hallway in front of your room, you can hear everything they say. Anyway we didn't have much trouble with noise at night.
4.3
Excellent location next to the main landmark of Cangas de Onis and the tourist office
Beautiful building
Well furnished and spotlessly clean rooms
24 hour reception with nice sitting area
Supermarket at 200 metres across the river
Key scenic spots can be reached by car within less than 1 hour (Covadonga national sanctuary 15 minutes, Tito Bustillo painted cave 30 minutes, Covadonga lakes hiking area 45 minutes, Cares gorge trailhead 60 minutes)
There is no public parking in close distance to the hotel (it is very difficult to park anywhere in the city centre)

Lovely, calm building in a perfect location for the puente Romano and centre of cangas de onis. Staff were kind and friendly and we were able to park in their garage for a small daily fee. Their coffee was good, beds comfy, rooms spotless. Brilliant stay perfect for days spent trekking in the picos de europa and evenings taking in the traditional asturian town with some cider and tapas

The location was very ideal, close to everything, the room was spacious and very clean.
What i dont like, hmm the noise. I could hear literally the people from the other room.

Nice place 2 minutes walking from the center, but has the river in the middle, so it is quiet. Rooms have all you need when you go to places to explore the surroundings and not stay in the hotel room all day.
Walls are a bit thick and it can be a bit noisy when you have stupid people in the rooms next to you that don't know how to behave in an hotel, but that's something the owners cannot control.

Gorgeous building with character and room felt very opulent - high ceilings, beautiful large wooden windows - but all modern comforts. Particularly comfortable bed and we liked that we were easily able to check out very early. Excellent location by the beautiful roman bridge.
Shower curtain didn't fully enclose shower which made it difficult to keep water in.

The location, friendly staff

Just value for money. Room, bedside tables and lights, bathroom, space, chair (but a table please!)
The wi-fi was ok. This was pretty lucky at night as I had a lot of forward arrangements to make. But in the morning it was impossible to get the Internet much better than what used to be called dial-up internet. Bit of a strange system with the Internet - you had to actually sign some document about use and I think there was some limit.
We were lucky to get a parking place behind the Hotel, but otherwise this could be an issue.

Sweet hotel in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere in this charming historic town. Very clean and a great value!
4.3
Location next to the famous bridge (also a nice walking trail starts there)
We could leave the bags after the check out
Paperthin walls - when neighbours were opening the room, it sounded like they were just next to us.
Later it even turned against us as we were having a very normal converstion (=50% of how loud Spanish ones are) and the guy from the reception came to tell us to be quiet (that's what I figured since he spoke no English and our Spanish is very basic but on every occasion of interaction with him he talked 100words/second as if not understanding him was not an option)

Great location, near the "Puente romano".
The hotel is located on a busy road. There was no soap in the dispensers.
4.3
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to anything you might need.
Everything was clean and the staff was nice.
The only downside may be the noise from the other rooms and halls.
4.3
It has a good location close to everything but still separated from the crowded center. Helpful staff.
Even with Google Maps I had some trouble to find the hotel for the first time. The room was a little bit dark.
