This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or with the use of two rollaway beds, fit as many as 12 people for the ultimate desert vacation! The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom hosts a King bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bunk room holds 2 triple-tier bunks and a TV, perfect for both kids and adults alike! This property was ideally located to explore all the great options around southern Utah/Nevada/Arizona. The home is exceptionally well appointed, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood amenities were fantastic for children and within walking distance. Overall an A+ experience.

Lovely home. Clean ,well stocked . Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the covered patio & hot tub . Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants . Loved the daily walk for coffee at Holy Grounds in the RV park across the hwy . Good communication. Would definitely stay again.

Red Sands does a terrific job with vacation rentals. The communication is excellent and the experience is extremely clean. Unlike other vacation rentals directly from the home owner where you can feel how possessive and controlling they are over their space, Red Sands makes you feel at home and comfortable. The asks while staying and during checkout are beyond reasonable (didn't even require linens to be taken off beds, but we did anyways). The pool access at this place was the best our family has been to. High quality water slide with a lazy river was perfect for the kids (even though it was a bit too cold out). I would highly recommend booking any St. George vacation rentals through Red Sands.

Great location, very clean, property management was awesome to work with and accomodating. The amenities were awesome (private hot tub on the property, along with the community pool/water park nearby) We look forward to staying at this property again.

We really enjoyed staying at 1146 Paseos. The location was great! There are plenty of food options nearby, but the community is far enough removed from downtown St George, that we didn't feel the chaos of the extremely crowded President's weekend. Plus, this house is ideally situated rather close to the community pool and pickleball courts. But the windows and doors were sound proof enough that we didn't hear the loud crowds over there unless we opened the doors/windows. We spent plenty of time enjoying the back deck and hot tub. That was so nice on chilly nights! We had a great time playing ping pong in the garage. The rooms were all well appointed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed/could want. We also used the grille one evening and it worked great. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We plan to stay here for future visits.

It was just as expected with extras of spices, flour, etc. Only four wine glasses and not enough dish towels, but lots of pool towels, bathroom amenities, pots, pans, and utensils. Wonderful stay.

My kids told me it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. They loved the hot tub and the ping pong table. I appreciated how well stocked everything was and the little touches of laundry detergent and spices in the kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless. We look forward to staying here again- especially once the pool is completed!

We stayed at this wonderful home after our wedding for our honeymoon to Zion National Park. The home was really clean minus the ants which there is a sign to not leave crumbs on the counter. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night under the stars. Other neighbors are also renting and could get a little rowdy but it’s their vacation too. The comfy living room couch and big open space was really nice for us to come back exhausted from hiking and unwind. The hot tub specific towels were nice. We had communication via text with the property managers when we had questions about cable and got responses right away.

We loved going to the Rec center with our kids. We loved spending time in the hot tub which was really clean. The beds were really comfortable which is a big deal bc too many places have horrible beds. Tons of extra blankets and towels. Communication was amazing and very professional. We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful, spacious new home, very comfortable, nicely decorated and in a convenient location. Enjoyed the spa and the family neighborhood. Only things we'd change is lack of water pressure in the master bath/shower and need hooks to hang towels on someplace in the house. I would highly recommend!

Very nice house. Well appointed and furnished. Hot Tub on the back balcony was a very nice way to end each night. Great location for golf or mountain biking trips, central location to courses and trails, and close enough to town for restaurants and shopping.

It was very comfortable, beds were comfortable. Hot tub was very nice and clean. Only recommendation would be to have some dark colored towels for all the red sand we were covered in from biking.

Very clean, well maintained, and well stocked! The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was a great poles and we had everything we needed, from utensils to thermometers. Everything we needed was there. I think this was a great choice for our family!
