From the time we arrived to the time we left communication with the property manager was horrible.
We arrived about an hour earlier because of the time change and asked if we could get into the property and they said no. We had already bought perishable groceries so we went to the house about 3:30pm to drop off in the refrigerator. The housekeepers just got there 30 minutes before check in! There were only two of them to clean a 4000 square foot house in 30 minutes and the house was FILTHY! I proceeded to help them clean because we needed to get in and settled. We were here for a family reunion celebrating a 90th birthday and we had to get ready for it so needed to be in the house. When I called to say the house was still being cleaned at 4:20 they told me that they would call me when it was done and I could get in then even though check in was 4pm!
As I was helping to clean I noticed that beneath the couch cushions there was a ton of debris. It was disgusting. I also notice the vents throughout the house were caked with dust and grime. We all felt dirty just being there. I contacted both Vacasa the management company and VRBO to complain but our complaint were met with disdain and excuses. Finally they just ignored our requests for further cleaning. One of the doors in the home also would not open and they ignored our requests to fix it. Oh and I almost forgot, the air conditioning did not work and it was 100+ degrees outside and 80 inside. Do not use VACASA or VRBO!

The home has a beautiful view and a very large upper deck to enjoy it from the floorplan of the house accommodates a lot of people allowing privacy. We enjoyed the game room. The location of the home is perfect.

House is amazing!!! Had a little trouble with 1) broken stove, 2) broken outdoor lock/handle, 3) heating the house as top floors are an oven and basement rooms are freezing.
Response to requests for assistance were NOT handled well by company. Still no reply re: oven. I took pictures to make sure I was not to blame. Basically, I had to feed my group with microwave meals the whole time. It cost me a lot more than being able to cook.
We fixed the broken door twice but we did not have all the right tools.

Me and my family stayed at this property for a week. After the first day we noticed the property air conditioning didn’t work. We contacted the host and they didn’t respond until the very last day (5 days) that they would send someone our. Meanwhile the house couldn’t get below 78 degree. The upstairs grill didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work, the dishwasher was broken, they don’t have screens in the upstairs window and to top it off the place was infested with spiders.
If you’re are looking for a nice place to stay with your family I would run far away from this listing.

This property had 3 levels which were perfect for isolating young children for naps. The master was very comfortable. Plenty of games and puzzles. The kitchen has all you need. Fun trip. Bend is a fun place for entertainment.

Property wasn’t ready when we got to the house 2 hours after check-in. The young lady cleaning was very nice and shocked we were there. Major mouse infested. When they get this all worked out it would be great! The layout of the house worked really great for a large group

Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. A few hiccups during our weeklong stay, but the main issue (nonworking air conditioner) was resolved fairly quickly and by day 4 the a/c was functioning properly. One toilet was not working but since the home has several we opted to close off that room.

Beautiful house, perfect location
This house has it all. It has a beautiful view, comfortable media space, 5 bedrooms, and enough beds to comfortably sleep 8-9. Also the game room is a perfect space for all the action. The location is 10minute drive to downtown which makes it the perfect stay for a Bend vacation.

Great Home With a View!!
This home was perfect for our trip to Bend Oregon. Everyone slept very comfortably and plenty of places to sit and hangout or read! It's at the top of the hill so the views are amazing, but would definitely want to wear workout clothes/shoes if you were to go on a walk, as the walk back is fairly steep. Not pictured is an awesome grass area in the backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

Bend stay
The property was very well equipped throughout. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances, tools, plates, glassware, etc. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Outdoor deck was great and the view was awesome.

Awesome home for a large family
We loved the location and the house had a great layout for hanging out with the family. It is up on the hill so the views come at the cost of a walkable and bike-able home. Walls are thin so you hear everything.
