We were pretty happy during our stay, there were just a few minor inconveniences with the home. Blackout curtains are too short and the master bedroom door was unable to close. Parking in the garage was tough with a minivan, would probably be easier with a smaller car. We saw a bear right in front of the property during the afternoon so that was cool, but may be something to be weary of.

Game table available as well as grill outside patio. Dog friendly and the hillside access. Location on the Kingsbury grade close to stateline .

Quiet and cozy. Closely located to South Lake Tahoe and plenty of grocery/gas/ casual dining available just mere minutes north; plenty of beach opportunities in either direction!

The stay was nice. Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It has a dog pen in the laundry room which was nice when we had to leave, our two small dogs could be put away in the kitchen while we left. I recommend this for families. My kids loves it.

The property was in a nice location, close to Stateline, but was quiet and perfect for our group.

Love the footprint of the condo even it’s lots of stairs ☺️but to have bedrooms away from living and dining rooms so people can rest away from everything is a big plus.
Very quiet complex, list when we been there ☺️
5 min away from downtown and lake 👍🏻
We hade beautiful relaxing vacation, thank you.
Do recommend this place 👍🏻

It's obvious that the owners don't want to put money in, just get money out. There was cob webs and dust in all the corners. Plug-ins were loose in the wall, linens were old and not exactly clean. Carpets smell like urine. Outdated windows and doors. The list goes on but I'll finish with this.. it's not worth the amount of money you'll pay.

The house smelled a little bit weird. Also, the master bedroom bed was wet. I don't know why it's wet. I don't know.

The place was cleaned and well maintained, no complaints.

This VRBO was a great place to stay for a wedding weekend in South Lake Tahoe. It was a very large and comfortable space and felt comfortable immediately. It did have a couple cleanliness issues but aside from that was great.

Good place to stay for Spring Tahoe trip. Short drive to downtown but secluded. Condo has well equipped. Good communication with company when needed. We were allowed in a few hours early. Only negative was the key code didn’t work and the key in a lock box was hard to use. The back porch is small and furniture had been ruined by the heavy snow. Would stay again.

Awful condo, Vacasa took 3 days to respond to the dangerous situation. Will NEVER use a Vacasa rental again and I will return to the area.worst accommodation I’ve ever had.

Loved the townhouse so much!
My husband and son skied and I stayed home with the pooch and read and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. We all loved it! I highly recommend this rental!

Great location and space. Close to everything, plenty of room for 4 adults and the 2 car garage is a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

All good; just needs 2 more patio chairs to add to the 2 that are in good shape.

This condo was located in a convenient location right by Heavenly and the beach (2 miles away). It was clean and comfortable - able to easily fit our family of four and our dog. Beds were comfortable with enough bedding and towels, including 4 bath towels. Appliances and washer and dryer worked well. Our kids loved the foosball table and good selection of streaming services. Good Wifi connection. We also used the gas bbq grill. Would stay here again!

The location is the best point of this place. The rest is ok. Some bowls for salads, kettle, and sharper knives won't hurt, as well as more extra bed sheet sets. The sink in the master bedroom was clogged. Water will take a while to go down. The bunk bed is loose. If one person moves on top, the whole bed moves with him. The worst part is the mattress of the king bed. Not sure what it is made of but For 1 person it would be wonderful if 2 sleep on it, feels like a trampoline: if one person moves even a little, the other is bouncing off of it. It was 3 sleepless nights for all 4 of us. If those things will be fixed, it would feel much comfortable.

Great place in quiet neighborhood! Close to Nevada and Zephyr Cove beach. You can even watch the fireworks from the backyard in the 4th. I appreciated that they had a bbq pit in the back with gas and all the tools. They also had 3 types of coffee makers in the kitchen. I want to notice that the mattress in the master bedroom is very soft, which is not my personal favorite, but not something to lower their overall rating.

Good Dog Friendly Place
Plenty of space for our crew (2 peps and 2 pups). Decently close to popular hiking. Would recommend stocking more in the pantry (salt and pepper, coffee).

Beautiful view.

Outdated but decent condo
The place needs to be a bit cleaner and updated. Pantry needs help with basic essentials. Only salt and sticky oil bottle available. Pots and pans not safe to use because the tefalon is all scraped up. Garage should have a warning for larger cars (vans, suv). Tough to get in and out.

Tahoe
Prime location and good place for kids to play in the snow. House was dated, cold showers, patio was a mess with broke door and furniture. Probably would not stay here again.

Great location set close to amenities
This is a great location, easy access to restaurants, groceries, hiking trails and beaches. In the summer it might be a bit warm as I didn't think to look to see if there was A/C. It cools off at night but due to the smoke from the fires we kept the doors/windows closed at least one night and it gets a little hot. Shouldn't be a big deal most of the time.

Good location, not as clean as I would like
Good location. A few small things made me question how clean the place was, e.g. hairs on wall tile of showers noticed before use, dishwasher full of previous dishes and not all clean. Given that a cleaning fee is charged, I would have liked to not have noticed these. Overall, happy with the place and perhaps the cleaner had an off day

Nice family spot
My girlfriend and 3 kids stayed 4 nights. Good sized townhouse with a nice hill behind it for a quick hike with the dog. Could use a few more kitchen items - hot pads, more dish rags, dish brush, etc.
