Welcome to our fabulous North Franklin Street house. Enjoy the elegance of a by-gone era while staying in a charming Victorian style townhome in this historic Pittsburgh neighborhood. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, which sleeps 12, featuring a stunning kitchen with beautiful marble countertops, a luxurious master bedroom with a substantial bathroom and a private balcony, and a fenced in back yard which is perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.
Security:
For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.
Basic Rules:
No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay for a pirates game with family. The house was perfect and in a great location to get around the city. Host was amazing in communication with us.

We experienced much of what was in the reviews to date, some good and some not. Henry is super polite and responsive, and he really came through when the airline changed our flight and we needed to come in a day early. Any time I contacted him his communication exceeded expectations in comparison to other hosts. The house is charming, unique, and spacious. It was the perfect size for us, our parents, and adult kiddo. The neighborhood was just okay and takes a downturn a few blocks away in some directions - several rideshare drivers recommended not walking around at night, though we had no issues in that regard. Like another reviewer, we found parts of the kitchen and the floors in the main level of the house dirty, which was disappointing but we did not take time out of our fun to contact Henry about this during the stay. I did after our stay and he quickly responded with an apology and agreed that this was not their standard. The location is an easy ride to the Strip District and other attractions in the area. The walk to Heinz Field is pretty easy, and not much farther to PNC Park or the fun areas in between. It’s about a 25 minute ride to the airport. There is now a Keurig (a 2021 review suggested this) in addition to a regular coffee pot. We found Instacart easiest for grocery delivery. Overall, it met our needs for a long weekend centered around the Steelers and we had plenty of space to spread out.

This house is as described. The block was quiet and very easy to find. Plenty of parking. House accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. Plenty of room. We did have trouble trying to enter the home, but the host was very responsive and had someone manually come open the door and change the battery so we could lock and unlock door with code.

The place was very clean. Host was superb and made the check in process very easy. We had 10 guys in the house. It was a little tight on the sleeping arrangements, but overall a great time.

Achieved exactly what we wanted to by providing us with a comfortable place for our Christmas gathering. Henry did a great job by providing a tree for our get together and responded quickly to our dryer problem.

House was perfect for 6 guys going to the steelers game. Walk was about 20 minutes to stadium. House was very clean, with the amenities you would need for the whole stay. Only downside were the bunkbeds, everytime someone moved they made noise that the whole house could hear. The master bedroom was amazing. Great stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE- When we first entered the house checking in was easy. As we continued our stay we started to notice random things that were left unclean such as the knives in the kitchen having rust/food spots left on them; the pots and pans having dirt and food left on them as well, while also being rusty and extremely old. As we continued to venture around we went to the upstairs bathroom where there was toothpaste stains on the mirror. I walked around the house for about an hour barefoot and my feet turned black! When I contacted the property manager, Henry Wang, to inform him of these problems he was very rude and started blaming us for the problems instead of taking ownership. He kept saying that he was a premier host and that he never gets complaints so we just had to be lying. We were not lying. He was gaslighting us trying to force us to leave rather then addressing the problem. We would have left but he only gave us an hour to leave which was not nearly enough time to call VrBO and speak to a representative (who was not helpful at all in a situation like this.) and gather our stuff and find a new place to stay. There was no guarantee that we would have found something that last minute for 8 girls to stay in. When he asked us to leave he said “either stay with no more complaints or leave”. That is no way to talk to a customer. The host honestly ruined our trip. He added a cloud of frustration. He spoke with much hostility, lack of empathy and no willingness to change. He claimed that he talked to his cleaning people and they said they checked off everything on his extensive cleaning list. But, honestly, if that’s the standards he holds them to you’re better off booking a hotel or a completely different listing. The house was beautiful yes, but was not worth being treated and talk to the way we were. I reached out to him hoping to come to some sort of solution or compromise but he did not allow that. So here I am writing this bad review because he refused to act like a human being with decency and empathy. The host added hostility to our trip and took away from our experience. Causing us stress and discomfort. I would not recommend staying with him or VrBO, unless you’re okay with being treated with disrespect.
