Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We had a fun filled week with the family during our stay. The property was moderate in cleanliness for the common areas and our condo was below average for furnishing cleanliness. The sofas, rug and side chairs in the living area were dirty and the master BR sheets we extremely thin and worn out. The unit was large and comfortable for our stay but I expected more quality for the price.

The location is fqbulous, and the condo laid put out very well, but upon closer inspection , the condo was not clean hair amd sand in 3rd bed room , dirty diaper under bed in condo 402, body wash or congealed shampoo on shower wall, appliances in 403 , Keurig didnt work, mot clean, someone left debris grounds inside of it.Toaster does not work you have to hold it down . Counters were grimy. We will not stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was equipped very well and everything was in working order! We especially like the condition of the kitchen, best we have had at orange beach. Condo is centrally located for everything and that was great!The only complaint we would have is the living room rug could be replaced , not in great shape and the bed in the master could use a mattress topper, very hard! We would definitely stay there again!!

The location of this condo is amazing. It’s right in the middle of so many places to shop and dine. It’s only minutes away from the Floribama line and gulf shores where there is more shopping and dining options. The condo was very spacious, a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It had a huge kitchen, dining and the living space had seating for everyone. In our unit there were games for the kids and a bar set up for the adults. The view was perfect from the 4th floor. I loved that I could park right outside the condo. This was our 3rd year vacationing in the area and can’t wait to go back next year.

We spent 3 weeks in this unit. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a few issues with the microwave and disposal, but all were taken care of very quickly. Best rental we have had in over 15 years. Only way to improve on this place would be to have a dual reclining love seat.

Property was in a good location, nice amenities. Overall a decent place to stay while on vacation. It could have been a bit cleaner, there was excessive dust on a few cabinets and the cooking equipment was still dirty. Also the master bedroom mattress was worn out. I did read about that in another review from more than a year ago so I expected that problem was fixed but the same mattress had to still be there after the owners were made aware that it has huge dips on both sides of the bed where people lay.

We spent a week in Orange Beach! We loved the property we stayed at! Everything was decently cleaned. Housekeeper was still cleaning at our check in time so I think she was a little rushed, some things could’ve been cleaner! Sand piled under bathroom counters and furniture is stained inside and outside. Other than that it was perfect! Beds were clean, had plenty of towels for the week! One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at.

We had a great time relaxing in your beautiful condo. We had family a friends come for a birthday get away and they all had nothing but great things to say about the condo. We would recommend this place to anybody coming in for a great family get away or just a relaxing week at the beach. Must visit Coastal Restaurant next door. It was a great place to eat!

We were a little disappointed in this condo. It needs updating and several bar stools were broken, It could have been cleaner. Floors sticky. The kitchen did have lots of dishes and utensils. Several lights were out. Their ice maker and air conditioner were great. The sliding glass door was off the track , but maintenance came and did work on it. Overall we were satisfied.

The condo was very clean and we loved the fact that it was located on the same floor as the parking deck. Very spacious rooms and a nice set up. My only criticism would be that the primary bedroom mattress is worn out and needs to be changed and the pans for cooking are pretty worn and could use replacing as well. Not a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again!

Needed a condo large enough to handle our 2 sons and their kids along with us. The condo fit the bill. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and other amenities. Large balcony with great view. The biggest hit was the lazy river and water slide. Great location right across the street from the Publix grocery and other retail and restaurants. Condo is on the 4th floor so you can park steps from the door. Would highly recommend it.

It was not clean when we arrived. Our feet were black from walking 10 minutes on them. Charlie sent in someone to clean floors……the cleaner agreed they had not been cleaned.
There was not sufficient initial supply of many things….had a sliver of soap that lasted 1 day we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths in master bath. . We have always had more to start with. Light bulb was out in master bedroom lamp.
Overall the bed linens were cheap and small for the master.
This was a big step down from where we stayed last year in Phoenix Orange Beach.
The beds squeaked really really bad in back bedroom.
Shower head was coming out of wall in that bedroom.
After an hour of drying clothes they weren’t dry. Dishwasher didn’t work well.
We will find another place to stay next summer. Can’t trust the pictures!!!!

Beautiful condo with more than enough amenities! No issues at all, very clean, comfortable beds, adequately equipped kitchen. And the best part…unloading from our car was so easy and stress free. We parked right in front of the entrance to our floor, so just steps away from our condo 402. We will definitely rent this one again!

We loved this condo! One of the best things was the outdoor furniture was so comfortable. We would rent this unit again. I do have a few suggestions: the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely hard and has ruts on both sides. The bedroom on the left has very squeaky beds that woke you up if you moved. There was mold in the master bedrooms shower. These weren’t things that spoiled our stay. I just felt I needed to pass this along as suggestions.

This condo was very nice, had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is right on the beach and had a wonderful lazy river and slide at the pool. The 3 yr old must of gone down that slide at least 100 times. Condo was on the 4th floor and parking was right outside the door which was nice. We had a clogged kitchen drain and a toilet that wouldn't flush upon our first day there. Called the number and they came out the next day and fixed it. Overall we were very pleased with everything staying at this unit.

Family girls trip!
My sisters & I have started a “girls trip”, we include my 78 year old aunt. Ages range from 48-78. This condo was amazing! Clean, very large, extremely close parking to the condo, short walk to the beach, the balcony was great! This was probably the nicest condo I have ever seen. Because most of the restaurants are short staffed, we found going out to eat was very inconvenient. However the angry crab across the street was amazing & walking distance, also walking distance to grocery store, liquor store & a drug store. We even ate breakfast on the balcony one morning. And walking on the treadmill in the gym..overlooking the beautiful beach! Great trip!

Wonderful family time at the Beach
Condo was just the right size for us. Three couples with 2 small children. Unit is on 4th floor, so you can park and walk right in. No elevator for loading/unloading. Our 4yr old granddaughter loved the slide and lazy river. Beach service was great too. We do wish the tennis court had been lighted. We love to play tennis at night. Other than that, it was a wonderful week!

Notified property manager of four items:
Stovetop and oven were dirty,
Internet password was wrong,
Frying pans were worn out, and
Bulbs on microwave oven over the cooktop were burned out.
He apologized but items were not corrected during our six day stay.
