We was greeted by a friendly staff person who welcomed us as if we were home. We had traveled five hours he offered me a cup of their complimentary coffee to help me relax and unwind from a day of travels
The hydration station on our floor wasn’t working but I’m sure it’s been repaired

Modern amenities.
Mattress was very comfortable…slept great !
Shower was really nice.
Daughter slept on foldout bed. She said it was comfortable.
Parking was close to door & seemed secure.
Wife said room floor was not clean.
Her white socks turned almost black on the bottom.

a very nice property. the staff was very friendly.
a note in the room said they would “refresh” the room every other day. we arrived on Sunday and expected new towels and garbage to be taken on a Tuesday. we came back to our room and no one had been there. no problem. I asked the front desk on way to dinner if we could get new towels and have the trash taken. came back and still no towels. They did come eventually. if they don’t do that, that is fine and I would have kept our towels hung up. But the trash is an issue.

This property overbooked and sold my room that I had booked several months in advance… extremely dissatisfied…. I had find lodging after a very long, hot, and tiring day of college orientation with my daughter… we were late to supper and the rest of day’s activities…Hilton stays from now on!!! BTW, I was one of many who were attending 1st day college orientation that was treated this way.

Modern, clean, and great proximity to UA.
Nice, modern, clean hotel but it is just for the basics. Don't expect any fluff. Staff was nice; wanted to drink but no bartender ever showed even though we were told he would; no one greeted us at the restaurant even though we were told it was open so we left and went to Another Broken Egg, which was AWESOME! Later found out that the cook was the waiter as well, which was why we never saw her. I don't know what he/she was cooking bc NO ONE was in the restaurant but us four people. The pastries were laid out in the open uncovered, which is a hazard for germs, folks who have ill-behaved children who like to touch things, and they were just getting stale. They didn't look appetizing at all. It was truly wasted food that I hope they gave to the homeless. Parking was great bc I don't think they had a lot of visitors. As far as the room goes, bed had a nice top pillow but the foundation was so hard that you could feel it once you settled. Not good for folks w back problems or older folks. TV was on one side in a two queen room. It would have been nice in the middle of the wall. Toilet was too low. One noticeably thin and small bar of soap w no housekeeping to find to get more - and who wants to track down housekeeping anyway when all one wants to do is shower and rest? Pumps were used for body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Seemed to be a breeding ground for germs. Overall, I wouldn't go back unless I was desperate for a space and nothing else was available. This hotel was overpriced for their offering.

clean smelled good
property was fine … only 2 staff members were friendly a girl at bar the night we came in and a girl the next day at front desk the others all looked down to us like we weren’t good enough to be there . The food is AWFUL please tell me people don’t actually eat that mess . It was definitely not teen friendly either which we were there with a group of teens from a school . Shower and The Lobby smelling good was the best things about this place . Will not return unless absolutely necessary.

it was an amazing location for where I needed to be.
The staff wasn’t the nicest. Honestly my only reason for never booking again would be because of the staff. When there’s a hotel this amazing the hospitality has to match.
