About this house rental
Hello and thank you for visiting our listing. Please note that two other properties are available for you at property # 9275624ha, and property # 4441668ha
Welcome to this beautifully designed and appointed Chalet that has it all. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. There's a Large Living/Dining Area with a wood-burning fireplace right as you enter. Right behind is Living Room with a TV, Large Sofa and a Pool Table. Kitchen has all you may need to cook your meals and the Laundry Room has a full-size washer and dryer. There's a full-size Ping Pong Table in the Sun Room that leads out to the deck with a gas grill on it.
This is a perfect place for your vacation or a simply weekend getaway. It's located only 90 miles or 90 minutes away from New York City in a peaceful, amenity-filled community.
All year round you can enjoy Aquatopia and Kalahari Water Parks, Crossing Outlet Mall, and other malls in the vicinity of the house. Multiplex movie theater is located in one of the malls so a movie night out is possible.
In the summer you can have fun at Camel Beach outdoor water park, as well as two great community pools, lake beach and multiple playgrounds for kids. 10 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5.
Winter activities like Camelback Mountain Ski Resort and Shawnee Mountain Ski Resort are within 15 to 20 minutes easy drive. Blue Mountain Ski Resort is also within easy drive of around 40 minutes from the house.
Home is equipped with all new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker. If you like to cook outside, there's a BBQ on the deck. Washer and dryer is also available for you to use.
There's of course a flat screen, internet connected TV in the Living Room and all bedrooms.
The community is filled with amenities. There are 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, lake with swimming beach and kids playground, and a lake where you can fish.
For those concerned with safety, no worries at all. Within a 10 minute drive from the house, there are few urgent care facilities and a brand new hospital.
EXCLUSIONS
Unfortunately, due to insurance policy we are unable to rent our home to anyone under 23.
Due to community rules and out of respect to our neighbors, all rental inquiries for proms, graduation gatherings and any other parties will be respectfully declined. Small, family birthdays can be approved prior to booking.

There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted.. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.

We had a great time at the chalet. The home was very nice and it was very comfortable. The lake / beach was really fun. There was plenty of room at the pool. The staff at the pool were very friendly and polite

We are 3 families and 3 generations spending Thanksgiving together in this beautiful home and everyone had an awesome time! The open concept layout, high ceilings and multiple skylights made it feel very light and so spacious.
Having everything on one floor made easy access for my elderly parents to be a part of every thing.
The pool table and ping pong table were big hits.
And greatly appreciated our hosts allowing us an earlier check in so I could get Thanksgiving dinner ready and allowed us extra check out time.
Altogether a wonderful home away from home and would love to stay here again!

The area was really lovely; the house was beautiful and worked out really well for us. Overall the whole experience was great just be aware of the gated community rules and always have your pass with you.

This house setup was great for 3 branches of our extended family to stay at. The whole center of the house has plenty of room and chairs for lots of people, and the pool table and table tennis table were a big hit. Highly recommend for large groups up to 10.

Excellent experience! The house is beautiful and has everything you need! We loved the large family room as well as the ping pong room. Very close to sky resorts. The home owner was prompt to answer our questions and she even let us stay a little bit longer the check out time. Will definitely go back and recommend this property to friends and family.

Our two families (seven total) fit very comfortably in the house. We played games in front of the wood fire, enjoyed ping pong and pool tables, watched movies, and cooked our meals in the house. The owners were responsive, communicative, and very kind to us.

Our stay for 2 nights with friends were great time. It was clean, big and quit house. Everything was clean the kitchen, the beds and bathrooms. Highly recommended if you want to stay with family or friends.

Welcome and Airy Home
This home is a great one-level property, spacious and filled with lots of natural light. The home was clean and the owners were very responsive (and quick!). There were also kids toys and a tennis table in the game room which was a nice plus for our kids. We used the community pool and gym and found both to be great. Our kids loved the kiddie pool too (a great option for little ones as it’s only about a foot deep). It’s also quite closer to Great Wolf Lodge and the outlets etc. I even lost my earring and asked the owner if they could keep an eye out for it. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only found it but sent it back to me (it had much sentimental value!).

This cabin was perfect. The owners were very responsive and it was very clean. It was so spacious but also cozy, and we had such a nice and relaxing weekend. Everyone was so impressed. Close enough to the supermarket and activities but far enough away to feel “away”. Thank you!

Amazing!
This house is beautiful, cozy and absolutely clean. Olga was a great host and I have to say we will def be back. The house is very close to all. Camelback is 10-15 Minutes away. Lots of stuff for kids to do all ages within the house. Highly recommend!!

Pocono Thanksgiving
We are very grateful to Tom and Olga for allowing us to stay in their wonderful house. My mother, who lives in the Pocono area is no longer able to host holiday gatherings and she feels too old to travel far. This property allowed my brothers from NY and Philly, and me from Michigan to bring our families together for a special holiday meal. Thank you

A nice stay some things could be improved. There is no coffee pot, very small cooking pot not big for 10 people, The stove is filthy I dont think it was ever clean, little more work to perfection..love the space kitchen a d lv/room spac6 is excellent the bedrooms and bathrooms are fine..thank you

I had an amazing experience for our annual Friendsgiving trip with my girlfriends. Pictures on site do this place no justice because it's even more beautiful in person! The fireplace the kitchen the bedrooms the bathroom everything was just perfect and we do plan on staying again and again and again.😊 Tom and Olga were awesome and super accommodating and went above and beyond to make it super special

Annual Girls tirp went better than expected in this home
